本发明是一种更加稳定的复合模具底座材料,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%改性橡胶颗粒,10~35%不饱和聚酯树脂,1~10%沙子,0~3%加工助剂,0~2.5%阻燃剂,5~20%发泡剂,10~20%稳定剂,30~60%轻烧粉,通过本方法制备的产品,具有极好的稳定性,可以避免出现因加热加压过程中,造成模具发生侧移,且底座硬度相对较低,不会出现上下模操作失误直接导致模具报废,造价低廉,性价比较高。

本发明公开了一种更加稳定的复合模具底座材料。
背景技术
模具是精密工具,形状复杂,承受坯料的胀力,对结构强度、刚度、表面硬度、表面粗糙度和加工精度都有较高要求,模具生产的发展水平是机械制造水平的重要标志之一,在模具的实际使用中,通常直接操作压模机直接作用在模具的上模,通过压模机加热,加压,通水完成工作,但在现有的技术中,大多放置模具的底座只能起到支撑模具的作用,所以在模具的加热加压时,易造成模具发生侧移,且底座过硬,上下模操作失误放置错误时,极易使模具报废的情况。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种更加稳定的复合模具底座材料,具有极好的稳定性,可以避免出现因加热加压过程中,造成模具发生侧移,且底座硬度相对较低,不会出现上下模操作失误直接导致模具报废,造价低廉,性价比较高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种更加稳定的复合模具底座材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%改性橡胶颗粒,10~35%不饱和聚酯树脂,1~10%沙子, 0~3%加工助剂,0~2.5%阻燃剂,5~20%发泡剂,10~20%稳定剂,30~60%轻烧粉。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,具有极好的稳定性,可以避免出现因加热加压过程中,造成模具发生侧移,且底座硬度相对较低,不会出现上下模操作失误直接导致模具报废,造价低廉,性价比较高。

一种更加稳定的复合模具底座材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%改性橡胶颗粒,10%不饱和聚酯树脂,1%沙子,1%加工助剂,1%阻燃剂,5%发泡剂,10%稳定剂,30%轻烧粉,此时可以避免出现侧移的情况,但是上下模失误仍会导致模具报废。
实施例2
一种更加稳定的复合模具底座材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%改性橡胶颗粒,35%不饱和聚酯树脂,10%沙子,3%加工助剂,2.5%阻燃剂,20%发泡剂,20%稳定剂,60%轻烧粉,此时可以避免出现上下模失误导致模具报废的情况,但是此时可能会因加热加压过程出现侧移的现象。
实施例3
一种更加稳定的复合模具底座材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%改性橡胶颗粒,23%不饱和聚酯树脂,5%沙子, 1.5%加工助剂,1.25%阻燃剂,13%发泡剂,15%稳定剂,45%轻烧粉,此时具有极好的稳定性,可以避免出现因加热加压过程中,造成模具发生侧移,且底座硬度相对较低,不会出现上下模操作失误直接导致模具报废。
