A plant-based hemorrhoid gel comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 1-5% of purslane, 1-5% of perfoliate knotweed herb, 0.5-3% of centella asiatica, 0.5-5% of dandelion, 0.5-2% of salvia miltiorrhiza, 0.1-0.2% of mint, 1-5% of honeysuckle, 0.5-1% of carbomer, 0.5-1% of triethanolamine and the balance of deionized water. The invention has the effects of stopping bleeding and reducing swelling for swelling of hemorrhoids and bleeding and ulceration, can cure patients in first and second stages, and has certain alleviation on symptoms of patients in third stage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical drugs, in particular to a plant-based hemorrhoid gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hemorrhoids are common diseases of anus parts, the incidence rate is high, and a plurality of induction factors exist, wherein constipation, long-term drinking, large amount of irritant food and long-time sitting and standing are main inducements, particularly, people in the current society like to play mobile phones or read books when going to a toilet, the time of going to the toilet is greatly prolonged, and the hemorrhoids are more easily suffered.
The hemorrhoids mainly show symptoms such as swelling, bleeding, pain, pruritus and the like; greatly influencing the normal life of people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plant-based hemorrhoid gel and a preparation method thereof to solve the defects of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:
a plant-based hemorrhoid gel comprises the following substances in percentage by weight:
a preparation method of a plant-based hemorrhoid gel comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing purslane, perfoliate knotweed, centella asiatica, dandelion, salvia miltiorrhiza, mint and honeysuckle respectively, cleaning with clear water, draining, heating under vacuum for drying and dehydrating until the water content is less than 1%, micronizing to 550-650 meshes, putting into boiled deionized water, fully stirring and soaking for 2-4 hours, reheating to 95-100 ℃, soaking for 1-2 hours, and filtering to obtain filter residue and filtrate;
(2) membrane drying the filtrate obtained in the step (1) to obtain a concentrated extract for later use;
(3) weighing carbomer, adding into the rest deionized water, stirring and heating at 80-85 deg.C for 30-45min, adding triethanolamine, stirring, and cooling at room temperature to obtain carbomer gel;
(4) mixing the concentrated extract with carbomer gel under stirring, emulsifying, heating for 30-40min, and naturally cooling to obtain the final product.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (1) is 25-30 rpm.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step (4) is 30-35 r/min, and the emulsifying heating temperature is 75-80 ℃.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the invention can treat pruritus and discomfort caused by hemorrhoids;
(2) the invention has the functions of stopping bleeding and reducing swelling for swelling of hemorrhoids and bleeding ulceration.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with the specific embodiments.
Example 1
(1) Weighing 2g of purslane, 3g of perfoliate knotweed, 1g of centella asiatica, 1g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 3g of dandelion, 0.1g of mint and 1.5g of honeysuckle respectively, cleaning with clear water, draining, heating under vacuum, drying, dehydrating until the water content is less than 1%, micronizing to 600 meshes, putting into boiled deionized water, fully stirring, infiltrating for 3 hours, reheating to 100 ℃, infiltrating for 1 hour, filtering in a tubular centrifuge, and then filtering in a mesh belt centrifuge to obtain filter residue and filtrate;
(2) membrane drying the filtrate obtained in the step (1) to obtain a concentrated extract for later use;
(3) weighing 1g of carbomer, adding into the rest deionized water, stirring and heating at 85 deg.C for 30min, adding 0.5g of triethanolamine, stirring, and cooling at room temperature to obtain carbomer gel;
(4) and stirring and mixing the concentrated extract and carbomer gel, emulsifying and heating for 30min, and naturally cooling to obtain the finished product.
The stirring speed in the step (1) is 30 revolutions per minute.
The stirring speed in the step (4) is 35 revolutions per minute, and the emulsifying heating temperature is 80 ℃.
67 patients with hemorrhoids were treated at outpatient clinic with the age distribution of 20-45 years. 23 patients in stage I, 39 patients in stage II and 5 patients in stage III. Specific treatment results are shown in the following table:
first table patient treatment table
The results can show that the invention has good treatment effect, patients with no serious disease in stage one and stage two can be basically cured, patients in stage three can also be relieved, and the patients can be cured after continuous use.
