本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法。
背景技术
现代化的纺织产品所具备的功能性日趋完善,除防水、防晒、阻燃、免烫等,又开发了保暖、除湿、排汗等功能性纺织品,尤其是人们在大量出汗后纺织品需具备吸汗、排汗、快干可达到快速蒸发的效果等功能,据资料可查,关于纺织品的吸湿排汗方面的专利多达数百个。目前市场用布草主要以纯棉织物为主,特点吸湿性好,柔软舒适,不足之处是强度差,使用寿命短,成本相对高。也有酒店尝试用聚酯织物替代纯棉织物用来提高织物的使用寿命,但聚酯织物含水率低、透气性差、染色性差、容易起球起毛、易沾污等缺点,不能直接应用于酒店布草。但是由于聚酯纤维成本很低具有成本优势,聚酯纤维经一定功能整理后具有与纯棉织物一样优异的吸湿排汗性能,甚至超过纯棉织物的性能,完全满足布草对织物的技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,使经过整理后的聚酯织物具有好的吸湿性和排汗性。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理;
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理。
本发明的特点还在于,
步骤1的具体实施方式如下:
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:糊料2~4%、碱剂5~15%、非离子渗透剂0.5~1.5%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.5-11。
步骤1.1中,糊料为具有多醇基或羧基的多糖化合物任意一种;碱剂为无机碱、碱式盐或含胺基碱性化合物;非离子渗透剂为聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇中的任意一种。
具有多醇基或羧基的多糖化合物为改性淀粉、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、改性木薯淀粉、改性魔芋淀粉中的任意一种;
无机碱为氢氧化钠,碱式盐为硅酸钠或碳酸钠;含胺基碱性化合物为乙二胺或三乙胺。
聚氧乙烯醚为op-9、op-10、op-15中的任意一种,聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇1788、聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇600。
步骤2的具体实施方式如下:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为70~80%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干。
一次烘干的温度为70~90℃,一次烘干时间为3~5min;汽蒸的温度为110~130℃,汽蒸时间为10~20min;一次水洗温度50~60℃,水洗时间3~5min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间1~3min;二次烘干的温度为90~100℃,二次烘干时间为3~5min。
步骤3中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:切削频率为25~45次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为5~15%。
本发明的有益效果是,使用本发明的制备方法能够使聚酯纤维的羟基发生水解,纤维大分子链断裂,纤维的刚性下降柔性增强,纤维溶胀蓬松吸湿性增强,同时纤维表面形成凹痕,汗水随凹痕导出,吸收排汗性能增加;然后,再对织物进行限制性剪切,使部分纤维长丝变成松散卷曲的无捻短纤,使织物表面形成三维立体绒簇能够储存大量的水,再次增加织物的吸湿性能。经过整理后的聚酯织物具有好的吸湿性和排汗性,同时具有好的强力,提高布草的使用寿命。经检验机构检验,发明的布草用聚类织物满足布草用织物标准要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明提供了一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:糊料2~4%、碱剂5~15%、非离子渗透剂0.5~1.5%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.1中,糊料为具有多醇基或羧基的多糖化合物任意一种;碱剂为无机碱、碱式盐或含胺基碱性化合物;非离子渗透剂为聚氧乙烯醚(如:op系列)、聚乙烯醇(醇解度不大于88)、聚乙二醇(分子量不大于600)中的任意一种;
具有多醇基或羧基的多糖化合物为改性淀粉、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、改性木薯淀粉、改性魔芋淀粉中的任意一种;
无机碱为氢氧化钠,碱式盐为硅酸钠或碳酸钠;含胺基碱性化合物为乙二胺或三乙胺。
聚氧乙烯醚为op-9、op-10、op-15中的任意一种,聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇1788、聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇600。
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.5~11;
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为70~80%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干;
上浆率的计算公式为:
其中,一次烘干的温度为70~90℃,一次烘干时间为3~5min;汽蒸的温度为110~130℃,汽蒸时间为10~20min;一次水洗温度50~60℃,水洗时间3~5min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间1~3min;二次烘干的温度为90~100℃,二次烘干时间为3~5min。
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理;
其中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:切削频率为25~45次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为5~15%。
具有酯基的聚酯织物用上浆剂上浆处理使其表面能够均匀涂敷,控制一定处理温度及时间,使纤维膨化、表面有凹痕,强力损伤较小。上浆剂处理前、后的聚酯织物纤维的检测结果见表1、织物表面形貌见图1、图2,织物截面图见图3、图4。

