Description

Pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for foot bath and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for foot bath and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The foot is soaked in spring to rise the yang and relieve exhaustion; soaking feet in summer, and removing summer dampness; in autumn, the feet are soaked, the lung moistens the intestines and moistens; in winter, the foot is soaked and the dantian is warm. However, the existing foot-soaking treatment method is not general, the conditioning surface is narrow, and the application is not comprehensive.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for foot bath and a preparation method thereof. The pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for foot bath has a wide conditioning surface, can treat internal diseases externally, dredge channels and collaterals, promote qi and blood circulation, benefit liver, spleen and kidney, invigorate qi and nourish blood, dispel cold and eliminate dampness, condition conception and governor vessels, balance yin and yang, and achieve the purpose of treatment after cooperation; the preparation method only needs to crush the raw materials, mix and disinfect the raw materials, is simple to operate, has easily-controlled process, and is beneficial to large-scale production.
The invention provides a pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for foot bath, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of wormwood extract, 40-50 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 35-45 parts of epimedium herb, 35-45 parts of giant knotweed, 35-45 parts of sanchi flower, 35-45 parts of pepper, 25-35 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 25-35 parts of angelica sinensis, 25-35 parts of medicinal cyathula root, 25-35 parts of rhizoma typhonii, 25-35 parts of schizonepeta spike, 25-35 parts of litharge, 25-35 parts of pawpaw, 25-35 parts of myrrh, 15-25 parts of earthworm, 15-25 parts of radix angelicae, 15-25 parts of dried ginger and 15-25 parts of frankincense.
Preferably, the pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for foot bath comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of wormwood extract, 45 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 40 parts of epimedium herb, 40 parts of giant knotweed rhizome, 40 parts of sanchi flower, 40 parts of pepper, 30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 30 parts of angelica sinensis, 30 parts of medicinal cyathula root, 30 parts of giant typhonium rhizome, 30 parts of schizonepeta spike, 30 parts of lithargite, 30 parts of pawpaw, 30 parts of myrrh, 20 parts of earthworm, 20 parts of radix angelicae, 20 parts of dried ginger and 20 parts of frankincense.
Preferably, the preparation method of the wormwood extract comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing folium Artemisiae Argyi, mixing with distilled water, heating, reflux-extracting, and separating to obtain primary filter residue and primary extractive solution;
(2) mixing the primary filter residue obtained in the step (1) with distilled water again, heating, refluxing and extracting, separating after the extraction is finished, and removing the filter residue to obtain a secondary extracting solution;
(3) and mixing the primary extract and the secondary extract, concentrating the obtained mixed solution, and drying to obtain the wormwood extract.
Preferably, in the step (1), the wormwood is crushed to a particle size of 80-120 meshes; the weight ratio of the wormwood to the distilled water is 1: 3-5.
Preferably, in the step (1), the heating reflux temperature is 90-94 ℃, and the heating reflux time is 3-4 h.
Preferably, in the step (2), the weight ratio of the primary filter residue to the distilled water is 1: 2-4.
Preferably, in the step (2), the heating reflux temperature is 90-94 ℃, and the heating reflux time is 2-3 h.
Preferably, in the step (3), the drying temperature is 40-50 ℃.
