Description

Gynecological inflammation gel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of external paste, in particular to gynecological inflammation gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gynecological inflammation has been a disease afflicting many women. It is a frequently encountered disease and common disease of women. In gynecological inflammation, chronic pelvic inflammation, vaginitis, chronic cervicitis and the like generally occur at a high incidence rate. After women get gynecological inflammation, the female can have inconvenience for life. For example: increased leucorrhea, increased odor, etc. Therefore, women need to pay special attention to personal hygiene and avoid gynecological inflammation. Gynecological inflammation is caused by a plurality of reasons, and the pudendum is in moist and sultry for a long time; the female vagina is the same as the outside, so that germs enter; the decline of immunity causes the breeding of vaginal bacteria, etc. These are the causes of gynecological diseases.
The existing administration modes for treating gynecological inflammation are divided into injection, oral administration and external application, and patients are more prone to take external medicines due to large toxic and side effects and slow effect of the injection and the oral administration. The external medicine is lotion containing antibiotics, although the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the medicines are obvious and quick, the medicine resistance caused by excessively depending on the antibiotics can increase the treatment difficulty, has no effect on the complications of the gynecological inflammation, is easy to relapse of the gynecological inflammation and cannot achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide gynecological inflammation gel and a preparation method thereof, overcomes the defects of the prior art, adopts a mild medicament formula, quickly sterilizes and relieves itching of gynecological inflammation patients, and is not easy to repeat.

(5) mixing extract A, extract B and extract C, and stirring to obtain herba et Gemma Agrimoniae extract.
The preparation method of the gynecological inflammation gel in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
(2) soaking herba Taraxaci, herba Leonuri, radix Puerariae, cortex Ailanthi and Olibanum in 8 times of water for 2h, decocting with slow fire for 3h, and filtering to remove residue;
(3) standing the liquid filtered and deslagged in the step (2) at normal temperature for 2-3h, filtering again, adding ethanol, adjusting to ethanol solubility of 65%, standing for 3h, filtering, and recovering ethanol at 40 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution A;
(4) adding the specified mass parts of the maltsium malt, the hairyvein agrimonia herb and bud extract, the sodium alginate, the carboxymethyl cellulose, the azone, the compound of the Tween-80 and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the natural moisturizing factor and the sorbic acid into the mixed solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product.
Experimental example 1
The clinical practice test of 300 gynecological patients is selected, one group is formed in every 100 cases, one dose is taken every day for each group, and 15 days are a treatment course.
The therapeutic criteria are as follows:
and (3) healing: the symptoms, physical signs and gynecological examination are recovered to be normal;
the effect is shown: symptoms, physical symptoms and gynecological examination are also obviously improved;
the method has the following advantages: symptoms, physical symptoms and examinations are improved;
and (4) invalidation: the symptoms and physical symptoms are not obviously improved, and the symptoms are as before.
The total effective rate is the cure rate + significant efficiency + effective rate.
The results of the experiment are shown in table 1:
