Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于插板盒和类似装置的门锁手柄组件,用于开/闭盒的门,和将门闭锁在盒的固定架上。
在例如日本实用新型公开No.Sho63-162075中公开的普通门锁手柄组件中,手柄件的锁轴可转动地装在基座圆柱形支承部分上,基座固定地装在门上;可与固定架夹持件啮合和脱开的卡板固定地装在锁轴前端;当手柄在圆柱轴承部分摆动时,使卡板在其闭锁和打开位置被可转动地驱动。在其闭锁位置,卡板从门侧边伸出,在其打开位置,卡板缩回到门侧边后面的予定位置。
在普通的门锁手柄组件中:作为在门的闭锁位置将门闭锁在固定架上的装置,在手柄锁轴上提供一锁装置,当转子被驱动转动时,锁装置的转子前端与一锁杆互锁,锁杆与圆柱形轴承部的接收槽啮合或脱离。
然而,在普通门锁手柄组件中,存在一个状态,当一个人抓住手柄前端,并不使用适当钥匙而强迫手柄摆动,而要非法地打开锁装置时,锁装置的锁杆和内锁机构会出现变形,在这种非法操作中,因为手柄的伸长体作为一杆臂而作用,而将手柄上的力放大了几倍。于是,放大的力在锁装置的锁杆和内锁机构中产生大的弯曲应力和剪应力。
另外,在普通的门锁手柄组件中,因为甚至当锁装置不在其正常闭锁位置时,使用者也能正常地操作锁装置,所以有一个担心;使用者会忽视手柄以来闭锁状态。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种门锁手柄组件,其可防止使用者忽视组件手柄的未闭锁状态,它是因为在除了闭锁位置的任何其他位置,手柄使其不可能操作组件的锁装置,其中甚至当手柄在其闭锁位置被不合法地强迫摆动时,也不会担心锁装置变形或损坏,因为在该组件中,来自锁轴的力矩通过锁杆止动机械被分散了。
实现本发明的目的是通过提供:
-门锁手柄组件,包括
-圆柱形支承部分,与固定装在门上的基件的基端部形成一体;
-轴,固定地装在手柄基端部上,并以插入方式可转动地装在圆柱形支承部分中;
-卡板,固定地装在轴后端,卡板可与固定的架元件的长合件啮合或脱离;
-固定件,固定地装在手柄基端部底壁上;
-第一水平锁,插入固定件的轴向孔中;
-销杆,以这种方法安装,以致能绕第一水平销枢转;
-推转弹簧,装在手柄底壁突出部和手柄前端突出部之间;
-闩壳,有固定装在手柄前端的基端部,闩壳基端部有一轴向孔;
-第二水平锁,插入闩壳的轴向孔和锁杆前端的转动限制椭圆孔;
-中空的底部,与锁杆前端整体成形;
-对止动定起,其分别与锁杆其端部和锁杆前端整体成形;
-对啮合槽,用于分别与止动突起啮合或脱离,啮合槽分别与手柄基端部和手柄前端整体成形;
-锁接收部,与手柄前端整体成形;
-锁装置,容纳和安装在锁接收部中;
-连接件,与锁装置的转子互锁;
-接收槽,与连接件的啮合突起啮合;
-锁闩元件,与连接件互锁,以前后移动,并容纳在闩壳中;
-啮合突起,形成于锁闩元件后端,以致与基件的槽啮合;
-固定闩,形成于锁闩元件基端部,以与锁杆接收部啮合和脱离;
其中:锁闩元件的固定闩容纳在锁杆接收部中,以将闭锁杆固定在闭锁位置,并且,闭锁杆的一对止动突起分别与一对啮合槽啮合,将来自轴的力矩分开,并接受分开的力矩,以致将手柄闭锁在基件上。

下面,参照附图对本发明作详细描述。
