Technical Field

Background

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a universal automatic gift box breaking apparatus provided in the present invention; fig. 2 is a top view of an embodiment of the automatic gift box breaking apparatus of the present invention.
An automatic universal gift box breaking device comprises: the device comprises a rack platform 1, a conveying device 2, a cutting device 3, a product placing hopper 4 and a control display screen 5.
The upper surface of the mechanical platform 1 is a working table 11 for bearing various devices and carrying out box breaking operation on the gift box. The mechanical platform 1 is hollow inside and can also be used to store some devices. The lower surface of the mechanical platform 1 is provided with the roller, so that the mechanical platform is convenient to transfer.
The conveying device 2 comprises a transverse conveying device 21, a longitudinal conveying device 22 and a carrier plate 23, wherein the transverse conveying device 21 is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal conveying device 22, and the carrier plate 23 is respectively connected with the transverse conveying device 21 and the longitudinal conveying device 22. The transverse conveyor 21 and the longitudinal conveyor 22 can drive the carrier 23 to make an L-shaped track motion.
The lateral conveying device 21 includes a lateral cylinder (not shown), a left side plate 211, and a right side plate 212. The transverse cylinder is arranged below the working table surface 11 and is magnetically connected with the carrier plate 23 by adopting a magnetic coupling type rodless cylinder. The left board 211 and the right board 212 are disposed on the working platform 11 in parallel, disposed on two sides of the carrier 23, and abut against the side of the carrier 23 to limit the movement track of the carrier 23.
The longitudinal conveyor 22 includes a lateral cylinder (not shown), a front plate 221, and a rear plate 222, similar to the lateral conveyor 21. The longitudinal cylinder is placed under the working table 11, and is magnetically connected with the carrier plate 23 by adopting a magnetic coupling type rodless cylinder. The front board 221 and the rear board 222 are disposed on the working platform 11 in parallel, disposed at two sides of the carrier plate 23, and abut against the side edge of the carrier plate 23 to limit the movement track of the carrier plate 23.
The left side plate 211, the right side plate 212, the front side plate 221 and the rear side plate 222 form an L-shaped motion track in a surrounding manner, and the carrier plate 23 is arranged in the L-shaped motion track and driven by the transverse cylinder and the longitudinal cylinder to reciprocate in the L-shaped motion track.
The cutting devices 3 are arranged on both sides of the transverse conveyor 21 and on both sides of the longitudinal conveyor 22, respectively. Each cutting device comprises a knife rest 31, a blade 32 and a blade adjusting device 33, wherein the blade adjusting device 33 is arranged on the working platform 11 and connected with the knife rest 31 to drive the knife rest 31 to move. The blade 32 is detachably and fixedly connected with the blade holder 31, and faces the transverse conveying device 21 or the longitudinal conveying device 22 for cutting the side surface of the gift box. In the present embodiment, the blade adjusting device 33 includes a height adjusting differential head 331 and a depth adjusting differential head 332 for adjusting the height of the tool holder 31 and the depth of cutting the gift box, respectively. The height adjustment differential head 331 and the depth adjustment differential head 332 may employ a screw mechanism to achieve high precision adjustment within a small range to improve cutting quality. In this embodiment, the blade 32 can be mounted on only a part of the blade holder 31 according to actual production requirements, so as to realize single-sided cutting, double-sided cutting or three-sided cutting.
The product placing hopper 4 is arranged on the worktable 11, the lower end discharge hole is vertically downward, and the product placing hopper is arranged right above the transverse conveying device 21 or the longitudinal conveying device 22. The size that funnel 4 was placed to the product matches with the size of gift box, and the gift box is placed in the feed inlet of 4 upper ends of funnel are placed to the product, through 4 landing of product blowing funnel to support plate 23 on to ensure that the gift box can place in support plate 23 top with the exact gesture, confirm the effect of cutting. In the actual use, can install the product of different models and place funnel 4 according to the size difference of gift box.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the automation degree of the present device, a control display screen 5 may be further disposed on the working platform 11, and the control display screen 5 is connected to a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Simultaneously, an infrared sensor is arranged on the product placing funnel 4 and is in electric signal connection with the PLC, and magnetic sensors are arranged on the transverse cylinder, the longitudinal cylinder and the support plate 23 and are in electric signal connection with the PLC. The connection between the sensor and the PLC is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein. The working condition of the whole equipment can be known by the staff through controlling the display screen 5.
When the device is used, the proper type of the blade 32 is selected according to the actual requirement of the gift box breaking, and the blade 32 is adjusted to the proper position through the height adjusting differential head 331 and the depth adjusting differential head 332. The gift box is added from the upper end of the product placing funnel 4 and slides onto the carrier plate 23 through the product placing funnel 4. In this process, the infrared sensor on the product placing funnel 4 detects that the gift box passes through, and with signal transmission for PLC, PLC reserves enough time back when gift box whereabouts to support plate 23 on, starts conveyor 2 and begins work. The transverse cylinder and the longitudinal cylinder work in sequence to drive the support plate 23 to move along an L-shaped track, and in the process, the blade 32 scratches the side surface of the gift box to realize box breaking operation. When the cut gift box is taken off after the cutting is finished, the longitudinal cylinder and the transverse cylinder are driven reversely again, so that the carrier plate 23 returns to the original position. The next gift box repeats the above process.
In other embodiments, also can get rid of PLC, control display screen 5 and each sensor, when the gift box placed funnel 4 through the product and placed on support plate 23, operating personnel manual control horizontal cylinder makes reciprocating motion with vertical cylinder along L type orbit, realizes the broken box of cutting to the gift box.
