Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained in detail by combining the attached drawings:
it will be understood by those skilled in the art that, unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. It will be further understood that terms, such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries, should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of the prior art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
The invention provides automatic stacking and unstacking equipment for trays, and aims to solve the problem that receiving trays at two ends of a conveyor cannot be stacked automatically. The automatic stacking and unstacking equipment for the trays can realize taking of the trays at the bottom in a stacking state on one hand and can realize accumulated stacking and placing of the trays on the other hand.
The working principle of the present invention is described first. The apparatus of the present invention is intended to be used in conjunction with a conveyor, and is generally fixed to the end of the conveyor. The apparatus includes two working processes, first, a process in which the pallet is carried by a conveyor. After the first tray is transmitted, the operation sequence of the two-end tray elevator is as follows:
and the lifting frame seat is retracted, the lifting platform descends to the lowest position, the lifting frame seat extends out, the tray is lifted, the tray ascends to the designated position, the next tray is waited to be in place, the lifting platform descends to the designated position, and the steps are repeated, so that the tray frames are accumulated, stacked and placed.
Then, the process that the tray is transported away from the conveyor is carried out, and the operation sequence of the tray lifters at the two ends is as follows: and the lifting frame seat is retracted, the lifting platform rises to the position below the penultimate tray, the lifting frame seat stretches out, the tray is lifted, the tray rises to a designated position, the lifting platform descends to the lowest position when the tray below the lifting platform is conveyed away, and the steps are repeated, so that the tray frame is conveyed out at one time.
Fig. 1 to 4 are a front view, a side view, a top view, and a perspective view of the one-sided mechanism, respectively.
Example 1
Fig. 5 to 8 are a front view, a side view, a plan view and a perspective view, respectively, of the double-sided mechanism in an operating state. As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in the present embodiment, the screw is driven by a motor, and both ends of the screw are respectively connected to the screw rod of the tray lift, so as to control the rotation of the screw in the vertical direction of the tray lift, thereby controlling the height of the lifting platform. The corresponding lifting platforms of the screws of the two pallet lifters have the same height. The two lifting platforms are used for clamping and fixing the same discharging tray from two sides respectively. In the process that the trays are conveyed by the conveyor, after the first tray is conveyed, the operation sequence of the two-end tray lifter is as follows: the lifting frame seat is controlled by a cylinder to move to a withdrawing state along a corresponding guide rail, and the lifting platform is controlled by a rotating screw rod and a rotating nut and descends to the lowest position of the mechanism; the lifting frame seat is controlled by the cylinder to move to an extending state along the guide rail to support the tray; the motor rotates to control the lifting platform to ascend to a specified position; the tray is conveyed out in parallel by matching with a conveying mechanism; and waiting for the next tray to be in place, controlling the lifting platform to descend to the lowest position of the mechanism by the motor, and repeating the steps, thereby realizing the accumulated overlapping placement of the tray racks.
In the process that the tray is transported away from the conveyor, the operation sequence of the tray lifters at the two ends is as follows: and the lifting frame seat is retracted, the lifting platform rises to the position below the penultimate tray, the lifting frame seat stretches out, the tray is lifted, the tray rises to a designated position, the lifting platform descends to the lowest position when the tray below the lifting platform is conveyed away, and the steps are repeated, so that the tray frame is conveyed out at one time.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
