The moringa-poria-tea health-preserving meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 21-30 parts of moringa seeds, 12-16 parts of poria cocos tea, 10-17 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 6-10 parts of lotus leaves and 2-7 parts of xylitol.

The moringa-poria-tea health-preserving meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 21-25 parts of moringa seeds, 15-16 parts of poria cocos tea, 10-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 4-8 parts of lotus leaves and 2-5 parts of xylitol.

The moringa-poria-tea health-preserving meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of moringa seeds, 16 parts of poria cocos tea, 15 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 8 parts of lotus leaves and 5 parts of xylitol.
5. A preparation method of moringa-poria-tea health-preserving meal replacement powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) pretreatment:
according to the parts by weight, 21-35 parts of moringa seeds, 8-17 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 4-10 parts of lotus leaves are taken for disinfection treatment, mixed, crushed and sieved for later use;
2) treating the Fu tea:
crushing 12-18 parts of Fuzhuan tea for later use;
3) mixing:
