本发明公开了一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜及其制备方法,包括基础底材,所述基础底材上方设有脱膜层,所述脱膜层上方设有耐刮涂层,所述耐刮涂层上方设有橡胶油墨层,所述橡胶油墨层上方设有粘贴层,所述粘贴层上粘贴有TPU热熔胶膜。本高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜在制备过程中通过设置橡胶油墨层使刻字膜具有较好的拉伸、回弹性,且耐水洗、不易变形,柔软度高。TPU热熔胶膜的设置使刻字膜弹性好,抗撕裂强度高,使用的材料环保无味无毒,安全性能好,皮肤长期接触硅橡胶表面不会造成过敏。耐刮涂层的设置不仅保留了TPU的质感的同时改善了树脂耐刮性和成型性。

技术领域
本发明涉及刻字膜技术领域,具体为一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
热转印刻字膜是热转印工艺过程中使用率极高的热转印材料。种类多样,将热转印刻字膜转印在承烫物上,承烫物通常以衣服、鞋帽等纺织物上为主,来增加它们的美观度和个性化来赢得市场。而市面上现在销售的刻字膜大部份都是TPU材质的刻字膜,该工艺是先将在双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的背面用200线的网纹辊涂布防护层背涂液,再进烤箱烘干;然后在双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的正面通过逗号刮刀涂布离型剂,进烤箱烘干;再将色层TPU油墨通过逗号刮刀涂布在双向拉伸聚酯薄膜的离型层表面,进烘箱烘干油墨中的溶剂;其后在色层油黑上面用热熔模头缝隙挤出法涂布粘合热熔胶黏剂层;最后经过分切、复卷或开张,加工成卷筒或平张形状。
但现在市面上销售TPU材质的热转印刻字膜,手感生硬,柔软度较差,与容易褪色的材料一起清洗时容易染色,降低了美观,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜,包括基础底材,所述基础底材上方设有脱膜层,所述脱膜层上方设有耐刮涂层,所述耐刮涂层上方设有橡胶油墨层,所述橡胶油墨层上方设有粘贴层,所述粘贴层上粘贴有TPU热熔胶膜。
优选的,所述橡胶油墨层的厚度为100-200微米。
优选的,所述粘贴层为热塑性树脂结构,且粘贴层和TPU热熔胶膜之间为无缝贴合。
优选的,所述脱膜层为PTE离型膜,且脱膜层上涂覆有硅油。
一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、离型液制作:取硅油20-30份、纳米碳酸钙5-8、淀粉4-6份、在反应桶中加入含羟甲基硅氧烷10-15份,然后加入溶剂12-13份,高速搅拌5-10min,设置转速为400-500r/min;再每隔2-3min依次加入表面活性剂10-15份、催化剂40-45份和附着力促进剂30-40份继续搅拌5-10min,得到离型液;
S2、耐刮涂液制作:取水性丙烯酸乳液30-35份,天然石粉15-18份,聚乙烯醇4-6份、滑石粉10-12份、环氧改性硅油8-10份、聚酰胺2-4份利用混合机混合升温至50-65℃且搅拌4-5min,形成的浆料;
S3、硅橡胶油墨制作:取液体硅胶30-40份、含氢硅油A 0.5-1份、流平剂A 0.2-0.6份、抗静电剂A1-1.5份、溶剂A 20-23份,利用混合机在4-5MPa下反应6-7min,且混合机的温度控制在120-135℃,之后降温至40-50℃并保温20-30min;
S4、粘贴剂制作:二甲基硅橡胶粉40-50、PU树脂20-30份、消光粉3-5份,利用混合机在50℃下搅拌分散至均匀,即可制得粘贴剂;
