Abstract
本发明涉及一种蛹虫草山药固体饮料,包括蛹虫草、山药、人参、薏苡仁、佛手、枸杞子、茯苓、酸枣仁,所述蛹虫草山药固体饮料为粉状并经纯净水溶解后制成饮料,兼具补肺健脾、益肾固精、养颜美容功效,提高免疫力;本发明还提供了一种蛹虫草山药固体饮料生产装置,可对原料进行三次粉碎,保证原料粉碎的效果,增强固体饮料的口感,便于服用。

本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种蛹虫草山药固体饮料及其生产装置。
背景技术
蛹虫草为子囊菌门,肉座目,麦角菌科、虫草属的模式种,学名为Cordycepsmilitaris,又名北蛹虫草,有地区亦称为踊虫草,一般把活体虫蛹培养的北虫草称为蛹虫草,两者实际上是同种真菌。
蛹虫草中含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,粗蛋白含量在30%左右,氨基酸总量达到22%,与天然冬虫夏草接近,虫草多糖(CMPC)是蛹虫草中重要的活性物质,它能增强机体的免疫功能,提高血清IgG的抗体含量,增强机体自身抗癌抑癌的能力,同时具有抗衰老、抗氧化、抗凝血、降血糖、降血脂、改善肝功等作用,有诸多提高免疫力的西药,但长期用药对人体有一定的负面作用,甚至导致肿瘤的产生。因此,能提供一种在吃饭、喝水的同时,能够增加人体抵抗力,并能够解决消化方面的问题,是人们非常期望的事情

本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术中所提出的问题,而提供一种兼具补肺健脾、益肾固精、养颜美容功效,提高免疫力的蛹虫草山药固体饮料及提高原料粉碎效率的生产装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
蛹虫草山药固体饮料,包括蛹虫草、山药、人参、薏苡仁、佛手、枸杞子、茯苓、酸枣仁,所述蛹虫草山药固体饮料为粉状并经纯净水溶解后制成饮料。
进一步的,还包括麦芽糊精。
进一步的,所述蛹虫草山药固体饮料由以下重量份组成:蛹虫草3-6份、山药1.5-2.5份、人参0.5-1份、薏苡仁0.5-1份、佛手0.2-1份、枸杞子0.1-0.2份、茯苓0.5-0.8份、酸枣仁0.2-0.6份。
进一步的,含有蛹虫草3.5-6份、山药1.8-2份、人参0.6-0.8份、薏苡仁0.6-0.8份、佛手0.4-0.8份、枸杞子0.12-0.15份、茯苓0.6-0.7份、酸枣仁0.25-0.55份、麦芽糊精0.2-1份。
进一步的,含有蛹虫草4.5份、山药2份、人参0.8份、薏苡仁0.7份、佛手0.76份、枸杞子0.14份、茯苓0.6份、酸枣仁0.3份、麦芽糊精0.2份。
进一步的,每单位剂量的包装中,含有蛹虫草4.5g、山药2g、人参0.8g、薏苡仁0.7g、佛手0.76g、枸杞子0.14g、茯苓0.6g、酸枣仁0.3g、麦芽糊精0.2g。
进一步的,所述人参为人工种植五年以下的人参。
进一步的,所述固体饮料的制作方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将蛹虫草子实体、山药、人参、薏苡仁、佛手、枸杞子、茯苓、酸枣仁去杂质后分别用中药粉碎机粉碎后过80目筛,在40℃的烘箱中烘干,麦芽糊精过100目筛;
S2、称取一定质量的蛹虫草子实体,按照1:15的料液比加入蒸馏水充分混合,在700w下进行超声提取20min,超声提取2次后,在3000r/min的条件下离心10min,取上层清液,定容至100ml,经0.459m微孔滤膜过滤,滤液浓缩后干燥;
S3、按上述比例将山药、人参、薏苡仁、佛手、枸杞子、茯苓、酸枣仁和2/5的麦芽糊精破碎后的粉末一起放入提取罐中,在60-80℃下进行热水回流提取,提取液浓缩后干燥;
S4、将S2和S3干燥后的粉末混合,并加入剩下的3/5麦芽糊精粉末,制成颗粒,干燥;
S5、将S4干燥后的颗粒按照10g/袋,进行装袋,密封后在阴凉、干燥、避光处进行保存;
S6、服用时,每袋用100mL温开水冲服。
进一步的,蛹虫草中虫草多糖的提取包括如下步骤:
1)S2中,将过滤后的滤渣再次加水浸提,重复操作3次,合并上清液,旋转蒸发浓缩至一定体积,再次离心沉淀。
2)调节合并后的提取液的pH为6.5,在提取液中加入蛹虫草重量3-5%的木瓜蛋白酶,在60℃下恒温酶解60-70min,然后在80-100℃下灭酶10-15min,于3000rpm下离心10-15min,收集上清液。
3)向上清液中加入30-50%的无水乙醇,4-10℃下静置10-12h,于4000rpm下离心10-15min,收集沉淀物,将沉淀物用蒸馏水溶解后冻干,收集干粉。
4)制作葡萄糖标准曲线。
5)称取一定质量的干粉加水溶解,得多糖样品溶液,在60-80℃下恒温水浴2h,吸取样品溶液于试管中,测定其吸光度,平行测定3次。

