Abstract

本发明公布了一种分体式传动装置,它包括连接盘、传动接头、传动轴、传动箱体、输入轴、主动齿轮、螺栓、被动齿轮、液压离合器、旋转接头、控制器和输出轴。该种传动装置具有换向、分动和远距离传递转矩三大功能,能在传动轴的运转中随时迅速平稳地实现动力转矩的传递或中断,体积小不占空间、装配便捷、操控简单、易于维护,适用性广、性价比高,故能较好地适应和满足多种轻型水陆两栖车艇动力分配与传递的需要。

一种分体式传动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种传递动力的液压机械装置,具体地说是一种同时具备分动、变速和远距离传递转矩功能,且广泛适用于多种轻型水陆两栖车艇动力传递的分体式传动装置。
背景技术
目前国内外制造的各种取力器,虽可将动力转矩从某传动部件中引出,但无法同时实现分动传递、换向传递以及变速传递,加之受安装空间的约束而无法得到广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的,就是要提供一种设计科学、结构合理、性能卓越,能较好地满足多种轻型水陆两栖车艇动力分配与传递需要的“分体式传动装置”。该种传动装置具有“变速、分动和远距离传递转矩”功能,且装配便捷、操控简单、易于维护,适用性广、性价比高。
本发明是采取如下的技术方案实现其发明目的的。一种分体式传动装置,它包括连接盘1、传动接头2、传动轴3、传动箱体4、输入轴5、主动齿轮6、螺栓7、被动齿轮8、液压离合器9、旋转接头10、控制器11和输出轴12,其中连接盘1和传动箱体4分开安装,通过控制器11和液压离合器9,能在传动轴3的运转中随时迅速平稳地实现动力转矩的传递或中断。
连接盘1、经传动接头2和传动轴3、与传动箱体4中的输入轴5有序连接。
主动齿轮6经螺栓7固装在液压离合器9的旋转体9e上,被动齿轮8固装在输出轴12上,主动齿轮6与被动齿轮8为常啮合状态。
液压离合器9由中心轴9a、活塞9b、摩擦片9c、弹簧9d和旋转体9e等部件有序构成,中心轴9a内设有与旋转接头10相通的输油孔9f、外表上设有花键、摩擦片9c的内孔上也设有花键、摩擦片9c有序套装在中心轴9a上,旋转接头10固装在中心轴9a的一端、输入轴5则经花键有序插装在中心轴9a的另一端。
输入轴5和液压离合器9以及输出轴12有序活装在传动箱体4中。
液压离合器9的工作原理是:“增压吸合”,即通过控制器11、使液压油经旋转接头10流入中心轴9a,24Bar的油压能迅速推动活塞9b使得摩擦片9c与旋转体9e吸合(吸合状态时弹簧9d被压紧);“卸压分离”,即通过控制器11、使液压油经旋转接头10从中心轴9a中流出,在弹簧9d的作用力下、使得摩擦片9c迅速与旋转体9e分离(分离状态)。
因主动齿轮6固装在液压离合器9的旋转体9e上,且摩擦片9c又有序套装在中心轴9a上,故当液压离合器9处于“增压状态”时,因摩擦片9c与旋转体9e吸合,动力转矩经输入轴5和中心轴9a以及摩擦片9c,将带动旋转体9e、主动齿轮6、被动齿轮8以及输出轴12一同运转,而当液压离合器9处于“分离状态”时,因摩擦片9c与旋转体9e分离,故旋转体9e和主动齿轮6、以及被动齿轮8和输出轴12均不运转。
传动轴3的长度可视实际需要延长或缩短,故可较好地实现动力转矩的远距离传递。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明较完美的实现了其发明目的。它较类似产品更具有以下突出优点(即有益效果)。
1、设计科学、能在传动轴的运转中迅速平稳地实现动力转矩的传递或中断。
2、具有“变速、分动和远距离传递”功能,结构合理、操作简单灵敏。
3、可随机安装、易于维护保养,适用性广,性价比高。