S5、字膜成品制作:取基础底材,将步骤1中的离型液喷涂至基础底材的一表面上,在100-120℃下固化,在基础底材上形成离型层;将步骤2中耐刮浆料送入螺杆挤出机中加压挤出,挤出温度为220℃-240℃,螺杆挤出机转速为180-200r/min;将挤出涂液涂布于离型层上形成耐刮涂层,之后利用烘干机进行烘干,且烘干温度为55-60℃;将步骤3中制得的硅橡胶油墨涂布至耐刮涂层上,然后在温度为130-140℃的条件下热固化140-150s,制得硅橡胶油墨层,在硅橡胶油墨层上涂覆步骤S4中制得的粘贴剂,再取一张TPU热熔胶膜,将TPU热熔胶膜的一面与粘贴剂进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为140-160℃,热熔时间为15-20s,然后收卷,得到高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜。
优选的,所述S5中的硅橡胶油墨涂布方式为刮刀涂布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜在制备过程中通过设置橡胶油墨层使刻字膜具有较好的拉伸、回弹性,且耐水洗、不易变形,柔软度高。TPU热熔胶膜的设置使刻字膜弹性好,抗撕裂强度高,使用的材料环保无味无毒,安全性能好,皮肤长期接触硅橡胶表面不会造成过敏。耐刮涂层的设置不仅保留了TPU的质感的同时改善了树脂耐刮性和成型性。

实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜,包括基础底材1,所述基础底材1上方设有脱膜层2,所述脱膜层2上方设有耐刮涂层3,所述耐刮涂层3上方设有橡胶油墨层4,所述橡胶油墨层4上方设有粘贴层5,所述粘贴层5上粘贴有TPU热熔胶膜6。
具体的,所述橡胶油墨层4的厚度为100微米。
具体的,所述粘贴层5为热塑性树脂结构,且粘贴层5和TPU热熔胶膜6之间为无缝贴合。

一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、离型液制作:取硅油20份、纳米碳酸钙5、淀粉4份、在反应桶中加入含羟甲基硅氧烷10份,然后加入溶剂12份,高速搅拌5min,设置转速为400r/min;再每隔2min依次加入表面活性剂10份、催化剂40份和附着力促进剂30份继续搅拌5min,得到离型液;
S2、耐刮涂液制作:取水性丙烯酸乳液30份,天然石粉15份,聚乙烯醇4份、滑石粉10份、环氧改性硅油8份、聚酰胺2份利用混合机混合升温至50℃且搅拌4min,形成的浆料;
S3、硅橡胶油墨制作:取液体硅胶30份、含氢硅油A 0.5份、流平剂A 0.2份、抗静电剂A1份、溶剂A 20份,利用混合机在4MPa下反应6min,且混合机的温度控制在120℃,之后降温至40℃并保温20min;
S4、粘贴剂制作:二甲基硅橡胶粉40、PU树脂20份、消光粉3份,利用混合机在50℃下搅拌分散至均匀,即可制得粘贴剂;
S5、字膜成品制作:取基础底材,将步骤1中的离型液喷涂至基础底材的一表面上,在100℃下固化,在基础底材上形成离型层;将步骤2中耐刮浆料送入螺杆挤出机中加压挤出,挤出温度为220℃,螺杆挤出机转速为180r/min;将挤出涂液涂布于离型层上形成耐刮涂层,之后利用烘干机进行烘干,且烘干温度为55℃;将步骤3中制得的硅橡胶油墨涂布至耐刮涂层上,然后在温度为130℃的条件下热固化140s,制得硅橡胶油墨层,在硅橡胶油墨层上涂覆步骤S4中制得的粘贴剂,再取一张TPU热熔胶膜,将TPU热熔胶膜的一面与粘贴剂进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为140℃,热熔时间为15s,然后收卷,得到高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜。

S1、离型液制作:取硅油25份、纳米碳酸钙7、淀粉5份、在反应桶中加入含羟甲基硅氧烷12份,然后加入溶剂12.5份,高速搅拌8min,设置转速为450r/min;再每隔2.5min依次加入表面活性剂12份、催化剂42份和附着力促进剂35份继续搅拌7min,得到离型液;
