Abstract

本发明公开了一种莪术干燥加工方法,在冬季莪术的地上茎叶枯萎后,采挖其根茎和块根,洗净根茎、块根上的泥土,剪去须根,再将根茎和根茎切成薄片,用白醋和水的混合溶液蒸制,然后将蒸制好的莪术片在‑40℃~‑50℃冷冻20~24h,将冷冻好的莪术片原料装盘,装料的厚度为5‑15cm,放入微波真空干燥设备进行干燥,干燥时间为4‑6h,最后物料放入设备后先抽真空,在前2h,微波干燥功率为800W,此时物料温度为‑15℃以下;其余时间微波干燥功率为600W,此时物料温度低于50℃。本发明使用微波冷冻干燥的方法对莪术进行干燥,能够很好地保持原有的色、味、有效成分和活性物质,所得的产品品质好,挥发油含量高,可以规范化、标准化推广,使产品质量稳定。

一种莪术干燥加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种莪术干燥加工方法。
背景技术
莪术为姜科植物蓬莪术、广西莪术或温郁金的干燥根茎,主要产于广西、四川、浙江等地。莪术为常用中药,其性温味辛,具有行气破血、消积止痛之功效,用于淤血经闭、食积腹胀等。莪术活性成为为挥发油,在莪术中含量为1.96%-2.5%,目前对挥发油中的成分进行了深入研究,莪术油中的主要成分为多种倍半萜类物质,研究表明莪术具有较好的抗肿瘤、抗血栓、抗炎、抗病毒、抗菌、保肝、抗纤维组织增生等作用,是临床上较为常用的活血化瘀药物。
各地农民种植莪术时,一般为分散自由种植,在采收时缺乏科学性和规范性,且一般采用晒干和加热干燥的方式炮制莪术,为了防蛀还使用硫磺熏蒸,硫磺对人体有害,所得的产品品质不高,挥发油含量低。

发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种莪术干燥加工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种莪术干燥加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在冬季莪术的地上茎叶枯萎后,采挖其根茎和块根;
(2)洗净根茎、块根上的泥土,剪去须根;
(3)将根茎和根茎切成薄片,用白醋和水的混合溶液蒸制;
(4)将蒸制好的莪术片在-40℃~-50℃冷冻20~24h;
(5)将冷冻好的莪术片原料装盘,装料的厚度为5-15cm,放入微波真空干燥设备进行干燥,干燥时间为4-6h;
(6)物料放入设备后先抽真空,在前2h,微波干燥功率为800W,此时物料温度为-15℃以下;其余时间微波干燥功率为600W,此时物料温度低于50℃。
其中,步骤(3)将根茎和根茎切成厚度为1-2cm的薄片,蒸制10分钟,蒸制时的溶液为白醋和水的混合液,按体积比为1:1
其中,步骤(4)将蒸制好的莪术片在-46℃冷冻20h;
其中,步骤(5)的莪术片装料的厚度为10cm,干燥时间为5h。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明使用微波冷冻干燥的方法对莪术进行干燥,能够很好地保持原有的色、味、有效成分和活性物质,所得的产品品质好,挥发油含量高;
2、本发明在蒸制莪术时加入白醋,通过白醋熏蒸,达到防蛀的效果,不影响人体健康;
2、本发明的方法可以规范化、标准化推广,使产品质量稳定。

实施例1
2018年12月上旬,在南宁市兴宁区五塘镇的莪术种植基地,在莪术的地上茎叶枯萎后,采挖其根茎和块根,洗净根茎、块根上的泥土,剪去须根后称量100kg,切成1cm的薄片,使用蒸屉蒸制10分钟,蒸制时的溶液为白醋和水的混合液,按体积比为1:1;蒸制好的莪术片晾凉,然后在-40℃冷冻24h,将冷冻好的莪术片原料装盘,装料的厚度为5cm,放入微波真空干燥设备进行干燥,干燥时间为4h,物料放入设备后先抽真空,在前2h,微波干燥功率为800W,此时物料温度为-15℃以下;其余时间微波干燥功率为600W,此时物料温度低于50℃,完成后即得干燥的莪术片。
实施例2

实施例3
2018年12月上旬,在南宁市兴宁区五塘镇的莪术种植基地,在莪术的地上茎叶枯萎后,采挖其根茎和块根,洗净根茎、块根上的泥土,剪去须根后称量100kg,切成2cm的薄片,使用蒸屉蒸制10分钟,蒸制时的溶液为白醋和水的混合液,按体积比为1:1;蒸制好的莪术片晾凉,然后在-50℃冷冻22h,将冷冻好的莪术片原料装盘,装料的厚度为15cm,放入微波真空干燥设备进行干燥,干燥时间为5h,物料放入设备后先抽真空,在前2h,微波干燥功率为800W,此时物料温度为-15℃以下;其余时间微波干燥功率为600W,此时物料温度低于50℃,完成后即得干燥的莪术片。
对比例4
2018年12月上旬,在南宁市兴宁区五塘镇的莪术种植基地,在莪术的地上茎叶枯萎后,采挖其根茎和块根,洗净根茎、块根上的泥土,剪去须根后称量100kg,用大锅蒸1个半小时将莪术根茎和块根蒸熟,晒2天使其表面干燥,再放入烘房中进行干燥,干燥在55℃干燥8h。
从实施例1、2、3和对比例4中各取50g干燥的莪术材料,提取其挥发油,提取方法如下:将药材粉碎,把药粉与质量比8倍的水混合,在烧杯中磁力搅拌过夜,按[莪术挥发油的提取工艺和主要成分测定,冯磊等,无锡轻工大学学报,2003年1月,第22卷第1期]记载的方法,提取挥发油并称量,结果见表1:

从以上结果可以看出,本发明实施例1-3的莪术药材出油率大大高于对照组,本发明的方法可以明显提高莪术药材的品质,具有广阔的市场前景。

Claims (7)

1.一种莪术干燥加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在冬季莪术的地上茎叶枯萎后,采挖其根茎和块根;
(2)洗净根茎、块根上的泥土,剪去须根;
(3)将根茎和根茎切成薄片,用白醋和水的混合溶液蒸制;
(4)将蒸制好的莪术片在-40℃~-50℃冷冻20~24h;
(5)将冷冻好的莪术片原料装盘,装料的厚度为5-15cm,放入微波真空干燥设备进行干燥,干燥时间为4-6h;
(6)物料放入设备后先抽真空,在前2h,微波干燥功率为800W,此时物料温度为-15℃以下;其余时间微波干燥功率为600W,此时物料温度低于50℃。

3.按照权利要求1所述的莪术干燥加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)蒸制时间为10分钟。
4.按照权利要求1所述的莪术干燥加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)蒸制时的溶液为白醋和水的混合液,按体积比为1:1。
5.按照权利要求1所述的莪术干燥加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)将蒸制好的莪术片在-46℃冷冻20h。
6.按照权利要求1所述的莪术干燥加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)的莪术片装料的厚度为10cm。
7.按照权利要求1所述的莪术干燥加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)的干燥时间为5h。