具体实施方式
由图1和图2可知,本发明包括连接盘1、传动接头2、传动轴3、传动箱体4、输入轴5、主动齿轮6、螺栓7、被动齿轮8、液压离合器9、旋转接头10、控制器11和输出轴12。
由图1和图2还知,为便于与多种车型配套和便捷装配、特将该传动装置设计成了分体式,连接盘1、经传动接头2和传动轴3与传动箱体4中的输入轴5有序连接,通过调整传动轴3的长度、可实现动力转矩的远距离传递,并使安装不受空间环境的制约。
由图1和图2还知,为较好地实现动力转矩的传递或中断、特设装了液压离合器9,即通过控制器11、可使24Bar的液压油、经旋转接头10流入中心轴8a、迅速推动活塞9b使得摩擦片9c与旋转体9e吸合、带动主动齿轮6以及被动齿轮8和输出轴12一同运转;同理,通过控制器11、使液压油经旋转接头10从中心轴9a中流出,在弹簧9d的作用力下、使得摩擦片9c迅速与旋转体9e分离、使旋转体9e和主动齿轮6以及被动齿轮8和输出轴12均不运转。
由图1和图2还知,通过设定、调整主动齿轮6和被动齿轮8的齿数,可以便捷地改变传动轴3及输入轴5与输出轴12的传动速比。

Claims (6)

1.一种分体式传动装置,它包括连接盘(1)、传动接头(2)、传动轴(3)、传动箱体(4)、输入轴(5)、主动齿轮(6)、螺栓(7)、被动齿轮(8)、液压离合器(9)、旋转接头(10)、控制器(11)和输出轴(12),其中连接盘(1)和传动箱体(4)分开安装,其特征是通过控制器(11)和液压离合器(9),能在传动轴(3)的运转中随时迅速平稳地实现动力转矩的传递或中断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式传动装置,其特征是连接盘(1)、传动接头(2)和传动轴(3)与传动箱体(4)中的输入轴(5)有序连接,主动齿轮(6)经螺栓(7)固装在液压离合器(9)的旋转体(9e)上,被动齿轮(8)固装在输出轴(12)上,主动齿轮(6)与被动齿轮(8)为常啮合状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式传动装置,其特征是液压离合器(9)由中心轴(9a)、活塞(9b)、摩擦片(9c)、弹簧(9d)和旋转体(9e)等部件有序构成,中心轴(9a)内设有与旋转接头(10)相通的输油孔(9f)、外表上设有花键、摩擦片(9c)的内孔上也设有花键、摩擦片(9c)有序套装在中心轴(9a)上,旋转接头(10)固装在中心轴(9a)的一端、输入轴(5)则经花键有序插装在中心轴(9a)的另一端,输入轴(5)和液压离合器(9)以及输出轴(12)经轴承有序活装在传动箱体(4)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式传动装置,其特征是通过控制器(11)、使液压油经旋转接头(10)流入液压离合器(9)的中心轴(9a)后、能迅速推动活塞(9b)、使得摩擦片(9c)与旋转体(9e)吸合(即增压状态),反之,通过控制器(11)、也可使液压油经旋转接头(10)从液压离合器(9)的中心轴(9a)中流出,在弹簧(9d)的作用力下、使得摩擦片(9c)迅速与旋转体(9e)分离(即分离状态)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式传动装置,其特征是当液压离合器(9)处于“增压状态”时、摩擦片(9c)与旋转体(9e)吸合,动力转矩经输入轴(5)和中心轴(9a)以及摩擦片(9c),带动旋转体(9e)、主动齿轮(6)、被动齿轮(8)以及输出轴(12)一同运转,而当液压离合器(9)处于“分离状态”时,因摩擦片(9c)与旋转体(9e)分离,故旋转体(9e)和主动齿轮(6)以及被动齿轮(8)和输出轴(12)均不运转。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式传动装置,其特征是设计调整传动箱体4中主动齿轮(6)和被动齿轮(8)的齿数、可改变输入轴(5)和输出轴(12)的传动速比。
