由于滚花15的抓住和尖凸出物16,小叶被刚性臂12、13牢固地保持住且无法滑出。
与在常见的外科手术“三叶草技术”中相同,小叶之间将有足够的窗,由此,降低引起狭窄的风险。
当螺钉9牢固地接合远端部6时,气球3放气并且拖回到介入导管1中,该介入导管贯穿留在患者心脏中的关节型假体5中。
根据图8至图11B所示的可选实施方式,三尖瓣的各小叶捏在单个刚性臂12与对面刚性臂13之间。所示装置的功能与图4至图7B所例示的实施方式的大致相同。
优选地,与图4至图7B的实施方式相同,刚性臂12和13未一起围绕同一轴线铰接在中心部7上,以便防止它们起剪刀的作用,并且避免切割瓣叶而不是挤压/捏住它的风险。
本公开的捕获机构的另一个优点是可以在需要时通过按相反顺序执行上述操作来替换患者心脏中安装的关节型假体。更详细地,可以借助以下操作从患者心脏拆卸关节型假体:
-将放气后的气球3插入穿过近端部,一直到离开远端部6;
-对气球3充气并使其紧靠远端部6;
-使用旋拧手段17将螺钉9从远端部6拧下,并且允许关节型假体5采取扩张构造;以及
-最后,通过拉动充气管4将扩张的关节型假体插入到导管中。
关节型假体5将由适于心脏假体植入到患者心脏中的生物兼容材料制成。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于三尖瓣或二尖瓣的关节型假体,该关节型假体包括:
远端环形部、中心环形部以及近端环形部;
多个第一刚性臂,该多个第一刚性臂铰接到所述远端环形部的外侧表面;
多个第二刚性臂,该多个第二刚性臂铰接到所述近端环形部的外侧表面;
多个第三刚性臂,该多个第三刚性臂中的每一个从一端铰接到所述中心环形部的外侧表面,并且从相对端铰接到所述多个第一刚性臂的对应端;
多个第四刚性臂,该多个第四刚性臂中的每一个从一端铰接到所述中心环形部的外侧表面,并且从相对端铰接到所述多个第二刚性臂的对应端;
所述多个第三刚性臂和/或所述多个第四刚性臂具有在面对着的捕获表面上限定的相应滚花,所述多个第三刚性臂的所述捕获表面还限定被构造为刺穿三尖瓣或二尖瓣的小叶的尖凸出物;
所述远端环形部具有内螺纹,所述近端环形部具有:
-圆柱套环,所述多个第二刚性臂铰接在圆柱套环的侧表面上;和
-螺钉,该螺钉接合到所述套环中并被套环支撑从而沿着所述螺钉的纵轴自由旋转,所述螺钉被构造为与所述内螺纹接合,
所述中心环形部限定通孔,该通孔用于使所述近端环形部穿过;
所述关节型假体从扩张构造可移动为扩展构造,在扩张构造中,以它们的端对应铰接的所有所述刚性臂扩张,在扩展构造中,所述近端环形部螺纹贯穿所述中心环形部,并且与所述远端环形部接合,所述多个第三刚性臂和所述多个第四刚性臂被构造为在它们之间保持三尖瓣或二尖瓣的小叶,当所述关节型假体处于所述扩展构造时,所述尖凸出物刺穿所述小叶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的关节型假体,其中,所述多个第三刚性臂和所述多个第四刚性臂在纵向上为凹入的,以在所述关节型假体处于所述扩展构造时限定朝向所述近端环形部定向的凹陷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的关节型假体,其中,
所述多个第二刚性臂和所述多个第三刚性臂的数量是所述多个第一刚性臂和所述多个第四刚性臂的数量的两倍,
所述多个第四刚性臂中的每一个在所述相对端处与所述多个第二刚性臂的两个刚性臂铰接在一起,
所述多个第三刚性臂中的每一个在所述相对端处与所述多个第一刚性臂中的两个刚性臂铰接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的、用于三尖瓣的关节型假体,其中,所述多个刚性臂中的每一个包括三个刚性臂或三的整数倍数个刚性臂。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的、用于二尖瓣的关节型假体,其中,所述多个刚性臂中的每一个包括偶数数量的刚性臂。
6.一种用于三尖瓣或二尖瓣的小叶的捕获装置,该捕获装置包括:
根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的、用于三尖瓣或二尖瓣的关节型假体;
充气气球,该充气气球功能性地连接到充气管,该充气管螺纹贯穿所述关节型假体的所述远端环形部、中心环形部以及近端环形部;
旋拧手段,该旋拧手段同轴地放置在所述充气管周围,并且被构造为推动并旋转所述关节型假体的所述近端环形部的所述螺钉。
7.一种用于修复三尖瓣或二尖瓣的装置,该装置包括:
介入导管,该介入导管被构造为从患者的血管或从胸部的切口通到三尖瓣或二尖瓣内的位置;和
根据权利要求6所述的用于三尖瓣或二尖瓣的小叶的捕获装置。