S2、耐刮涂液制作:取水性丙烯酸乳液33份,天然石粉16份,聚乙烯醇5份、滑石粉11份、环氧改性硅油9份、聚酰胺3份利用混合机混合升温至58℃且搅拌4.5min,形成的浆料;
S3、硅橡胶油墨制作:取液体硅胶35份、含氢硅油A 0.7份、流平剂A 0.4份、抗静电剂A1.2份、溶剂A 22份,利用混合机在4.5MPa下反应6.4min,且混合机的温度控制在130℃,之后降温至45℃并保温25min;
S4、粘贴剂制作:二甲基硅橡胶粉45、PU树脂25份、消光粉4份,利用混合机在50℃下搅拌分散至均匀,即可制得粘贴剂;
S5、字膜成品制作:取基础底材,将步骤1中的离型液喷涂至基础底材的一表面上,在110℃下固化,在基础底材上形成离型层;将步骤2中耐刮浆料送入螺杆挤出机中加压挤出,挤出温度为230℃,螺杆挤出机转速为190r/min;将挤出涂液涂布于离型层上形成耐刮涂层,之后利用烘干机进行烘干,且烘干温度为58℃;将步骤3中制得的硅橡胶油墨涂布至耐刮涂层上,然后在温度为135℃的条件下热固化146s,制得硅橡胶油墨层,在硅橡胶油墨层上涂覆步骤S4中制得的粘贴剂,再取一张TPU热熔胶膜,将TPU热熔胶膜的一面与粘贴剂进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为150℃,热熔时间为18s,然后收卷,得到高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜。
具体的,所述S5中的硅橡胶油墨涂布方式为刮刀涂布。
实施例3
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜,包括基础底材1,所述基础底材1上方设有脱膜层2,所述脱膜层2上方设有耐刮涂层3,所述耐刮涂层3上方设有橡胶油墨层4,所述橡胶油墨层4上方设有粘贴层5,所述粘贴层5上粘贴有TPU热熔胶膜6。
具体的,所述橡胶油墨层4的厚度为200微米。
具体的,所述粘贴层5为热塑性树脂结构,且粘贴层5和TPU热熔胶膜6之间为无缝贴合。
具体的,所述脱膜层2为PTE离型膜,且脱膜层2上涂覆有硅油。
一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、离型液制作:取硅油30份、纳米碳酸钙8、淀粉6份、在反应桶中加入含羟甲基硅氧烷15份,然后加入溶剂13份,高速搅拌10min,设置转速为500r/min;再每隔3min依次加入表面活性剂15份、催化剂45份和附着力促进剂40份继续搅拌10min,得到离型液;
S2、耐刮涂液制作:取水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份,聚乙烯醇6份、滑石粉12份、环氧改性硅油10份、聚酰胺4份利用混合机混合升温至65℃且搅拌5min,形成的浆料;
S3、硅橡胶油墨制作:取液体硅胶40份、含氢硅油A1份、流平剂A 0.6份、抗静电剂A1.5份、溶剂A23份,利用混合机在5MPa下反应7min,且混合机的温度控制在135℃,之后降温至50℃并保温30min;
S4、粘贴剂制作:二甲基硅橡胶粉50、PU树脂30份、消光粉5份,利用混合机在50℃下搅拌分散至均匀,即可制得粘贴剂;
S5、字膜成品制作:取基础底材,将步骤1中的离型液喷涂至基础底材的一表面上,在120℃下固化,在基础底材上形成离型层;将步骤2中耐刮浆料送入螺杆挤出机中加压挤出,挤出温度为240℃,螺杆挤出机转速为200r/min;将挤出涂液涂布于离型层上形成耐刮涂层,之后利用烘干机进行烘干,且烘干温度为60℃;将步骤3中制得的硅橡胶油墨涂布至耐刮涂层上,然后在温度为140℃的条件下热固化150s,制得硅橡胶油墨层,在硅橡胶油墨层上涂覆步骤S4中制得的粘贴剂,再取一张TPU热熔胶膜,将TPU热熔胶膜的一面与粘贴剂进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为160℃,热熔时间为20s,然后收卷,得到高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜。
