The labeling method provided by the implementation of the invention adopts visual positioning detection to determine the absorption position of the label and the placement position of the product, and the label is pasted after deviation calculation, data and PLC are given and processed; and adopt equipment X, Y axle operation label to post at 500mm distance within range, realized product automatic positioning, the label is posted automatically, guarantees to paste the mark rate of accuracy at 100%, reduces the emergence of defective products and causes the influence to product quality.
In addition, a tooling plate is adopted to convey the product, and the product is positioned by a positioning device after the product is in place; the operation process firstly realizes visual detection of the specific position of the product, secondly detects whether the product has a heavy labeling phenomenon, and finally carries out positioning labeling.

According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a labeling apparatus, wherein the labeling apparatus is applied to the labeling method according to any one of the above embodiment 2, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of the labeling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the labeling apparatus may include: an acquisition unit 61, an analysis unit 63 and a labeling unit 65. The labeling device will be described in detail below.
And the obtaining unit 61 is used for obtaining the image information sent by the visual detection equipment, wherein the visual detection equipment is used for collecting the image information of the radiator to be processed and sending the image information to the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
And the analysis unit 63 is used for analyzing the image information to obtain labeling information.
And the labeling unit 65 is used for controlling the labeling equipment to perform labeling operation on the radiator to be processed based on the labeling information.
It should be noted that the acquiring unit 61, the analyzing unit 63 and the labeling unit 65 correspond to steps S102 to S106 in embodiment 2, and the modules are the same as the corresponding steps in the implementation example and application scenario, but are not limited to the disclosure in embodiment 2. It should be noted that the modules described above as part of an apparatus may be implemented in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
As can be seen from the above, in the above embodiment of the present application, the obtaining unit 61 obtains the image information sent by the visual inspection device, where the visual inspection device is configured to collect the image information of the heat sink to be processed, and send the image information to the programmable logic controller PLC; analyzing the image information by using an analyzing unit 63 to obtain labeling information; and controlling the labeling device to perform labeling operation on the radiator to be processed based on the labeling information by using the labeling unit 65. The labeling device provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes the purpose of automatically labeling the radiator, greatly improves the efficiency of pasting the insulating label on the radiator, and further solves the technical problem of low efficiency in the related art that the insulating label is pasted on the radiator in a manual mode.
In an alternative embodiment, the analysis unit comprises: the analysis module is used for analyzing the image information to obtain a labeling hole site of the radiator to be processed and a labeling hole site of the insulating label; and the acquisition module is used for acquiring labeling information based on the position information of the labeling hole sites and the label hole sites of the insulating labels.
In an alternative embodiment, the labelling unit comprises: and the adjusting module is used for adjusting the position of the labeling equipment based on the labeling information so as to paste the insulating label on the radiator to be processed.

Claims (10)

1. A labeling system, comprising:
the visual detection equipment is used for visually detecting the radiator to be processed to obtain image information of the radiator to be processed and transmitting the image information to the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), wherein the radiator to be processed is a radiator to be pasted with an insulating label;
the PLC is used for analyzing the image information to obtain a labeling hole position of the radiator to be processed and sending labeling information corresponding to the labeling hole position to labeling equipment, wherein the labeling hole position is the pasting position of the insulating label;
the labeling device is used for executing labeling operation on the radiator to be processed based on the labeling information.
2. Labeling system according to claim 1, characterized in that said visual detection device comprises:
the first visual light source is used for projecting a light source to the radiator to be processed;
the first vision camera is used for collecting a first image of the radiator to be processed after the first vision light source projects a light source to the radiator to be processed, and transmitting the first image to the PLC;
a second visual light source for projecting a light source to the insulating label sucked by the suction head for sucking the insulating label from the label plate;
and the second vision camera is used for collecting a second image of the insulating label after the second vision light source projects a light source to the insulating label and transmitting the second image to the PLC.
3. The labeling system of claim 2, wherein the PLC is further configured to analyze the second image after receiving the second image to obtain a label hole location of the insulating label, and obtain the labeling information based on the label hole location.
4. The labeling system of claim 2, further comprising: and the label receiving mechanism is used for receiving the insulating labels from the label conveying side or outputting the insulating labels.
5. The labeling system of claim 1, further comprising:
the label guide shaft is used for adjusting the flatness of the insulating label;
and the label recycling pinch roller is used for placing the label paper of the insulating label into a label paper recycling area after the label paper is removed.
6. The labeling system of claim 2, further comprising:
the X-axis servo motor is used for controlling the manipulator to carry the label sucking head to suck the insulating label from the label disc along the X direction after receiving a label sucking instruction or a labeling instruction sent by the PCL;
and the Y-axis servo motor is used for controlling the manipulator to carry the label sucking head to suck the insulating label from the label disc along the Y direction after receiving a label sucking instruction or a labeling instruction sent by the PCL.

The labeling system of claim 2, further comprising: and the photoelectric sensing device is used for triggering the first visual light source to project a light source to the radiator to be processed and triggering the first visual camera to acquire a first image of the radiator to be processed after detecting that the radiator to be processed is in place.
8. Labeling system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: and the upper-layer chain is used for conveying the radiator to be processed to a labeling position.
9. Labeling method, characterized in that it is applied to a labeling system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
acquiring image information sent by visual detection equipment, wherein the visual detection equipment is used for acquiring the image information of a radiator to be processed and sending the image information to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC);
analyzing the image information to obtain labeling information;
and controlling labeling equipment to perform labeling operation on the radiator to be processed based on the labeling information.
