抗老化耐磨复合面料及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及功能性面料领域,具体地说,是一种抗老化耐磨复合面料及其加工方法。
背景技术
面料在加工成成品后,在面料使用过程中不可避免要遭受到各种摩擦,无论是肢体 之间还是与外部的摩擦以及面料与面料之间的摩擦,面料的在摩擦的过程中会受到不同 程度上的磨损,可能会导致面料出现起球的现象,更严重的磨损的就是会使面料出现裂纹甚至断裂的现象,所以面料的耐磨度一直是面料的一项重要的质量指标。
现有的面料多在基部层上设有耐磨层,但是该耐磨层在水洗过程中易掉落或者耐磨性不够,特别是在服装的易磨损处使用,易出现较大程度的磨损。
申请人申请了一种藤编面料,藤编的表层结构加上基部层组成的面料虽然具有良好的舒适性和耐磨性等,但是由于藤编结构具备一定的不足,其沾上水或者长期爆嗮后 易导致面料表面催且硬化,因此需要在此基础上避开该不足点,从而涉及了一种耐磨 面料。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗老化耐磨复合面料及 其加工方法。
技术方案:本发明所述一种抗老化耐磨复合面料,包括基布层和依附在基布层上的 功能性层,所述功能性层包括抗老化耐磨层和复合功能层,所述抗老化耐磨层包括TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层,所述TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层上涂 覆有PU胶合层并通过PU胶合层胶合在基布层上,所述复合功能层包括覆盖在TPU浸 润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层相背于基布层的一面的无机防火层,覆盖在基布层相背 于TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层的一面的密闭防水层。
作为优选的,所述TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层中混纺有咖啡藤纤维。
作为优选的,所述无机防火层为干化水合硅酸盐乳液层。
作为优选的,所述密闭防水层为TPU防水透气薄膜层。
制备该抗老化耐磨复合面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:以1:12的比例将咖啡藤纤维与藤编纤维混纺构成TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层的基础织物;
S2:将S1制得的基础织物安装上张拉机进行预应力张拉;
S3:将基础织物保持张拉状态,用上浆机将热熔状态的TPU刷在基础织物上,在 刷浆的同时用热压辊将挂浆的热熔TPU在基础织物上压平;
S4:将S3中挂浆压平完成的基础织物保持预应力张拉状态,在其中一面喷涂水合硅酸盐乳液,喷涂完成后送入冷压机冷却,完成TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨 层的制备,并同时完成TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层表面干化水合硅酸盐乳 液层的涂覆;
S5:在制备TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层的另一面涂覆PU胶合层比压 合在基布层上;
S6:在基布层的另一面热熔胶合TPU防水透气薄膜层并压紧。
本发明相比于现有技术具有以下有益效果:(1)将藤编结构经过预应力张拉后保持 张拉状态并热熔TPU复合后冷却定型,使藤编结构可以保持预应力张拉状态,使之保 持更强的抗拉伸性能,同时保持预应力张拉状态能够使藤编结构中纤维排列更加紧密, 从而获得了更强的抗磨损性能,由于藤编结构被TPU包覆,绝少接触到氧气和水分, 更难发生氧化老化和受潮松弛,因此获得了更好的抗老化性能;
(2)咖啡藤纤维具有很好的结构补强能力,且具有良好的抗菌性能,是一种很好的功能性补强料;
(3)干化水合硅酸盐乳液层可以在TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层表面成膜,可以在不加厚整体面料厚度的前提下获得良好的防火能力。

实施例1:一种抗老化耐磨复合面料,包括基布层和依附在基布层上的功能性层,功能性层包括抗老化耐磨层和复合功能层,抗老化耐磨层包括TPU浸润的预应力张拉 藤编复合耐磨层,TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层上涂覆有PU胶合层并通过 PU胶合层胶合在基布层上,复合功能层包括覆盖在TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐 磨层相背于基布层的一面的无机防火层,覆盖在基布层相背于TPU浸润的预应力张拉 藤编复合耐磨层的一面的密闭防水层。
TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层中混纺有咖啡藤纤维。
无机防火层为干化水合硅酸盐乳液层。
密闭防水层为TPU防水透气薄膜层。
制备该抗老化耐磨复合面料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:以1:12的比例将咖啡藤纤维与藤编纤维混纺构成TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层的基础织物;
S2:将S1制得的基础织物安装上张拉机进行预应力张拉;
S3:将基础织物保持张拉状态,用上浆机将热熔状态的TPU刷在基础织物上,在 刷浆的同时用热压辊将挂浆的热熔TPU在基础织物上压平;
S4:将S3中挂浆压平完成的基础织物保持预应力张拉状态,在其中一面喷涂水合硅酸盐乳液,喷涂完成后送入冷压机冷却,完成TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨 层的制备,并同时完成TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层表面干化水合硅酸盐乳 液层的涂覆;
S5:在制备TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层的另一面涂覆PU胶合层比压 合在基布层上;
S6:在基布层的另一面热熔胶合TPU防水透气薄膜层并压紧。

S1:以1:12的比例将咖啡藤纤维与藤编纤维混纺构成TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层的基础织物;
S2:将S1制得的基础织物安装上张拉机进行预应力张拉;
S3:将基础织物保持张拉状态,用上浆机将热熔状态的TPU刷在基础织物上,在刷浆的同时用热压辊将挂浆的热熔TPU在基础织物上压平;

S5:在制备TPU浸润的预应力张拉藤编复合耐磨层的另一面涂覆PU胶合层比压合在基布层上;
S6:在基布层的另一面热熔胶合TPU防水透气薄膜层并压紧。