经处理后的聚酯织物,通过表1可以看到,弹性模量有所降低,说明织物的柔性增强、刚性下降;且织物的强力损失仅3%,对织物的损伤可以忽略,其吸湿率增高。
如图1所示,织物上浆前纤维表面光滑无凹痕;如图2所示,上浆后纤维表面出现一定程度凹痕,说明吸湿后织物的水分可以通过凹痕排出。主要原因为大分子链弹性模量降低,但织物强力下降率变化很小仅3%;这时酯基发生一定水解,使纤维表皮壁厚变薄,纤维的柔软度增加;又由于碱使纤维溶胀,导致纤维孔径增大,纤维吸湿性增大。
如图3所示,织物上浆前纤维截面孔径皮层较厚、孔径较小;如图4所示,上浆后纤维截面孔径皮层变薄、孔径变大,显示上浆后纤维溶胀,织物的孔径可以容纳更多水分,吸湿性增加。
上浆剂中各组分的作用:碱剂的作用是使聚酯织物羟基水解、糊料作用是控制水解程度、非离子渗透剂作用是增加渗透、增溶作用。
对聚酯织物进行剪切,选择带有圆柱状刀具的磨辊设备,使磨辊转动时作横向传动,对织物进行切削,区别于常规的机械磨擦,控制一定频率(控制在25~45次/min),使织物能够限制性对剪切,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为5~15%,保持其服用价值,结果见表2。

从表2可以看出,聚酯织物经过控制剪切强度,织物的强度有所降低,下降幅度经向为6.19%、纬向为10%,断裂伸长率经向为8%、纬向为3.5%,无论强力下降还是断裂伸长率都在企业强力标准要求范围内(强力下降15%),不影响织物的服用性能。
经上浆剂处理后的聚酯织物产生一定绒毛,由于进行限制性剪切,从而保证化学浆料经处理后的聚酯织物强力保留(下降率控制在5~15%范围内),形成三维立体构象,织物表面形成绒面使得抱水性大幅增加,获得三重吸湿效果,见表3、图5说明。

图5模拟效果及表3说明,磨辊转动时作横向传动,一定频率处理后材料产生一定绒毛,由于进行限制性剪切,从而保证化学浆料经处理后的聚酯织物强力保留(下降率控制为5~15%),形成三维立体构象,使得抱水性大幅增加,获得三重吸湿效果。

实施例1
一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:改性淀粉2%、氢氧化钠5%、op-100.5%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.5。
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为70%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干;
其中,一次烘干的温度为70℃,一次烘干时间为3min;汽蒸的温度为110℃,汽蒸时间为10min;一次水洗温度50℃,水洗时间3min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间1min;二次烘干的温度为90℃,二次烘干时间为3min。
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理;
其中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:用圆柱状刀具磨辊设备,使磨辊转动时作横向传动,对织物进行切削,切削频率为25次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为5%。
实施例2
一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:瓜尔胶3%、硅酸钠10%、op-151.0%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.7。
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为75%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干;
其中,一次烘干的温度为80℃,一次烘干时间为4min;汽蒸的温度为120℃,汽蒸时间为15min;一次水洗温度55℃,水洗时间4min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间2min;二次烘干的温度为95℃,二次烘干时间为4min。
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理;
其中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:用圆柱状刀具磨辊设备,使磨辊转动时作横向传动,对织物进行切削,切削频率为35次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为10%。
实施例3
一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:海藻酸钠44%、碳酸钠15%、op-91.5%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为11。
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为80%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干;
其中,一次烘干的温度为90℃,一次烘干时间为5min;汽蒸的温度为130℃,汽蒸时间为20min;一次水洗温度60℃,水洗时间5min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间3min;二次烘干的温度为100℃,二次烘干时间为5min。
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理;
其中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:用圆柱状刀具磨辊设备,使磨辊转动时作横向传动,对织物进行切削,切削频率为45次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为15%。
实施例4
一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:改性木薯淀粉2.5%、乙二胺7.5%、op-15 0.75%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.5~11。
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为73%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干;
