本发明涉及一种特厚板裁切机,平台设置于两道平行设置的裁切轨道内,进给架两端经滚轮支撑在裁切轨道上呈由进给架上电机带动齿轮啮合裁切轨道上齿条驱动进给架在裁切轨道上移动至平台上方状态,进给架上设有垂直于裁切轨道方向的进给齿条,裁切座上经支撑轴穿接啮合进给齿条的进给齿轮,支撑轴由裁切座上进给电机经带轮组连接驱动呈在裁切座上可旋转状态,裁切座上垂直穿接旋转轴,伸出裁切座下部的旋转轴上连接锯片机,伸出裁切座上部的旋转轴上连接限制旋转轴旋转角度的旋转限位装置。其结构简单,使用便捷,能满足较大、较厚板材的横纵方向裁切。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种裁切机,具体说是一种特厚板裁切机。
背景技术
传统压克力板材通常采用平板裁切机,通过手动操作板材在裁切机的平台上推进进行裁切,裁切精度难以确保,不能裁切较大较厚的板材,且需要按裁切要求不断更换方向操作费时费力。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单,使用便捷,能满足较大、较厚板材的横纵方向裁切的特厚板裁切机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种特厚板裁切机,其特征在于:包括平台、裁切轨道、控制台、进给架、裁切座、旋转轴、锯片机,平台设置于两道平行设置的裁切轨道内,进给架两端经滚轮支撑在裁切轨道上呈由进给架上电机带动齿轮啮合裁切轨道上齿条驱动进给架在裁切轨道上移动至平台上方状态,进给架上设有垂直于裁切轨道方向的进给齿条,裁切座上经支撑轴穿接啮合进给齿条的进给齿轮,支撑轴由裁切座上进给电机经带轮组连接驱动呈在裁切座上可旋转状态,裁切座上垂直穿接旋转轴,伸出裁切座下部的旋转轴上连接锯片机,伸出裁切座上部的旋转轴上连接限制旋转轴旋转角度的旋转限位装置。
所述旋转限位装置包括限位转盘、限定座、限位块、横向限位卡口、纵向限位卡口、限位传感器,限位转盘穿接在旋转轴上,限位座设置于限位转盘上,限位块内端活动铰接在限位座上呈随旋转座在旋转轴带动下限位卡接裁切座上横向限位卡口或纵向限位卡口状态,横向限位卡口、纵向限位卡口上均设有限位传感器。
所述裁切轨道上设有对应进给架在其上位移两端限位的限位探头。
还包括刹车装置,刹车装置包括刹车盘、刹车带、刹车臂、刹车气缸,刹车盘固定穿接在支撑轴上,刹车带绕在刹车盘外圆周上,刹车带一端固定于刹车盘上,另一端连接刹车臂一端,刹车臂中部活动铰接在裁切座上的刹车臂支架上,刹车臂下部连接固定于裁切座上的刹车气缸。
所述旋转限位装置包括限位转盘、限定座、限位块、多个限位卡口、限位传感器,限位转盘穿接在旋转轴上,限位座设置于限位转盘上,限位块内端活动铰接在限位座上呈随旋转座在旋转轴带动下旋转一定角度限位卡接裁切座上绕限位转盘圆周布置的多个限位卡口中任一的状态,限位卡口上均设有限位传感器。
本发明工作时,电机带动齿轮啮合裁切轨道上齿条驱动进给架在裁切轨道上朝向平台移动至平台上方位置,结合进给齿条驱动裁切座在进给架上移动,满足裁切座下的锯片机能移动至平台上任一位置上方;在需要锯片机裁切方向调整时,通过旋转轴带动锯片机旋转,配合旋转轴上限位转盘带动其上限位块旋转后卡接在圆周方向上的横向或纵向限位卡口内,方向调整后的限位锁死,能满足横向、纵向的平台上方移动裁切需求,将限位卡口设置圆周任意角度,可由裁切轨道、进给架结合移动满足锯片机任意角度的裁切;在支撑轴上安装刹车盘,通过刹车气缸带动刹车臂绕其铰接点旋转,拉动刹车带贴紧刹车盘实现刹车功能,能将裁切座定位固定在进给架上,避免裁切过程中的偏移。

图1-3所示:一种特厚板裁切机包括裁切轨道1、平台2、控制箱3、进给架4、裁切座5、旋转轴6、锯片机7,支撑轴8、带轮组9、限位转盘10、限定座11、限位块12、横向限位卡口13、纵向限位卡口14、限位传感器15、刹车盘16、刹车带17、刹车臂18、刹车气缸19、限位探头20、进给电机21。
平台2设置于两道平行设置的裁切轨道1内,进给架4两端经滚轮支撑在裁切轨道上呈由进给架上电机带动齿轮啮合裁切轨道上齿条驱动进给架在裁切轨道上移动至平台上方状态,裁切轨道上设有对应进给架在其上位移两端限位的限位探头21,进给架4上设有垂直于裁切轨道方向的进给齿条,裁切座5上经支撑轴8穿接啮合进给齿条的进给齿轮,支撑轴8由裁切座5上进给电机21经带轮组9连接驱动呈在裁切座上可旋转状态,裁切座5上垂直穿接旋转轴6,伸出裁切座下部的旋转轴上连接锯片机7,伸出裁切座上部的旋转轴上连接限制旋转轴旋转角度的限位转盘10,限位座11设置于限位转盘10上,限位块12内端活动铰接在限位座上呈随旋转座在旋转轴带动下限位卡接裁切座上横向限位卡口13或纵向限位卡口14状态,横向限位卡口、纵向限位卡口上均设有限位传感器15。刹车盘16固定穿接在支撑轴8上,刹车带17绕在刹车盘16外圆周上,刹车带一端固定于刹车盘上,另一端连接刹车臂18一端,刹车臂中部活动铰接在裁切座上的刹车臂支架上,刹车臂下部连接固定于裁切座上的刹车气缸19。

1.一种特厚板裁切机,其特征在于:包括平台、裁切轨道、控制台、进给架、裁切座、旋转轴、锯片机,平台设置于两道平行设置的裁切轨道内,进给架两端经滚轮支撑在裁切轨道上呈由进给架上电机带动齿轮啮合裁切轨道上齿条驱动进给架在裁切轨道上移动至平台上方状态,进给架上设有垂直于裁切轨道方向的进给齿条,裁切座上经支撑轴穿接啮合进给齿条的进给齿轮,支撑轴由裁切座上进给电机经带轮组连接驱动呈在裁切座上可旋转状态,裁切座上垂直穿接旋转轴,伸出裁切座下部的旋转轴上连接锯片机,伸出裁切座上部的旋转轴上连接限制旋转轴旋转角度的旋转限位装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特厚板裁切机,其特征是:所述旋转限位装置包括限位转盘、限定座、限位块、横向限位卡口、纵向限位卡口、限位传感器,限位转盘穿接在旋转轴上,限位座设置于限位转盘上,限位块内端活动铰接在限位座上呈随旋转座在旋转轴带动下限位卡接裁切座上横向限位卡口或纵向限位卡口状态,横向限位卡口、纵向限位卡口上均设有限位传感器。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特厚板裁切机,其特征是:还包括刹车装置,刹车装置包括刹车盘、刹车带、刹车臂、刹车气缸,刹车盘固定穿接在旋转轴上,刹车带绕在刹车盘外圆周上,刹车带一端固定于刹车盘上,另一端连接刹车臂一端,刹车臂中部活动铰接在裁切座上的刹车臂支架上,刹车臂下部连接固定于裁切座上的刹车气缸。