具体的,所述S5中的硅橡胶油墨涂布方式为刮刀涂布。
本高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜在制备过程中通过设置橡胶油墨层4使刻字膜具有较好的拉伸、回弹性,且耐水洗、不易变形,柔软度高。TPU热熔胶膜6的设置使刻字膜弹性好,抗撕裂强度高,使用的材料环保无味无毒,安全性能好,皮肤长期接触硅橡胶表面不会造成过敏。耐刮涂层3的设置不仅保留了TPU的质感的同时改善了树脂耐刮性和成型性。

Claims (6)

1.一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜,包括基础底材(1),其特征在于:所述基础底材(1)上方设有脱膜层(2),所述脱膜层(2)上方设有耐刮涂层(3),所述耐刮涂层(3)上方设有橡胶油墨层(4),所述橡胶油墨层(4)上方设有粘贴层(5),所述粘贴层(5)上粘贴有TPU热熔胶膜(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜,其特征在于:所述橡胶油墨层(4)的厚度为100-200微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜,其特征在于:所述粘贴层(5)为热塑性树脂结构,且粘贴层(5)和TPU热熔胶膜(6)之间为无缝贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜,其特征在于:所述脱膜层(2)为PTE离型膜,且脱膜层(2)上涂覆有硅油。
5.一种权利要求1-4任意一项所述高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、离型液制作:取硅油20-30份、纳米碳酸钙5-8、淀粉4-6份、在反应桶中加入含羟甲基硅氧烷10-15份,然后加入溶剂12-13份,高速搅拌5-10min,设置转速为400-500r/min;再每隔2-3min依次加入表面活性剂10-15份、催化剂40-45份和附着力促进剂30-40份继续搅拌5-10min,得到离型液;
S2、耐刮涂液制作:取水性丙烯酸乳液30-35份,天然石粉15-18份,聚乙烯醇4-6份、滑石粉10-12份、环氧改性硅油8-10份、聚酰胺2-4份利用混合机混合升温至50-65℃且搅拌4-5min,形成的浆料;
S3、硅橡胶油墨制作:取液体硅胶30-40份、含氢硅油A 0.5-1份、流平剂A 0.2-0.6份、抗静电剂A1-1.5份、溶剂A 20-23份,利用混合机在4-5MPa下反应6-7min,且混合机的温度控制在120-135℃,之后降温至40-50℃并保温20-30min;
S4、粘贴剂制作:二甲基硅橡胶粉40-50、PU树脂20-30份、消光粉3-5份,利用混合机在50℃下搅拌分散至均匀,即可制得粘贴剂;
S5、字膜成品制作:取基础底材,将步骤1中的离型液喷涂至基础底材的一表面上,在100-120℃下固化,在基础底材上形成离型层;将步骤2中耐刮浆料送入螺杆挤出机中加压挤出,挤出温度为220℃-240℃,螺杆挤出机转速为180-200r/min;将挤出涂液涂布于离型层上形成耐刮涂层,之后利用烘干机进行烘干,且烘干温度为55-60℃;将步骤3中制得的硅橡胶油墨涂布至耐刮涂层上,然后在温度为130-140℃的条件下热固化140-150s,制得硅橡胶油墨层,在硅橡胶油墨层上涂覆步骤S4中制得的粘贴剂,再取一张TPU热熔胶膜,将TPU热熔胶膜的一面与粘贴剂进行热熔贴合,热熔温度为140-160℃,热熔时间为15-20s,然后收卷,得到高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高弹性硅橡胶刻字膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S5中的硅橡胶油墨涂布方式为刮刀涂布。
