本发明涉及围巾技术领域，尤其是一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，首先：包复纱的制备，选用羊绒纱线，规格为25‑32tex，单根或2‑5根合股桑蚕丝；在羊绒纱线表面以X向和Z向分别包覆有桑蚕丝，其中X向的桑蚕丝的捻度为50‑80r/m，Z向的桑蚕丝的捻度为60‑80r/m，且羊绒纱线的暴露量为：30‑50%；然后：采用上述包复纱进行围巾的制备，其中围巾制备过程中采用经纬编织，相邻经纱之间的间距为1‑3mm，相邻纬纱之间的间距为1‑2mm，围巾裁剪后的边缘采用封边处理。本发明所得到的一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，其得到的围巾能将桑蚕丝与羊绒纱线完美结合，且羊绒的绒毛局部暴露，真丝的手感与羊绒的手感结合，使用更加舒适可靠。

一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及围巾技术领域，尤其是一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中，对于羊绒纱线与真丝的相结合过程中，仅仅是将纱线交替编织在一起，形成其结合性差，产品的整体性差，不搭调。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，其整体性强，结合自然可靠。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，首先：包复纱的制备，选用羊绒纱线，规格为25-32tex，单根或2-5根合股桑蚕丝；在羊绒纱线表面以X向和Z向分别包覆有桑蚕丝，其中X向的桑蚕丝的捻度为50-80r/m，Z向的桑蚕丝的捻度为60-80r/m，且羊绒纱线的暴露量为：30-50%；然后：采用上述包复纱进行围巾的制备，其中围巾制备过程中采用经纬编织，相邻经纱之间的间距为1-3mm，相邻纬纱之间的间距为1-2mm，围巾裁剪后的边缘采用封边处理。
所述的桑蚕丝未进行丝胶脱除处理；然后将围巾进行染色：中性染料，染色温度为80-90℃，染色时间为20-35min；再利用40-50℃的温水进行4-5次的清洗，最终烘干定型。桑蚕丝不脱丝胶，染色过程中层次感更强。
本发明所得到的一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，其得到的围巾能将桑蚕丝与羊绒纱线完美结合，且羊绒的绒毛局部暴露，真丝的手感与羊绒的手感结合，使用更加舒适可靠。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，首先：包复纱的制备，选用羊绒纱线，规格为25tex，单根合股桑蚕丝；在羊绒纱线表面以X向和Z向分别包覆有桑蚕丝，其中X向的桑蚕丝的捻度为80r/m，Z向的桑蚕丝的捻度为80r/m，且羊绒纱线的暴露量为：50%；然后：采用上述包复纱进行围巾的制备，其中围巾制备过程中采用经纬编织，相邻经纱之间的间距为1mm，相邻纬纱之间的间距为1mm，围巾裁剪后的边缘采用封边处理。
所述的桑蚕丝未进行丝胶脱除处理；然后将围巾进行染色：中性染料，染色温度为80℃，染色时间为35min；再利用50℃的温水进行4次的清洗，最终烘干定型。
实施例2：
本实施例描述的一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，首先：包复纱的制备，选用羊绒纱线，规格为32tex，5根合股桑蚕丝；在羊绒纱线表面以X向和Z向分别包覆有桑蚕丝，其中X向的桑蚕丝的捻度为50r/m，Z向的桑蚕丝的捻度为60r/m，且羊绒纱线的暴露量为：30%；然后：采用上述包复纱进行围巾的制备，其中围巾制备过程中采用经纬编织，相邻经纱之间的间距为3mm，相邻纬纱之间的间距为2mm，围巾裁剪后的边缘采用封边处理。

所述的桑蚕丝未进行丝胶脱除处理；然后将围巾进行染色：中性染料，染色温度为85℃，染色时间为30min；再利用45℃的温水进行4次的清洗，最终烘干定型。

1.一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，其特征是：首先：包复纱的制备，选用羊绒纱线，规格为25-32tex，单根或2-5根合股桑蚕丝；在羊绒纱线表面以X向和Z向分别包覆有桑蚕丝，其中X向的桑蚕丝的捻度为50-80r/m，Z向的桑蚕丝的捻度为60-80r/m，且羊绒纱线的暴露量为：30-50%；然后：采用上述包复纱进行围巾的制备，其中围巾制备过程中采用经纬编织，相邻经纱之间的间距为1-3mm，相邻纬纱之间的间距为1-2mm，围巾裁剪后的边缘采用封边处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆型羊绒真丝围巾的制备方法，其特征是：所述的桑蚕丝未进行丝胶脱除处理；然后将围巾进行染色：中性染料，染色温度为80-90℃，染色时间为20-35min；再利用40-50℃的温水进行4-5次的清洗，最终烘干定型。
