Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to an external ointment for stimulating menstrual flow and activating blood circulation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the meridians and collaterals are the pathways of qi and blood of the human body, and if the meridians and collaterals are not smooth, various diseases and symptoms of the body can be caused; however, obstructed blood vessels and unsmooth blood circulation can cause pain and even formation of lumps and other tissue changes. Therefore, the health care wine has the functions of dredging the channels and collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
Meridians are located throughout the body, connecting the zang-fu organs, connecting the limbs, bones and skin, hair and orifices, and connecting the inside and outside, passing through the upper and lower parts. However, the meridians are not static, and since they are the channels for qi and blood circulation, they are usually smooth, so that they can maintain the normal physiological functions of the zang-fu organs. If the meridians block smoothly, it will be inappropriate if the meridian blocks smoothly, and diseases if the meridian blocks severely. When blood stasis stagnates in the zang-fu organs and some parts of the meridians, pain or even lumps may occur. If qi and blood do not circulate, various connections between the zang-fu organs will be disturbed, so that diseases can occur, and death will occur in severe cases.
Currently, there are many drugs for treating rheumatism, gout or various pains caused by wind, cold, dampness, phlegm, blood stasis, etc., including western medicines and traditional Chinese medicines. Western treatments are usually performed by anti-inflammatory, analgesic, hormonal, occlusive, etc. The disadvantages of the traditional Chinese medicine are temporary solution, permanent solution, long treatment time, poor treatment effect and great side effect. The traditional Chinese medicine generally adopts oral traditional Chinese medicines to relax tendons, activate collaterals, promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis and the like, but the oral traditional Chinese medicines are difficult to persist for a long time, are bitter and astringent and are difficult to enter the mouth, and the oral traditional Chinese medicines are inconvenient to take, some traditional Chinese medicines can stimulate the stomach, and generate adverse side effects. There are various kinds of externally applied Chinese medicines in the market, and the curative effects are different.

Comparative example 1
The difference between the comparative example and the example 1 is that the raw materials are not sprayed with yellow wine, and the raw materials are directly crushed and then are soaked in vaseline.
Comparative example 2
The difference between the comparative example and the example 1 is that the Vaseline is not contained in the comparative example, and the preparation method of the ointment is to extract the raw materials by water and then concentrate the raw materials into clear paste.
Experimental example 1
The experimental example is an allergy irritation experiment, and specifically comprises the following steps: 8 healthy white rabbits are selected, and are divided into 7 experimental groups with random male and female, and the 7 white rabbits all live for 3 days under the experimental environment to adapt to the environment. The method comprises the steps of shaving off hairs of 3cm multiplied by 3cm on two sides of a spinal column of each group of experimental rabbits, smearing the bare skin on one side of each experimental rabbit with the external ointment prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2, enabling all the bare skin to be covered, keeping the same smearing thickness, covering the bare skin with two layers of clean gauze after smearing, fixing the bare skin on the other side of each experimental rabbit with a non-irritant adhesive plaster, taking the bare skin on the other side of each experimental rabbit as a control group of the same rabbit, uncovering the gauze after 12 hours, cleaning the skin with clean water, comparing the bare skin with the skin on the other side of the spinal column, and enabling the skin of 8 white rabbits to have no irritability phenomena such as red swelling, erythema and the like, so that the external ointment prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 is safe and non-irritant to the skin.
Experimental example 2
The inventor collects 458 patients from 10 months to now in 2013 to carry out volunteering treatment, the patients are divided into 8 experimental groups, the experimental groups 1 to 8 respectively adopt the ointments of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 and the same massage method, and the initial symptoms of the patients comprise various types of rheumatism, scapulohumeral periarthritis, sciatica and the like. The treatment method comprises the following steps: the ointment is applied to the affected part in a large area, and rubbed once every two days for 30min, and the effect is counted in 1 month and 3 months respectively, and the results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, compared with comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, the ointment prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention has a more excellent treatment effect for patients in 1 month or 3 months, which indicates that the ointment of the present invention has the advantages of quick effect and good curative effect, and the comparative example 1 does not adopt yellow wine, the curative effect of the ointment is significantly reduced in 1 month, but the effective rate is improved more after 3 months, indicating that the ointment is effective but the curative effect is slow; in comparative example 2, vaseline is not added, the ointment concentrated by water extraction is directly adopted to be matched with massage, the massage is not smooth in response to the patient, the moisture retention force after the massage is not strong, the ointment is dried quickly, and the retention time on the skin is reduced.
The invention takes camphor, white paeony root, largehead atractylodes rhizome, ginseng, baical skullcap root and danshen root as main raw materials, wherein the camphor removes dampness and dissipates cold, the white paeony root calms the liver and strengthens the spleen, the largehead atractylodes rhizome supplements qi and reduces swelling, the ginseng tonifies vigor greatly, the baical skullcap root resists bacteria and detoxifies, the danshen root promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis, the raw materials are soaked and mixed with vaseline to be used as external ointment, and the external ointment is matched with massage, scraping therapy and cupping, so that the drug effect can be sent into channels through the skin, and the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and clearing and activating the channels and collaterals are achieved. Meanwhile, the vaseline has the functions of lubrication and moisture retention and is more beneficial to the operation of massage and scraping therapy, and the vaseline forms a skin barrier on the surface of the skin, so that on one hand, the vaseline can be matched with traditional Chinese medicinal materials to achieve a better antibacterial effect, and on the other hand, active molecules of the raw materials are locked in the skin to reduce volatilization.
According to the preparation method, the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are sprayed with yellow wine and then sealed, the yellow wine can enter the raw materials, the raw materials are subsequently soaked in vaseline, and the yellow wine in the raw materials can accelerate the overflow of active molecules in the raw materials, so that the yellow wine can obtain high drug effect without high temperature. In addition, the soaking temperature of 35-55 ℃ is adopted, so that the vaseline is prevented from being solidified, the property of the vaseline is kept from being damaged, and the preparation cost and the danger can be reduced.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