其中,一次烘干的温度为76℃,一次烘干时间为3.7min;汽蒸的温度为115℃,汽蒸时间为13min;一次水洗温度53℃,水洗时间3.7min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间1.8min;二次烘干的温度为93℃,二次烘干时间为3.7min。
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理;
其中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:用圆柱状刀具磨辊设备,使磨辊转动时作横向传动,对织物进行切削,切削频率为32次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为8%。
实施例5
一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:改性魔芋淀粉3.3%、三乙胺12%、聚乙烯醇1788 1.2%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.8。
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为78%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干;
其中,一次烘干的温度为88℃,一次烘干时间为4.7min;汽蒸的温度为127℃,汽蒸时间为17min;一次水洗温度58℃,水洗时间4.7min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间2.7min;二次烘干的温度为98℃,二次烘干时间为4.7min。
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理;
其中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:用圆柱状刀具磨辊设备,使磨辊转动时作横向传动,对织物进行切削,切削频率为42次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为13%。
实施例6
一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:改性淀粉3.1%、乙二胺12%、聚乙二醇600 0.6%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.5~11。
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为72%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干;
其中,一次烘干的温度为72℃,一次烘干时间为3~5min;汽蒸的温度为128℃,汽蒸时间为17min;一次水洗温度58℃,水洗时间4.7min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间2.4min;二次烘干的温度为98℃,二次烘干时间为3.5min。
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理;
其中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:用圆柱状刀具磨辊设备,使磨辊转动时作横向传动,对织物进行切削,切削频率为42次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为13%。
Claims (9)
1.一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,具体实施方式如下:
步骤1、上浆剂制备;
步骤2、采用步骤1制备的上浆剂对聚酯织物进行上浆处理;
步骤3、对经步骤2处理后的聚酯织物进行限制性剪切处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,步骤1的具体实施方式如下:
步骤1.1、按照质量百分比称取以下原料:糊料2~4%、碱剂5~15%、非离子渗透剂0.5~1.5%、余量为水,以上组分质量百分比之和为100%;
步骤1.2、将步骤1.1称取的各原料混合即得上浆剂,上浆剂的pH值为10.5-11。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,步骤1.1中,所述糊料为具有多醇基或羧基的多糖化合物任意一种;所述碱剂为无机碱、碱式盐或含胺基碱性化合物;所述非离子渗透剂为聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,所述具有多醇基或羧基的多糖化合物为改性淀粉、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、改性木薯淀粉、改性魔芋淀粉中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,所述无机碱为氢氧化钠,所述碱式盐为硅酸钠或碳酸钠;所述含胺基碱性化合物为乙二胺或三乙胺。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,所述聚氧乙烯醚为op-9、op-10、op-15中的任意一种,所述聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇1788、所述聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇600。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,步骤2的具体实施方式如下:
应用步骤1制备好的上浆剂采用浸轧方法在上浆机上对聚酯织物进行上浆,使上浆率为70~80%;上浆后依次进行一次烘干、汽蒸、一次水洗、二次水洗、二次烘干。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,一次烘干的温度为70~90℃,一次烘干时间为3~5min;汽蒸的温度为110~130℃,汽蒸时间为10~20min;一次水洗温度50~60℃,水洗时间3~5min,二次水洗温度为常温,水洗时间1~3min;二次烘干的温度为90~100℃,二次烘干时间为3~5min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种酒店布草用聚酯织物的整理方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,限制性剪切处理的具体参数要求为:切削频率为25~45次/min,剪切强力控制织物强力下降率为5~15%。
