技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳米复合胶原纤维润滑材料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种耐黄变型钙钛矿氧化物改性大豆油基纳米复合胶原纤维润滑材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
通常纤维材料在处理等过程中,由于各种因素使得该材料变得手感粗糙,所以必须要加润滑剂来提升手感。由于润滑剂吸附在纤维材料表面以后,可以有效地防止纤维与纤维之间的直接接触,以此来达到赋予材料柔软且富有弹性的目的。
大豆通称黄豆,为双子叶植物纲、豆科、大豆属的一年生草本,大豆的种植起源于我国,至今已有近 5000 年的栽培历史,全中国普遍种植,在东北、华北、陕西及长江下游等地区均有出产,其中,以东北大豆质量最优。目前,世界各国栽培的大豆都是由中国直接或者间接传播出去的。据统计,2015~2016年度全世界大豆总产量高达3.13亿吨,其中美国、巴西、阿根廷和中国的大豆总产量占世界大豆产量的85%以上。并且大豆油是一种价格低廉,环境友好的可再生资源,因其特殊的羟基结构及良好的润滑性能等而在各个行业被广泛的应用。并且以其为原料,对它进行硫酸化、磺酸化、磷酸化等改性后的大豆油具有非常优异的物理化学性能。
钙钛矿金属氧化物化学通式可表示为ABO3,晶体结构为立方晶系的复合金属氧化物,因其具有稳定的化学性质及优良的紫外吸收性能,可作为优异的紫外吸收材料。将该纳米粒子引入到改性大豆油基中,可显著提升材料的耐黄变性能。
目前关于采用纳米钙钛矿氧化物制备耐黄变型改性大豆油基纳米复合纤维润滑材料的研究鲜见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服了上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种耐黄变型钙钛矿氧化物改性大豆油基纳米复合胶原纤维润滑材料及其制备方法,其制备的环保型耐黄变及胶原纤维润滑材料,使用后能有效提升纤维材料的手感及耐黄变性能。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种耐黄变型钙钛矿氧化物改性大豆油基纳米复合胶原纤维润滑材料,其特征在于采用以下原料制成:
以干质量份计,环氧大豆油35.1份-36.8份;四丁基溴化铵0.35份-0.36份;顺丁烯二酸酐9.8份-10.3份;氧化锌0.5份-0.6份;4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚29.1份-30.6份;质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液;1.5份-2.9份相转移催化剂;浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液11.4份-11.9份;纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3 1.0份-2.7份。
一种耐黄变型钙钛矿氧化物改性大豆油基纳米复合胶原纤维润滑材料的制备方法,其特征在于由以下步骤实现:
以干质量份计,取35.1份-36.8份的环氧大豆油加入至三口烧瓶中,升温至70℃搅拌20-50 min使环氧大豆油中的水分被除彻底;加入0.35份-0.36份的四丁基溴化铵作为催化剂和9.8份-10.3份的顺丁烯二酸酐,升温至90℃反应3.5-4小时;转移至反应釜中,加入0.5份-0.6份的氧化锌作为催化剂和29.1份-30.6份的4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚,在140℃反应5小时;转移至三口烧瓶中,降温至150℃,用质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液将该体系的pH值调至7,加入1.5份-2.9份相转移催化剂,加入11.4份-11.9份的浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液,反应6小时;降温至85℃,加入1.0份-2.7份的纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3,搅拌1小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和效果如下:
1、原料来源广泛、绿色环保、廉价易得,工艺简单;
2、该油脂可以润滑纤维,从而使得该材料的手感得到很好的提升;
3、由于该纳米粒子可以和油脂结合,且具有优异的紫外吸收能力,可赋予材料良好的耐黄变性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细的说明。
本发明涉及一种耐黄变型钙钛矿氧化物改性大豆油基纳米复合胶原纤维润滑材料及其制备方法,本发明先使用溶胶-凝胶法制备锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物,并将其引入到改性大豆油基中,最终制备耐黄变型改性大豆油基纳米复合纤维润滑材料。大豆油因其特殊的羟基结构及良好的润滑性能可用于润滑纤维,从而使纤维材料变的更加柔软,富有弹性;锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物具有优异的紫外吸收能力,可赋予材料耐黄变性能。

