技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于交通运输工具的光照系统,所述交通运输工具具有用于窗户和/或顶部模块的玻璃面并且具有内部空间的衬里,其中,所述玻璃面至少在一侧上至少部分地被陶瓷凝胶或者说陶瓷膏体(Keramikpaste)覆盖。
背景技术
在汽车工业中,日益增长的期望是个性化地设计交通运输工具并且给予消费者实现个性化偏好的可行性。具有颜色和光照的设计在此恰恰具有越来越重要的意义。
由现有技术已知,通过陶瓷凝胶将交通运输工具中的玻璃面染色。专利文献EP1712529 A1描述了一种车辆玻璃,所述车辆玻璃通过有色的陶瓷凝胶处理,以便将所述车辆玻璃相应地设计为在颜色上美观的或者不透明的。
在此以陶瓷凝胶处理车窗的部分或者整个车窗。在此通过不同的挤压工艺将凝胶施加并且必要时烘烤在玻璃上。
由专利文献DE 102009055427 A1已知一种用于内部空间的照明的解决方案。机动车的内部衬里件在此配设有光源,其中,在该示例性的解决方案中,光透射穿过去薄的塑料表面。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种用于交通运输工具的光照系统,所述光照系统通过交通运输工具的玻璃元件的造型可行性以及通过光照元件实现其功能,从而实现个性化的设计。
所述技术问题按照本发明通过一种用于交通运输工具的光照系统解决,所述光照系统具有用于窗户和/或顶部模块的玻璃面并且具有内部空间的衬里,其中,所述玻璃面至少在一侧上至少部分地被陶瓷凝胶覆盖,其中,所述陶瓷凝胶具有反射颗粒。
在光照系统的简单的基础设计中使用太阳光照亮陶瓷凝胶的反射颗粒。由此产生了用于提升玻璃面的档次的闪亮的效果。
有利地施加不同地设计的陶瓷凝胶,这形成了交通运输工具的玻璃面的不同设计方案。
有利地将光照系统用于平坦的或者与交通运输工具的轮廓适配的玻璃面。
如果玻璃面由复合玻璃构成,则将陶瓷凝胶施加在两个复合的或者说相连的(verbunden)玻璃面之间。
在一种有利的实施形式中,玻璃面被至少一个光照模块至少部分地包边。通过使用光照模块使得玻璃面和光照模块的结合不依赖于日光并且能够随时实现期望的闪烁的效果。
有利的是,光照模块直接安设在玻璃面的边缘上。光照模块的光由此直接在玻璃面的边缘上入射。
在一种备选的实施形式中,光照模块安设在交通运输工具的包围玻璃面的衬里中。通过光照模块与玻璃面相间隔的布置结构能够非常好地确定入射光线的角度并且优化闪亮效果。

具体实施方式
图1在示意性的视图中示出了玻璃面,所述玻璃面可以在交通运输工具中用作交通运输工具的窗户、用作挡风玻璃或者用作滑动天窗或者顶部模块的部分。在实施例中,所示的玻璃面1作为平坦的构件示出。在真实的实施形式中,玻璃面与交通运输工具的轮廓适配并且具有弧形的、弯曲的或者拱形的或者其它结构化的面。
玻璃面1至少部分地配设有陶瓷涂层2。该陶瓷涂层2在实施例中呈现为边缘,所述陶瓷涂层在此可以平面状地设计或者具有例如条、点等等结构。
在沿着剖面A-A的剖视图中,除了框形的陶瓷涂层2之外示例性地示出了背侧的涂层3。这种背侧的涂层3能够附加地改变整个玻璃面1的颜色并且例如包括遮阳装置。
这种实施形式只能通过日光实现,太阳光线被陶瓷涂层2的陶瓷凝胶中的反射颗粒反射。
陶瓷涂层2可以安设在交通运输工具的内部中,或者在玻璃面的外侧上对交通运输工具的外观产生作用。
图2示出了光照系统的一种实施形式,所述光照系统具有附加的人工光源。玻璃面又具有设计为框的陶瓷涂层2。
玻璃面1被照明器件带5框状地包围。在所述实施例中,照明器件带沿着玻璃面1的整个边缘延伸。照明器件带通过电接头4进行接触。照明器件带可以由沿着玻璃面1的边缘安设的发光二极管(LED)的带构成。一种安装照明器件带的可行性在于,直接将所述照明器件带集成在密封带8中,玻璃面1通过所述密封带固定安装在交通运输工具中或者置入可移动的框中。
然而也可行的是,将各个单独的发光二极管(LED)直接安设在玻璃面1上,所述发光二极管通过玻璃边缘直接将光线射入玻璃面中。
对于车辆的没有与车身固定连接的或者不具有框的玻璃面而言,将照明器件带5或者各个单独的照明器件直接安装在玻璃面上是困难的。
图3在此示出了针对通过光照模块7被照亮的玻璃面的解决方案,所述光照模块固定地置入交通运输工具、确切说置入交通运输工具的内部空间衬里6中。在图3的示例性的视图中,在右侧示出了作为光照模块7的光照带,所述光照模块又具有电接头。
示例性地也可以在玻璃面1上方看出各个单独的光照模块7。所述光照模块沿着示例性的玻璃面1的纵轴线布置,但是彼此独立地设计为单独光源。此外在所示的实施形式中可以看出具有陶瓷涂层的玻璃面1,其中,在该示例中针对边缘和内部面选择了两个不同的结构。
在图3示出的实施形式中,玻璃面1以及内部空间衬里6显示在一个平面上。
然而在交通运输工具中,通过三维的设计还产生其它的可行性,其中光照模块与玻璃面相间隔地安设并且不设置在相同的平面中,并且由所述光照模块照亮玻璃面。
在此,一种示例是玻璃滑动天窗,所述玻璃滑动天窗能够在两侧纵向滑移地在车身的顶部中导引。在内部空间中,所述玻璃滑动天窗侧向地被内部空间衬里6、顶部天花板包封。玻璃滑动天窗由此能够被安设在车顶天花板中的光照模块7照亮。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于交通运输工具的光照系统,具有用于窗户和/或顶部模块的玻璃面并且具有内部空间的衬里,其中,所述玻璃面至少在一侧至少部分地被陶瓷凝胶覆盖,其中,所述陶瓷凝胶具有反射颗粒。
2.按照权利要求1所述的光照系统,其特征在于,施加不同地设计的陶瓷凝胶。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的光照系统,其特征在于,所述玻璃面是平坦的或者与交通运输工具的轮廓适配。
4.按照权利要求1至3所述的光照系统,其特征在于,所述玻璃面由复合玻璃构成,因此陶瓷凝胶施加在两个复合的玻璃面之间。
5.按照权利要求1至4所述的光照系统,其特征在于,所述玻璃面由至少一个光照模块至少部分地包边。
6.按照权利要求1至5所述的光照系统,其特征在于,所述光照模块直接安设在玻璃面的边缘上。
7.按照权利要求1至4所述的光照系统,其特征在于,所述光照模块安设在交通运输工具的包围玻璃面的内部衬里中。
