本发明涉及一种双联式管道循环泵。所述的循环泵包括左右对称连接的一对泵体,所述的一对泵体内部连通,所述的一对泵体分别设置在底座上,所述的泵体包括电机、防护罩、挡水圈、密封套、电机支架、叶轮、叶轮螺母、泵主体,所述的电机设置在泵体的顶部,所述的电机下部设置输出轴,所述的输出轴外部设置抗震防护罩,所述的挡水圈固定设置在输出轴中部,所述的输出轴与叶轮相连接,所述的密封套固定设置在叶轮与输出轴的结合部,所述的电机支架设置在电机下部并连接在底座上,所述的叶轮设置在泵主体内,所述的叶轮螺母将叶轮与输出轴连接成一整体,所述的防护罩上设有若干散热片。本发明结构简单、生产成本低、安装方便、密封性好、运行稳定、延长电机使用寿命、抗震散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵体,尤其涉及一种双联式管道循环泵。
背景技术
目前现有技术中离心泵的机械转动密封装置通常包含动环、静环,其中,静环与机壳之间通过密封圈紧固密封连接,动环套接于转轴 上并随转轴旋转,动、静环之间具有相对转动摩擦的抵接端面,端面之 间具有转动密闭的表面精度,动环通过另一端的抵推弹簧作用,使动、 静环抵接端面之间保持适当的抵接压力,确保动、静环之间的密封效果; 此结构的缺点在于,抵推弹簧套接于转轴并随转轴运动,当转轴安装精 度不足或工作磨损而出现工作中轴向串动的情况时,抵推弹簧无法瞬间 提供补偿以保持动、静环之间抵接端面的贴合,造成泄漏。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构简单、生产成本低、安装方便、密封性好、运行稳定、延长电机使用寿命、抗震散热的双联式管道循环泵。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的循环泵包括左右对称连接的一对泵体,所述的一对泵体内部连通,所述的一对泵体分别设置在底座上,所述的泵体包括电机、防护罩、挡水圈、密封套、电机支架、叶轮、叶轮螺母、泵主体,所述的电机设置在泵体的顶部,所述的电机下部设置输出轴,所述的输出轴外部设置抗震防护罩,所述的挡水圈固定设置在输出轴中部,所述的输出轴与叶轮相连接,所述的密封套固定设置在叶轮与输出轴的结合部,所述的电机支架设置在电机下部并连接在底座上,所述的叶轮设置在泵主体内,所述的叶轮螺母将叶轮与输出轴连接成一整体,所述的防护罩上设有若干散热片。
本发明结构简单、生产成本低、安装方便、密封性好、运行稳定、延长电机使用寿命、抗震散热。

一种双联式管道循环泵,所述的循环泵包括左右对称连接的一对泵体,所述的一对泵体内部连通,所述的一对泵体分别设置在底座9上,所述的泵体包括电机1、防护罩2、挡水圈3、密封套4、电机支架5、叶轮6、叶轮螺母7、泵主体8,所述的电机1设置在泵体的顶部,所述的电机1下部设置输出轴,所述的输出轴外部设置抗震防护罩2,所述的挡水圈3固定设置在输出轴中部,所述的输出轴与叶轮6相连接,所述的密封套4固定设置在叶轮6与输出轴的结合部,所述的电机支架5设置在电机1下部并连接在底座9上,所述的叶轮6设置在泵主体8内,所述的叶轮螺母7将叶轮6与输出轴连接成一整体,所述的防护罩2上设有若干散热片。