一种蛹虫草山药固体饮料的生产装置,包括第一处理室和设于第一处理室下部的第二处理室,所述第一处理室内从上至下依次设第一搅杆和第二搅杆,所述第二处理室内对称设碎辊,所述碎辊的底部设收料室。
进一步的,所述第一处理室和第二处理室之间设第一筛网,所述收料室的上端、碎辊的下端设第二筛网,所述第一筛网的下端、碎辊的上端设挡料板,所述挡料板密闭连接碎辊。
进一步的,所述收料室的底部连接一风管,所述风管的底部连接收料室,所述风管上端的出风口设于挡料板的上端。
进一步的,所述第一搅杆和第二搅杆上均设螺旋刀片。
进一步的,所述第二筛网的孔径小于第一筛网孔径10-15μm。
进一步的,所述第一搅杆的螺旋刀片的间距大于第二搅杆的螺旋刀片间距5-10mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明提供的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,蛹虫草内含的虫草多糖可增强机体自身抗癌抑癌的能力,同时具有抗衰老、抗氧化、抗凝血、降血糖、降血脂、改善肝功等作用;山药含有蛋白质、维生素、淀粉、钙磷等人体必需的营养素,调节血压、降血糖、降血脂、抑制肿瘤,同时也有利于胃部的保护,粘液所特有的粘稠质地可以对胃壁形成一层保护,减轻胃黏膜的压力;人参具有美容、治疗心血管系统疾病、使胃纳增加、治疗糖尿病、神经衰弱、提高视力及增强视觉暗适应的作用、抗疲劳、提高机体的适应性;薏苡仁有利水渗透湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的作用;佛手的香气较浓,入肝、脾、胃三经,有理气化痰、止呕消胀、舒肝健脾、和胃等多种药用功能,久服有保健益寿的作用;酸枣仁可敛气安神,荣筋养髓,和胃运脾、平肝理气,润肺养阴,温中利湿,敛气止汗,益志,聪耳明目;枸杞中含有多种氨基酸,并含有甜菜碱、玉蜀黍黄素、酸浆果红素等特殊营养成分,使其具有非常好的保健功效,增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变,抗衰老,抗肿瘤,抗疲劳、调节血脂、血糖和血压,补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳,常食能使肤色红润,体质增强;茯苓可利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。由上述原料制成的固体饮料,具有增强免疫力的功能,且制成的固体饮料中其他成分可对蛹虫草的虫草素起到增强作用,在保证原有效用的前提下,产生了协同作用,通过麦芽糊精可增加各原料之间的粘稠度、增强产品分散性和溶解性,同时固体饮料具有中草药的芳香味。
2、本发明提供的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,主要对体质虚弱者有效,兼具补肺健脾、益肾固精、养颜美容功效的食疗健康饮品,有补肺益肾、促进胃肠蠕动、改善便秘,调节肠道有益菌群结构的优点,降低产品成本。
3、本发明提供的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,通过对蛹虫草中虫草多糖的提取,可用于检测虫草多糖免疫调节活性,从而验证蛹虫草固体饮料的药效学活性,形成固体饮料的最优配比。
4、本发明提供的蛹虫草山药固体饮料生产装置,固体饮料为冲剂,因此对原料的粉碎要求较高,本生产装置可对原料进行依次递进的三次粉碎,从而保证原料粉碎的效果,增强固体饮料的口感,便于服用。
5、本发明提供的蛹虫草山药固体饮料生产装置,原料进入第一处理室后,经第一搅杆和第二搅杆上不同间距的螺旋刀片的切割及搅拌作用,将原料进行两次的粗粉碎,符合粗粉碎粒径的粉末经第一筛网进入第二处理室内,在碎辊的相互挤压作用下,粗粉末被挤压粉碎为更小颗粒的粉末,符合的粒径经第二筛网进入收料室内,不符合要求的粉末经风管吸入重新进入碎辊之间进行再次粉碎,提高粉碎效果。

实施例1
结合图1,蛹虫草山药固体饮料,包括蛹虫草、山药、人参、薏苡仁、佛手、枸杞子、茯苓、酸枣仁,所述蛹虫草山药固体饮料为粉状并经纯净水溶解后制成饮料,还包括麦芽糊精。
蛹虫草山药固体饮料,含有蛹虫草3.5-6份、山药1.8-2份、人参0.6-0.8份、薏苡仁0.6-0.8份、佛手0.4-0.8份、枸杞子0.12-0.15份、茯苓0.6-0.7份、酸枣仁0.25-0.55份、麦芽糊精0.2-1份。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,含有蛹虫草4.5份、山药2份、人参0.8份、薏苡仁0.7份、佛手0.76份、枸杞子0.14份、茯苓0.6份、酸枣仁0.3份、麦芽糊精0.2份,每单位剂量的包装中,含有蛹虫草4.5g、山药2g、人参0.8g、薏苡仁0.7g、佛手0.76g、枸杞子0.14g、茯苓0.6g、酸枣仁0.3g、麦芽糊精0.2g。
实施例3
固体饮料的制作方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将蛹虫草子实体、山药、人参、薏苡仁、佛手、枸杞子、茯苓、酸枣仁去杂质后分别用中药粉碎机粉碎后过80目筛,在40℃的烘箱中烘干,麦芽糊精过100目筛;

