本发明公开了一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,涉及铝制品表面处理领域。本发明仅需经过(1)脱脂、(2)抛丸、(3)酸洗、(4)钝化、(5)烘干即可完成小型铝型材的表面处理。本发明的一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,为社会提供了一套方便可靠的铝型材表面处理技术,使用该工艺处理的小型铝型材,其质地坚硬,耐磨性能和耐酸性能得到了加强,具有较好的实用性。

一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及铝制品表面处理领域,具体是一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺。
背景技术
随着国民经济和高新技术的快速发展,我国铝冶炼和铝型材加工业发展十分迅速,其在2006年已达879.3万吨,超过美国成为世界第一位。在总量高的同时,我国铝制品行业也面临着巨大的浪费,一些陈旧的铝制品通常是直接丢弃,这对环境造成了一定的破坏。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,使用该方法可以将破旧的铝型材翻新,变废为宝。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)脱脂:将铝型材放入脱脂池浸泡3-5分钟;所述脱脂池中的脱脂洗液为8-15g/L浓度的氢氧化钠溶液;
(2)抛丸:将铝型材从脱脂池中取出并用水冲洗干净,再使用抛丸机对其进行抛丸处理,所用耗材为粒径0.1-0.2mm的石英砂;
(3)酸洗:将抛丸后的铝型材放入酸洗池进行化学抛光,所用酸洗液含有3%-5%的硫酸、5%-10%的盐酸和6%-12%的硝酸,溶剂为去离子水;酸洗后,将铝型材取出并再次冲洗;
(4)钝化:将冲洗后的铝型材进行钝化处理,钝化完成后冲洗干净;
(5)烘干:将冲洗后的铝型材放入烘干机中烘干,所述烘干温度为105-120℃,待烘干完成后,即完成小型铝型材的表面处理。
优选地,所述(4)钝化中所用钝化剂为按质量份配比称取的氟化镁8-12份、三聚磷酸钠2-3份、氟锆酸2-4份、氟硅酸钠1-3份、盐酸5-6份、硝酸1-2份、磷酸12-15份、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷1-3份、硫酸3-5份和硝酸钙3-5份充分溶解于1000份去离子水中形成的混合溶液。
本发明的一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,为社会提供了一套方便可靠的铝型材表面处理技术,使用该工艺处理的小型铝型材,其质地坚硬,耐磨性能和耐酸性能得到了加强,具有较好的实用性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)脱脂:将铝型材放入脱脂池浸泡5分钟;所述脱脂池中的脱脂洗液为15g/L浓度的氢氧化钠溶液;
(2)抛丸:将铝型材从脱脂池中取出并用水冲洗干净,再使用抛丸机对其进行抛丸处理,所用耗材为粒径0.1-0.2mm的石英砂;
(3)酸洗:将抛丸后的铝型材放入酸洗池进行化学抛光,所用酸洗液含有5%的硫酸、10%的盐酸和12%的硝酸,溶剂为去离子水;酸洗后,将铝型材取出并再次冲洗;
(4)钝化:将冲洗后的铝型材进行钝化处理,所用钝化剂为按质量份配比称取的氟化镁12份、三聚磷酸钠3份、氟锆酸4份、氟硅酸钠3份、盐酸6份、硝酸2份、磷酸15份、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷3份、硫酸5份和硝酸钙5份充分溶解于1000份去离子水中形成的混合溶液;钝化完成后冲洗干净;
(5)烘干:将冲洗后的铝型材放入烘干机中烘干,所述烘干温度为120℃,待烘干完成后,即完成小型铝型材的表面处理。
实施例2
一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)脱脂:将铝型材放入脱脂池浸泡3分钟;所述脱脂池中的脱脂洗液为8g/L浓度的氢氧化钠溶液;
(2)抛丸:将铝型材从脱脂池中取出并用水冲洗干净,再使用抛丸机对其进行抛丸处理,所用耗材为粒径0.1-0.2mm的石英砂;
(3)酸洗:将抛丸后的铝型材放入酸洗池进行化学抛光,所用酸洗液含有3%的硫酸、5%的盐酸和6%的硝酸,溶剂为去离子水;酸洗后,将铝型材取出并再次冲洗;
(4)钝化:将冲洗后的铝型材进行钝化处理,所用钝化剂为按质量份配比称取的氟化镁8份、三聚磷酸钠2份、氟锆酸2份、氟硅酸钠1份、盐酸5份、硝酸1份、磷酸12份、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷1份、硫酸3份和硝酸钙3份充分溶解于1000份去离子水中形成的混合溶液;钝化完成后冲洗干净;
(5)烘干:将冲洗后的铝型材放入烘干机中烘干,所述烘干温度为105℃,待烘干完成后,即完成小型铝型材的表面处理。

Claims (2)

1.一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)脱脂:将铝型材放入脱脂池浸泡3-5分钟;所述脱脂池中的脱脂洗液为8-15g/L浓度的氢氧化钠溶液;
(2)抛丸:将铝型材从脱脂池中取出并用水冲洗干净,再使用抛丸机对其进行抛丸处理,所用耗材为粒径0.1-0.2mm的石英砂;
(3)酸洗:将抛丸后的铝型材放入酸洗池进行化学抛光,所用酸洗液含有3%-5%的硫酸、5%-10%的盐酸和6%-12%的硝酸,溶剂为去离子水;酸洗后,将铝型材取出并再次冲洗;
(4)钝化:将冲洗后的铝型材进行钝化处理,钝化完成后冲洗干净;
(5)烘干:将冲洗后的铝型材放入烘干机中烘干,所述烘干温度为105-120℃,待烘干完成后,即完成小型铝型材的表面处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型铝型材的表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述(4)钝化中所用钝化剂为按质量份配比称取的氟化镁8-12份、三聚磷酸钠2-3份、氟锆酸2-4份、氟硅酸钠1-3份、盐酸5-6份、硝酸1-2份、磷酸12-15份、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷1-3份、硫酸3-5份和硝酸钙3-5份充分溶解于1000份去离子水中形成的混合溶液。
