The patients who can normally travel on the legs after taking the medicine are cured, and the statistical results of the tests of the examples 1 to 4 are shown in the first table:

The table I shows that the mint and the aloe are added into the cold compress gel component for relieving gout, so that the cure rate of the ointment can be effectively enhanced, and meanwhile, the cold compress gel component has obvious advantages in the aspect of reducing gout recurrence; the therapeutic effect of the cold compress gel for relieving gout is enhanced along with the increase of the mint and aloe components under the condition that the dosages of other components are kept unchanged.

s1: weighing 8-15 parts of mint, 4-12 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 4-10 parts of caulis sinomenii, 8-16 parts of epimedium, 6-14 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort, 2-8 parts of radix rehmanniae and 2-8 parts of cynomorium songaricum to form a component A; weighing 4-10 parts of safflower, 4-8 parts of taro, 8-18 parts of prepared kusnezoff monkshood root, 5-10 parts of rosin, 5-15 parts of scorpion, 10-20 parts of golden larch bark, 8-15 parts of liquorice and 5-8 parts of aloe to form a component B, grinding the component A and the component B into powder, and sieving the powder by a sieve of 10-40 meshes;

s2: adding 75-95% ethanol into the component A according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 5-15, stirring, soaking for 20-80 min, performing reflux extraction at 70-85 ℃ for 0.5-2.5 h, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain a concentrated solution, adding absolute ethanol, standing, precipitating, taking the supernatant, heating and concentrating to obtain a thick paste to obtain a first extract;

s3: adding 75-95% ethanol into the component B according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 4-10, stirring, soaking for 20-60 min, performing reflux extraction at 60-70 ℃ for 1-5 h, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain a concentrated solution, dissolving the concentrated solution with 0.5-5% hydrochloric acid, adjusting the pH of part of the dissolved solution to 8.6-10.4 with ammonia water, continuously adding dichloromethane 2-5 times the volume of the dissolved solution, mixing, layering, and concentrating the dichloromethane layer under reduced pressure to obtain a powder to obtain a second extract;

s4: the first extract, the second extract, the carbomer and the hydrogel are uniformly mixed, vegetable oil is used for preparing the mixture into cream, the medical cold compress gel for relieving gout is prepared, and the prepared cold compress gel for relieving gout is coated on an affected part and a fixing band matched with the affected part for treating the part of a patient caused by gout.