蛹虫草中虫草多糖的提取包括如下步骤:

实施例5
在实施例4的基础上,选取3组体重为15-20g的小鼠,每组10只,根据人体口服的剂量,设蛹虫草固体饮料低、中、高的剂量分别为1.5kg.bw、3.0kg.bw、9.0kg.bw,分别取固体饮料样品15g、30g、90g加蒸馏水定容至200mL,分别给每组小鼠每天灌胃一次,灌胃35天后测定指标。
结合图2,小鼠的抗体生成细胞检测如图所示,高剂量的药液能增加小鼠抗体细胞的生成数量,与空白组相比,由显著差异,具有增强免疫力的功能,且在检测中发现,固体饮料对小鼠的脾脏/体重的比值无显著影响。
实施例6
一种蛹虫草山药固体饮料的生产装置,包括第一处理室1和设于第一处理室1下部的第二处理室2,所述第一处理室1内从上至下依次设第一搅杆11和第二搅杆12,所述第二处理室2内对称设碎辊22,所述碎辊22的底部设收料室23。
所述第一处理室1和第二处理室2之间设第一筛网3,所述收料室23的上端、碎辊22的下端设第二筛网4,所述第一筛网3的下端、碎辊22的上端设挡料板21,所述挡料板21密闭连接碎辊22,所述第二筛网的孔径小于第一筛网孔径10-15μm。
所述第二筛网4的上端连接一风管24,所述风管24的底部连接收料室23,所述风管24上端的出风口设于挡料板21的上端。
所述第一搅杆11和第二搅杆12上均设螺旋刀片13,所述第一搅杆的螺旋刀片的间距大于第二搅杆的螺旋刀片间距5-10mm。
原料进入第一处理室1后,经第一搅杆11和第二搅杆12上不同间距的螺旋刀片13的切割及搅拌作用,将原料进行两次的粗粉碎,符合粗粉碎粒径的粉末经第一筛网3进入第二处理室2内,在碎辊22的相互挤压作用下,粗粉末被挤压粉碎为更小颗粒的粉末,符合的粒径经第二筛网4进入收料室23内,不符合要求的粉末经风管24吸入重新进入碎辊22之间进行再次粉碎,提高粉碎效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,其特征在于:还包括麦芽糊精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,其特征在于:所述蛹虫草山药固体饮料由以下重量份组成:蛹虫草3-6份、山药1.5-2.5份、人参0.5-1份、薏苡仁0.5-1份、佛手0.2-1份、枸杞子0.1-0.2份、茯苓0.5-0.8份、酸枣仁0.2-0.6份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,其特征在于:含有蛹虫草3.5-6份、山药1.8-2份、人参0.6-0.8份、薏苡仁0.6-0.8份、佛手0.4-0.8份、枸杞子0.12-0.15份、茯苓0.6-0.7份、酸枣仁0.25-0.55份、麦芽糊精0.2-1份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,其特征在于:含有蛹虫草4.5份、山药2份、人参0.8份、薏苡仁0.7份、佛手0.76份、枸杞子0.14份、茯苓0.6份、酸枣仁0.3份、麦芽糊精0.2份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料,其特征在于:每单位剂量的包装中,含有蛹虫草4.5g、山药2g、人参0.8g、薏苡仁0.7g、佛手0.76g、枸杞子0.14g、茯苓0.6g、酸枣仁0.3g、麦芽糊精0.2g。
7.一种用于权利要求1-6任一所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料的生产装置,其特征在于:包括第一处理室(1)和设于第一处理室(1)下部的第二处理室(2),所述第一处理室(1)内从上至下依次设第一搅杆(11)和第二搅杆(12),所述第二处理室(2)内对称设碎辊(22),所述碎辊(22)的底部设收料室(23)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料生产装置,其特征在于:所述第一处理室(1)和第二处理室(2)之间设第一筛网(3),所述收料室(23)的上端、碎辊(22)的下端设第二筛网(4),所述第一筛网(3)的下端、碎辊(22)的上端设挡料板(21),所述挡料板(21)密闭连接碎辊(22)。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的蛹虫草山药固体饮料生产装置,其特征在于:所述第二筛网(4)的上端连接一风管(24),所述风管(24)的底部连接收料室(23),所述风管(24)上端的出风口设于挡料板(21)的上端。