本发明的门锁手柄组件包括:一固柱形支承部分6,其与固定地装在门上1的基件的基端部形成一体;一轴7固定地装在手柄4基端部,并以插入方式可转动地装在圆柱形支承部6中;一卡板9固定地装在轴后端,卡板9可与固定的框架元件2的卡合件8啮合或脱离;一固定件10固定地装在手柄4基端部底壁上;一第一水平销11插入固定件10的轴孔12中;一销杆5以这种方式安装,以致可绕第一水平锁11摆动;一推转弹簧35装在手柄底壁突起33和锁杆5前端突起34之间;一闩壳18基端部固定地装在手柄4前端,闩壳18基端部具有一轴向孔19;一第二水平销21插入轴向孔19和锁杆5前端上形成的转动限制椭圆孔20中。
另外,本发明的门锁手柄组件还包括:一中空的凹座部32整体成形在锁杆5前端;一对止动突出部14和15分别与锁杆与基端部和前端整体成形;一对啮合槽16和17用于分别与止动突出部14和15啮合和脱离,啮合槽16和17分别与手柄4基端部和前端整体成形;一锁接收部22与手柄4前端整体成形;一锁装置23容纳和安装在锁接收部22中;一连接件25与锁装置23的转子24互锁;一接收槽28与连接件25的啮合突起26啮合;一锁闩件27与连接件25互锁,以前后移动,并容纳在闩壳18中;一啮合突起30形成于锁闩件27后端,以能与基件3上的槽29啮合和脱离;一固定螺柱46形成于锁闩件27基端部,以与锁杆5接收部32啮合和脱离。
在本发明具有上述结构的门锁手柄组件中,锁闩件27的固定闩46容纳在锁杆5的接收部32,将锁杆5固定在其闭锁位置;并且,锁杆5的止动突起14和15分别与啮合槽16和17啮合,将来自轴7的力矩分开,并接受分开的力矩,以将手柄4闭锁在基件3上。
如图1所示,在手柄4与基件3对齐的情况下,卡板9处于其闭锁位置,其中,卡板9与卡合件8啮合,以将门1闭锁在固定架2上。当适当的钥匙41插入锁装置23,并在闭锁方向转动时,通过与锁闩件27互锁的转子24,使锁闩件27在闭锁方向转动,使锁闩件27的固定闩46与锁杆5的接收部32啮合,由此,将门1适当地闭锁在固定的框架元件2上。
通过使用钥匙41在开着方向使转子24转动,使锁闩件27与其接收部32分离之后,使用者抓住手柄4使锁杆5缩回一个予定的量,以致锁杆5的止动突起14和15分别与啮合槽16和17脱离。然后,当轴7在其开着方向转动时,卡板9与卡合件8脱离,使门1从固定框架元件2上松开,能使使用者向前拉手柄4而将门1打开。
在附图所示的本发明实施例中,轴7和手柄4形成分离的部分,以致通过与手柄4后表面垂直的平头螺栓将轴7固定地装在手柄4后表面。一防水密封环44装在轴7中部外周面和圆柱形支承部6内周面之间。卡板9有一方形通孔47,其与轴7后端部相配合。一对方形垫圈45也与轴7后端相配合。然后,将一六角头螺栓37旋入轴7后端48的螺纹孔49,而将卡板9固定地装在轴7后端部48上。
通过一帽头螺钉42将固定件10固定地装在手柄4上,螺钉42与手柄4底壁突出部上的螺孔50螺纹连接。第一水平销11插入固定件10的轴向孔12和锁杆5的轴向孔13,而使锁杆5通过水平销11框装在手柄4上。由一压缩盘簧构成的推转或偏置弹簧35装在手柄4底壁突起33和锁杆5前端突起34之间,以迫使锁杆5(当使用者抓住手柄4时锁杆缩回,以锁住组件)转动至其闭锁位置,其中,止动突起14和15分别与啮合槽16和17啮合。