以干质量份计,取35.4份的环氧大豆油加入至三口烧瓶中,升温至70℃搅拌20-50 min使环氧大豆油中的水分被除彻底;加入0.35份的四丁基溴化铵作为催化剂和9.9份的顺丁烯二酸酐,升温至90℃反应3.5小时;转移至反应釜中,加入0.5份的氧化锌作为催化剂和29.4份的4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚,在140℃反应5小时;转移至三口烧瓶中,降温至150℃,用质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液将该体系的pH值调至7,加入1.7份相转移催化剂,加入11.5份的浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液,反应6小时;降温至85℃,加入1.3份的纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3,搅拌1小时。

以干质量份计,取35.8份的环氧大豆油加入至三口烧瓶中,升温至70℃搅拌20-50 min使环氧大豆油中的水分被除彻底;加入0.35份的四丁基溴化铵作为催化剂和10.0份的顺丁烯二酸酐,升温至90℃反应3.5小时;转移至反应釜中,加入0.5份的氧化锌作为催化剂和29.7份的4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚,在140℃反应5小时;转移至三口烧瓶中,降温至150℃,用质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液将该体系的pH值调至7,加入1.9份相转移催化剂,加入11.6份的浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液,反应6小时;降温至85℃,加入1.7份的纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3,搅拌1小时。
实施例4
以干质量份计,取36.5份的环氧大豆油加入至三口烧瓶中,升温至70℃搅拌20-50 min使环氧大豆油中的水分被除彻底;加入0.36份的四丁基溴化铵作为催化剂和10.2份的顺丁烯二酸酐,升温至90℃反应4小时;转移至反应釜中,加入0.6份的氧化锌作为催化剂和30.3份的4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚,在140℃反应5小时;转移至三口烧瓶中,降温至150℃,用质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液将该体系的pH值调至7,加入2.7份相转移催化剂,加入11.8份的浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液,反应6小时;降温至85℃,加入2.4份的纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3,搅拌1小时。
实施例5
以干质量份计,取36.8份的环氧大豆油加入至三口烧瓶中,升温至70℃搅拌20-50 min使环氧大豆油中的水分被除彻底;加入0.36份的四丁基溴化铵作为催化剂和10.3份的顺丁烯二酸酐,升温至90℃反应4小时;转移至反应釜中,加入0.6份的氧化锌作为催化剂和30.6份的4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚,在140℃反应5小时;转移至三口烧瓶中,降温至150℃,用质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液将该体系的pH值调至7,加入2.9份相转移催化剂,加入11.9份的浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液,反6小时;降温至85℃,加入2.7份的纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3,搅拌1小时。

以干质量份计,环氧大豆油35.1份-36.8份;四丁基溴化铵0.35份-0.36份;顺丁烯二酸酐9.8份-10.3份;氧化锌0.5份-0.6份;4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚29.1份-30.6份;质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液;1.5份-2.9份相转移催化剂;浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液11.4份-11.9份;纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3 1.0份-2.7份。
2.一种耐黄变型钙钛矿氧化物改性大豆油基纳米复合胶原纤维润滑材料的制备方法,其特征在于由以下步骤实现:
以干质量份计,取35.1份-36.8份的环氧大豆油加入至三口烧瓶中,升温至70℃搅拌20-50 min使环氧大豆油中的水分被除彻底;加入0.35份-0.36份的四丁基溴化铵作为催化剂和9.8份-10.3份的顺丁烯二酸酐,升温至90℃反应3.5-4小时;转移至反应釜中,加入0.5份-0.6份的氧化锌作为催化剂和29.1份-30.6份的4-(十二烷基酰胺)苯酚,在140℃反应5小时;转移至三口烧瓶中,降温至150℃,用质量分数为30%的NaOH溶液将该体系的pH值调至7,加入1.5份-2.9份相转移催化剂,加入11.4份-11.9份的浓度为30%的焦亚硫酸钠溶液,反应6小时;降温至85℃,加入1.0份-2.7份的纳米锆-铝双掺杂钙钛矿氧化物Zr0.05Al0.1Ca0.85TiO3,搅拌1小时。
