本发明提供了一种防治桃树流胶病药剂、制备方法及其应用,由油菜籽饼1‑3份、苦楝皮1‑3份、氢氧化铁0.3‑0.5份、硫酸铜0.05‑0.1份、聚乙二醇8‑16份制成;用于防治桃树流胶病效果非常显著,且药材来源丰富易得,成本低,减少了农药的施用量,非常适合果农推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治桃树流胶病药剂、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
桃树:拉丁学名:Prunus persica,英文名:Peach,种名桃。生长分布:原产我国,世界各地广为栽培。落叶小乔木,高4-8m。叶卵状披针形或圆状披针形,长8-12cm,宽3-4cm,边缘具细密锯齿,两边无毛或下面脉腋间有鬓毛;花单生,先叶开放,近无柄;萼筒钟,有短绒毛,裂叶卵形;花瓣粉红色,倒卵形或矩圆状卵形;果球形或卵形,径5-7公分,表面被短毛,白绿色,夏末成熟;熟果带粉红色,肉厚,多汁,气香,味甜或微甜酸。核扁心形,极硬。桃子由于味清香甘甜,已经成为夏季主要的食用水果之一,我果大部分地区均又种植,作为果农经济收入的主要生计。
桃树的流胶病主要危害树干和主枝,枝干受害后,发病初期病部稍肿胀,随后陆续分泌出淡黄色透明的柔软树胶,树胶也可以从伤口直接流出,树胶与空气接触后,逐渐变成红褐色、晶莹、柔软的胶块,最后变成茶褐色硬质胶块,病部皮层也逐渐变褐腐烂,并易诱发腐生菌的侵染,随着流胶量的增加,树势日趋衰弱,叶片变黄,影响开花和观赏,严重时引起部分枝枯,甚至全株死亡。诱发此病的因素比较复杂,冻害、霜害、日灼、虫害、土壤黏重或过酸、水分过多或不足、施肥不当、修剪过重、栽植过深、管理粗放、枝干发育不充实等,目前尚无系统有效的针对对防治桃树流胶病中药药剂及应用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防治桃树流胶病药剂,按重量份计,由油菜籽饼1-3份、苦楝皮1-3份、氢氧化铁0.3-0.5份、硫酸铜0.05-0.1份、聚乙二醇8-16份制成。
更具体地:一种防治桃树流胶病药剂,按重量份计,由油菜籽饼2份、苦楝皮2份、氢氧化铁0.4份、硫酸铜0.08份、聚乙二醇12份制成。
上述所述的聚乙二醇是聚乙二醇600。
本发明还提供了一种防治桃树流胶病药剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将苦楝皮1-3份粉碎成细粉,用5-6倍水煎煮提取4-6小时,在煎煮液中加入油菜籽饼1-3份、氢氧化铁0.3-0.5份、硫酸铜0.05-0.1份、聚乙二醇8-16份,加热搅拌成粘稠液体,放置冷却得到防治桃树流胶病药剂。
进一步地:所述的一种防治桃树流胶病药剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将苦楝皮2份粉碎成细粉,用5.5倍水煎煮提取5小时,在煎煮液中加入油菜籽饼2份、氢氧化铁0.4份、硫酸铜0.08份、聚乙二醇12份,加热搅拌成粘稠液体,放置冷却得到防治桃树流胶病药剂。
根据上述所述的防治桃树流胶病药剂在应用时,是将桃树流胶物除掉,用水冲洗,将本发明制得防治桃树流胶病药剂,用刷子将药剂刷于流胶处即可,每2天一次。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)采用本发明制得的中药农药用于防治桃树流胶病效果非常显著,有效降低桃树枝枯、死亡率大大降低,提高了树木的存活率以及果实质量。
(2)本发明所述的防治桃树流胶病药剂,药材来源丰富易得,成本低,制备工艺及使用方法非常简便,减少了化学农药的使用,非常使用果农推广应用。
有益效果考察:
取镇远桃树林,确诊为流胶病桃树100株进行考察,采用本发明制得的防治桃树流胶病药剂,进行处理。
处理方法为:用刷子将药剂刷于流胶处即可,每2天一次,1个月以后观察,结果显示:治愈的有66株、明显减轻的有34株,无效的6株。说明本发明制得的防治桃树流胶病药剂药效非常显著。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:防治桃树流胶病药剂:
将苦楝皮1kg粉碎成细粉,用5倍量的水煎煮提取4小时,在煎煮液中加入油菜籽饼1kg、氢氧化铁0.3kg、硫酸铜0.05kg、聚乙二醇8kg,加热搅拌成粘稠液体,放置冷却得到防治桃树流胶病药剂。
实施例2:防治桃树流胶病药剂:
将苦楝皮2kg粉碎成细粉,用5.5倍水煎煮提取5小时,在煎煮液中加入油菜籽饼2kg、氢氧化铁0.4kg、硫酸铜0.08kg、聚乙二醇12kg,加热搅拌成粘稠液体,放置冷却得到防治桃树流胶病药剂。
实施例3:防治桃树流胶病药剂:
将苦楝皮3kg粉碎成细粉,用6倍水煎煮提取6小时,在煎煮液中加入油菜籽饼3kg、氢氧化铁0.5kg、硫酸铜0.1kg、聚乙二醇16kg,加热搅拌成粘稠液体,放置冷却得到防治桃树流胶病药剂。

1.一种防治桃树流胶病药剂,其特征在于:按重量份计,由油菜籽饼1-3份、苦楝皮1-3份、氢氧化铁0.3-0.5份、硫酸铜0.05-0.1份、聚乙二醇8-16份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治桃树流胶病药剂,其特征在于:按重量份计,由油菜籽饼2份、苦楝皮2份、氢氧化铁0.4份、硫酸铜0.08份、聚乙二醇12份制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的种防治桃树流胶病药剂,其特征在于:所述的聚乙二醇是聚乙二醇600。
4.一种防治桃树流胶病药剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将苦楝皮1-3份粉碎成细粉,用5-6倍水煎煮提取4-6小时,在煎煮液中加入油菜籽饼1-3份、氢氧化铁0.3-0.5份、硫酸铜0.05-0.1份、聚乙二醇8-16份,加热搅拌成粘稠液体,放置冷却得到防治桃树流胶病药剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防治桃树流胶病药剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将苦楝皮2份粉碎成细粉,用5.5倍水煎煮提取5小时,在煎煮液中加入油菜籽饼2份、氢氧化铁0.4份、硫酸铜0.08份、聚乙二醇12份,加热搅拌成粘稠液体,放置冷却得到防治桃树流胶病药剂。
6.根据要求1或2所述的药剂和权利要求4或5制得的药剂在防治桃树流胶病时,是将桃树流胶物除掉,用水冲洗,用刷子将防治桃树流胶病药剂涂抹于流胶处,每2天一次。