一对相对于基件3限制手柄4转角的弧形突起52位于基件3后端51,在后端部51圆周向延伸。一止动件54有一对限制突起53。件54固定装在轴7后端48,使其突起53与基件3的突起52基本同心布置。在操作中,止动件54的限制突起53靠在基件3弧形突起52左右端部,而将手柄4的转角相对于基件3在顺时针和反时针方向限制在90度的角度之中。
基件3后端部51装在门1接收孔54中,其定位突起55装在门1定位孔56中。基件3定位突起55位于基件3前端后表面上。基件3后端部51外周边部形成一螺纹部分57,其可与六角螺母36用螺纹连接,而基件3的定位突起55有一螺孔58,其与穿过一紧固板40的六角头螺栓39螺纹连接,以将基件3通过螺母36和螺栓39固定在门1上。
嵌入锁接收部22后侧中空部的闩壳18通过4个平头螺栓固定地装在手柄4上。一闭锁件59由连接件25和锁闩件27构成。闭锁件59可滑动地装在闩壳18伸长孔60中,闩壳18平行于基件3布置。
如图1所示,在手柄4与基件3对齐的情况下,卡板9处于其闭锁位置,其中,卡板9与卡合件8啮合,并将门1闭锁在固定框架元件2上。当将钥匙41插入销装置23并在开着方向使转子74转动时,在开着方向驱动与转子24互锁的连接件25,使锁闩件27跟随连接件,而固定向46与锁杆5接收部32啮合。
在工作中,钥匙41使转子24在开着方向转动,而使锁闩件27的固定闩46与锁杆5接收部分离。当使用者抓住手柄4时,杆5缩回至一个予定位置,而使止动突起14和15分别与啮合槽16和17分离。其后,当轴7在其开启方向转动时,卡板9从卡合件8上松开。
在本发明上述结构的门锁手柄组件中,因为止动突起14、15位于锁杆5两端,并与啮合槽16、17啮合,以致于分散了来自轴的力矩,所以能提高本发明组件的结构强度,消除了组件锁装置23变形和损坏的顾虑。
另外,在本发明的门锁手柄组件中,因为在除了锁杆5闭锁位置的任何位置,闭锁元件59的固定闩46都能容纳在锁杆5的接收部32,所以当固定于轴7的长板9处于闭锁位置时,使用者不可能操作锁装置23。所以,没有忽视组件中卡板9开启状态的顾虑,所以,就消除了锁装置23未闭锁的顾虑。

Claims (1)

1、一种门锁手柄组件,包括:
-圆柱形支承部6,其与固定地装在门1上的基件3的基端部形成一体;
-轴7,其固定地装在手柄4的基端部,并以插入方式可转动地装在所述圆柱形支承部6中;
-卡板9,其固定地装在所述轴7后端,所述卡板9可与固定框架元件2的卡合件8啮合或脱离;
-固定件10,固定地装在所述手柄4基端部底壁上;
-第一水平销11,其插入所述固定件10的轴向孔12中;
-锁杆5,其以这种方式安装,以致能绕所述水平销11枢转;
-推转弹簧35,装在所述手柄4底壁突起33和所述锁杆5前端突起34之间;
-闩壳18,其基端部固定装在所述手柄4前端,所述闩壳18基端部有一轴向孔19;
-第二水平销21,插入所述轴向孔19和形成于所述锁杆5前端的转动限制椭圆孔20中;
-中空凹座部32,与所述锁杆5前端整体成形;
-对止动突起14和15,分别与所述锁杆5基端部和所述锁杆5前端整体成形;
-对啮合槽16和17,分别与所述止动突起14和15啮合和分离,所述啮合槽16和17分别与所述手柄4基端部和手柄4前端整体成形;
-锁接收部22,与所述手柄4前端整体成形;
-锁装置23,安装并容纳在所述锁接收部22中;
-连接件25,与所述锁装置23的转子24互锁;
