The third wiring support positioning table 19 is composed of a third object placing table 58 and a third single-acting double-rod cylinder 59. When the wiring support is placed on the third object placing table 58, the third single-action double-rod cylinder 59 is started to fix the parts on the positioning table, so that subsequent preassembly operation is facilitated.
The ground screw transmission positioning device 21 comprises a third vibrating disk 60, a direct vibration transmission positioning mechanism 61 and a fourth single-acting double-rod cylinder 62. The upper surface of the movable end of the fourth single-acting double-rod cylinder 62 is provided with a groove 63 for placing a grounding screw transmitted by the third vibrating disk 60 and the direct vibration transmission positioning mechanism 61. Meanwhile, when the ground screw falls into the groove 63, the movable end of the fourth single-acting double-rod cylinder 62 is away from the fixed end, thereby facilitating the subsequent nailing operation.
The nailing device 22 includes a straight arm robot 64, a third electric batch 65. The third batch 65 is fixed to the straight arm robot 64. The straight arm manipulator 64 carries the third electric screwdriver 65 to realize the pre-installation operation of the grounding screw.

(3) The wire fixing clip 44, the insulating gasket 45, the tapping screw, and the grounding screw are prepared: a wire fixing clip 44 is placed on the first vibration plate 11, an insulating spacer 45 is placed on the second vibration plate 12, an automatic screw for fastening the wire fixing clip 44 and the insulating spacer 45 is placed on the automatic screw feeder 15, and a ground screw is placed on the third vibration plate 60.
(4) Warning sign and wiring board preassembling operation:
the following steps are realized by programming:
a) the first robot 4 carries the first clamp 32 to clamp the wiring support 25 on the conveying belt and places the wiring support on the first object placing table 42, so that the reverse surface 66 of the Z surface of the wiring support is in close contact with the first object placing table 42, and meanwhile, the first single-action double-rod air cylinder 43 fixes the wiring support on the first object placing table 42 by pressing the X surface 67 of the wiring support;
b) the first robot 4 sucks the warning mark stripped from the stripping machine 8 with the third clamp 34 and sticks the warning mark to the S surface 68 of the wiring bracket;
c) the first robot 4 carries the second clamp 33 to clamp the wiring board located at the positioning block 31, when the second clamp 33 moves to the position above the wiring board, the batch head is started in advance, when the second clamp 33 clamps the wiring board, the batch head stops rotating and is smoothly embedded into the head of the screw, and then the electric batch successfully pre-installs the wiring board to the designated position of the Z surface 69 of the wiring support with the assistance of the robot.
(5) Pre-assembling work of the wire fixing clamp, the insulating gasket and the grounding screw:
the following steps are realized by programming:
d) on the basis of the step (c), the first robot 4 carries the second clamp 33 to place the wiring bracket assembly on the second object placing table 56, at this time, the reverse surface of the S surface 68 of the wiring bracket is tightly contacted with the second object placing table 56, and the single-acting double-rod cylinder 57 on the left side fixes the part on the second object placing table 56;
