技术领域
本发明涉及适合连接或邻近平端头管的端头的无螺栓的管接头,以使所述管能够与其他的管、泵、阀门、端盖等相联接。这些接头是通用的,即它们在一定的尺寸范围内有较宽的允许偏差:已给定公称直径的管子外径并不是全部相同。
背景技术
欧洲专利EP727026公开了通过给油脂加压来加紧和密封联接好的管子。这种技术的允许偏差有限,通常适用于直径偏差为4或5mm的管子。管夹最大活动长度大约是管夹厚度的一半,否则它们会从外壳的槽中滑脱出来。
发明内容
按照本发明,位于接头内表面中的一环形凹槽内的一个密封件具有L形断面的分段式管夹,包括一个介于密封件和凹槽壁间的腿,和一个具有与管子接合的锯齿形内表面的脚。这使允许偏差可超过10或15mm,因此管接头可以用于给定公称直径的所有管子。
在相邻管夹的腿之间可以设金属垫片。在密封件的一侧或两侧与凹槽相邻的壁之间可以设管夹。在外壳上设有密封液入口,它可以是压力下供应油脂或油的加油嘴,或是设有使环氧树油脂成型以达到永久密封的零件。外壳上通常设有偏离密封液入口的排气孔,供装配时槽中注满了作为密封液的油脂或油时使用。

图1所示的现有技术的接头中,一个利用高压油脂的机构驱动许多管夹。管夹被从高压油脂枪中来的油脂向下推压至管子上,但仍包在接头外壳中,从而造成动态密封,将弧段形的管夹压在管子上。
具体实施方式
参见图2,管接头包括具有环形槽4的中空金属外壳7。在槽4内有环形聚合物密封件1,它具有与槽4内侧密封接合的内凹外表面和侧翼。每一个有L形断面的分段式管夹都包括一个通过金属垫片3与密封件1接触的腿6和一个具有与管壁接合的锯齿形内表面的脚5。金属垫片3伸过相邻管夹的腿6之间的空隙,允许相邻的腿在密封情况下有相对移动。
装配时,油脂在压力下通过加油嘴8注入槽4内。空气从排气口(图中未示出)排出。安装时,更多的油脂通过加油嘴8从注油枪高压注入,向下压迫密封件1使管夹与管壁接合,这时排气孔关闭。
因为管夹的腿6防止聚合物密封件1伸入外壳7和管壁间的空隙中,所以每个管接头可有更大的允许偏差。油脂向下压密封件1及其翼,以保证其与外壳7紧密接触。当油脂压力增加时,朝管壁方向把聚合物密封件1推向外壳7。聚合物密封件1压迫管夹的脚5使之运动到管壁上。油脂的压力使脚5切入管壁内。管夹脚5之间的空隙允许聚合物密封件1溢至管壁表面上并形成密封,防止了沿管壁外表面的任何泄漏。
金属垫片3防止密封件1挤入管夹的腿6之间并突入相邻管夹腿6的边缘之间。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于平端头管的管接头,包括一个放在管子上的外壳(7),一个在外壳(7)的内表面中制出的环绕管子的环形槽(4),一个位于槽(4)内的密封件(1),和一个向外壳(7)与密封件(1)间的槽(4)中注入密封液的入口(8),其特征在于,管夹是L形断面的分段式管夹,它包括位于密封件(1)与槽(4)的壁之间的腿(6),和具有与管子接合的锯齿形内表面的脚(5)。
2.按照权利要求1的管接头,其特征在于,在相邻管夹的腿(6)之间有金属垫片(3)。
3.按照权利要求1或2的管接头,其特征在于,在密封件(1)的每一侧与槽(4)的相邻壁之间有管夹。
4.按照上述任一项权利要求的管接头,其特征在于,入口(8)是在压力下供应油脂的加油嘴。
