The mantis arm front and rear double-lifting mechanism multifunctional sedan vehicle comprises a front upright post 1, wherein the front upright post 1 is connected with an upper platform 2, the upper platform 2, a rear lifting small arm 3, a rear lifting large arm 6, a rear lifting large arm support 7 and a lower frame 9 are sequentially hinged, the upper platform 2, the front lifting small arm 13, a front lifting large arm 11, a front lifting large arm support 10 and the lower frame 9 are sequentially hinged, the web plate middle part of the rear lifting small arm 3, a rear lifting oil cylinder 5, a rear lifting oil cylinder support 8 and the lower frame 9 are sequentially hinged, the web plate middle part of the front lifting small arm 13, a front lifting oil cylinder 12, a front lifting oil cylinder support 15 and the lower frame 9 are sequentially hinged, the web plate bottom part of the rear lifting small arm 3, a rear telescopic sleeve 4 and the lower frame 9 are sequentially hinged, and the web plate bottom part of the front lifting small arm 13, the front telescopic sleeve 14 and the lower frame 9 are sequentially hinged.
When the lifting device works, the front lifting oil cylinder 12 extends outwards to drive the front lifting large arm 11 and the front lifting small arm 13 to move, and the front end of the upper platform 2 is lifted to a middle position for a certain angle to start loading an upper-layer vehicle, as shown in fig. 2. After loading is finished, the rear lifting oil cylinder 5 starts to work to drive the rear lifting large arm 6 and the rear lifting small arm 3 to move so as to lift the rear end of the upper platform 2 to the maximum lifting height, and the positioning pin is inserted into the limiting circular hole of the rear telescopic sleeve 4 for limiting; the cylinder force is unloaded, thereby playing the role of protecting the cylinder. Then, the front lifting oil cylinder 12 continues to work, the front end of the upper platform is lifted to the maximum lifting height, and the positioning pin is inserted into the limiting circular hole of the front telescopic sleeve 14 for limiting; the cylinder force is unloaded, thereby playing the role of protecting the cylinder. The new lift mechanism high level operating conditions are shown in fig. 2. And (5) unloading the vehicle when the vehicle arrives at the destination. The front lifting oil cylinder 12 contracts to drive the front lifting big arm 11 and the front lifting small arm 13 to move, and the front end of the upper platform 2 is descended to a middle position for a certain angle; and then, the rear lifting oil cylinder 5 contracts to drive the rear lifting large arm 6 and the rear lifting small arm 3 to move, the rear end of the upper platform 2 is descended to the lowest height, and unloading is started. After unloading, the front lifting oil cylinder 12 is continuously contracted to the initial length, the front end of the upper platform falls down, the rear end of the upper platform is slightly lifted, and the whole upper platform is in a horizontal state. The low level operation of the new lifting mechanism is shown in fig. 3.
The invention also has the advantages that:
1) the lifting of the front end of the upper platform is undertaken by a mantis arm front lifting mechanism, the stress of a pin shaft hinged between the upper platform and the front upright post is greatly reduced, and the phenomenon of shearing the pin shaft is generally avoided; even if the vehicle is inclined, the upper platform is supported by the front lifting mechanism, so that the use safety of the vehicle is improved.
2) The front upright posts are reserved for restricting the front and rear displacement freedom degree of the upper platform in the lifting process, so that the requirement of normal lifting of the upper platform is met. The lifting force at the front end of the upper platform is not required to be provided by the front upright, so that the oil cylinder, the chain wheel and other members arranged in the front upright can be removed, the upright structure is simplified, and the maintenance is convenient.
3) As a large car transport vehicle, most of the loaded cars are imported cars abroad, and the weight of the car body is much larger than that of the cars made in China. Particularly, when the vehicle passes through uneven road surfaces at low speed, the vehicle body can generate larger deformation, the rigidity can be increased by keeping the front upright post, and the integral stability of the vehicle is improved.
