本发明涉及切断装置,具体是指一种圆钢切断装置。
背景技术
圆钢是指截面为圆形的实心长条钢材,圆钢分为热轧、锻制和冷拉三种。热轧圆钢的规格为5.5-250毫米。其中:5.5-25毫米的小圆钢大多以直条成捆的供应,常用作钢筋、螺栓及各种机械零件;大于25毫米的圆钢,主要用于制造机械零件、无缝钢管的管坯等。
在使用的时候需要对圆钢进行切割,传统的圆钢的方式直接用切割刀进行切割,效率低下,传统的切割方式已经不能满足使用者的使用要求了。

所述圆形管上设有竖直杆体,所述竖直杆体上设有滑轨,所述滑轨内滑动设有支架,所述支架上设有把手;
所述支架上设有电动机、减速器和切割刀,所述电动机和减速器传动连接,所述减速器和切割刀转动连接,所述切割刀延伸至缺口内。
