Abstract
一种显示装置包含面板、背光模组、盖板、整合式胶框以及光学胶。面板设于背光模组之上。盖板设于面板之上,且面板位于盖板与背光模组之间。整合式胶框包含第一容置部、第二容置部及胶体限制部。第二容置部接合于第一容置部与胶体限制部之间,且第一容置部、第二容置部与胶体限制部之组合呈一体成型结构。第一容置部系容置背光模组之至少一部分,第二容置部系容置面板,胶体限制部系接合于第二容置部与盖板之间,而与盖板及面板共同定义出容置空间。光学胶设置于容置空间内。本揭露实施例之显示装置藉由将灌胶用框件的3D特征整合至背光模组之胶框而成为整合式胶框,因而能藉由单一胶框同时达到灌胶用框件与背光模组胶框的功能。

技术领域
本揭露实施例是有关于一种显示装置,且特别是有关于一种具有整合式胶框的显示装置。
背景技术
光学胶,例如光学透明树脂(optical clear resin,OCR),是设计用于透明光学元件黏结的特种黏结剂。光学胶可填充面板与透明盖板之间的空隙,以提高显示器的对比。与传统采用空气间隙的方法相比,光学胶可抑制外部光照与背光等导致的光散射情况,并适用于触控萤幕、大尺寸玻璃基板或其它软硬板之间的贴合与组装。
在习知显示装置的灌胶操作中,需要设置外挂式框件作为灌胶用的框体,然后才能将光学胶(例如光学透明树脂)注入外挂式框件与盖板所形成的空间内。然而,习知的外挂式框件有其应用上的限制,例如无法应用于不含前铁框的液晶面板(open cell),因为此种液晶面板无前铁框可粘贴外挂式框件,其本身全周亦无足够空间粘贴外挂式框件。此外,外挂式框件的材料需求以及它与液晶显示模组(liquid crystal display module,LCM)的组装程序亦是液晶显示装置之制程的负担。
发明内容
本揭露之目的在于提出一种显示装置,藉由将灌胶用框体与背光模组之胶框整合为整合式胶框,而能简化制程并提升产品竞争力。
根据本揭露之上述目的,提出一种显示装置包含面板、背光模组、盖板、整合式胶框以及光学胶。面板设于背光模组之上。盖板设于面板之上,且面板位于盖板与背光模组之间。整合式胶框包含第一容置部、第二容置部及胶体限制部。第二容置部接合于第一容置部与胶体限制部之间,且第一容置部、第二容置部与胶体限制部之组合呈一体成型结构。第一容置部系容置背光模组之至少一部分,第二容置部系容置面板,胶体限制部系接合于第二容置部与盖板之间,而与盖板及面板共同定义出容置空间。光学胶设置于容置空间内。
在一些实施例中,面板包含显示面板、触控显示面板、或触控面板与显示面板相互贴合。
在一些实施例中,盖板为平板结构或曲形板结构。
在一些实施例中,胶体限制部为环形结构。
在一些实施例中,盖板邻近胶体限制部之一侧具有第一斜面,且胶体限制部邻近盖板之一侧具有第二斜面,其中第一斜面与第二斜面之形状彼此匹配。
在一些实施例中,盖板与胶体限制部之间设有连结元件连结盖板与胶体限制部。
在一些实施例中,面板与第二容置部之间设有连结元件连结面板与第二容置部。
在一些实施例中,胶体限制部具有至少一肋条补强结构,肋条补强结构位于胶体限制部之内侧并接触光学胶。

综上所述,本揭露实施例之显示装置藉由将灌胶用框件的3D特征整合至背光模组之胶框而成为整合式胶框,因而能藉由单一胶框同时达到灌胶用框件与背光模组胶框的功能,即容置背光模组、容置面板并且与盖板连结而形成光学胶的容置空间。因此,本揭露实施例之显示装置可减少灌胶用框件之材料需求,并可减少一道灌胶用框件与液晶显示模组的接合程序。此外,本揭露实施例之整合式胶框更可应用于无前铁框之显示面板。因此,本揭露实施例之显示装置能简化制程并提升产品竞争力。

图1为本揭露实施例之一种显示装置1的剖面侧视示意图。本揭露实施例不限制显示装置1之种类,显示装置1可为平面显示装置或曲面显示装置,或者为2D显示装置或3D显示装置等。
如图1所示,显示装置1包含面板11、背光模组12、盖板13、整合式胶框14以及光学胶15。面板11设于背光模组12之上。面板11例如但不限于液晶显示面板,本实施例之面板11以包含无前铁框的显示面板为例。在其他实施例中,面板11的构造可依需求而调整,例如面板11可包含显示面板、或触控显示面板、或触控面板(膜)与显示面板相互贴合之面板。上述之触控显示面板是指显示面板具有触控结构。
背光模组12可为直下式或侧光式背光模组,于此是以侧光式背光模组为例。在本实施例中,背光模组12例如包含光源121、导光板122、反射片123及光学膜组124。光源121邻设于导光板122之一侧面,以从导光板122之侧面朝导光板122发射光线。光源121可为点光源、线光源或面光源。举例而言,光源121可包含发光二极体或其他电致发光(electroluminescence,EL)元件。反射片123设置于导光板122之底部,以将射向导光板122之底部的光线反射至光学膜组124。光学膜组124位于导光板122之上并位于导光板122与面板11之间,并可改善光线的光学性质或使光线的光学性质符合需求。光学膜组124可例如包含扩散膜、增亮膜、微透镜光学膜等。透过光学膜组124的光线进入面板11而形成影像。上述背光模组12所包含的部件仅为举例说明,在其他实施例中可依需求而增设、替换或省略部件。
盖板13设于面板11之上,且面板11位于盖板13与背光模组12之间。盖板13可保护面板11,使其不受外界环境污染与外力冲击。光学胶15可填充于盖板13与面板11之间的空间,以提升显示装置1的光学性质。光学胶15可例如为光学透明树脂。盖板13可为平板结构或曲形板结构,于此是以曲形板结构为例。
本揭露实施例之整合式胶框14具有第一容置部141、第二容置部142及胶体限制部143,其中第二容置部142接合于第一容置部141与胶体限制部143之间,且第一容置部141、第二容置部142与胶体限制部143之组合呈一体成型结构。第一容置部141系容置背光模组12之至少一部分,于此系以至少容置导光板122、反射片123及光学膜组124为例。第二容置部142系容置面板11。在本实施例中,整合式胶框14可例如具有阶梯结构,以利第一容置部141与第二容置部142分别承载背光模组12与面板11。胶体限制部143系接合于第二容置部142与盖板13之间,而与盖板13及面板11共同定义出容置空间17。光学胶15设置于容置空间17内。胶体限制部143为环形结构,以与盖板13及面板11共同形成密闭的容置空间17。
胶体限制部143与盖板13可有多种连接方式。以直接连接来说,胶体限制部143与盖板13可相互卡设而连接;以间接连接来说,可藉由连结元件连接于胶体限制部143与盖板13之间,连接元件可为双面胶或卡设结构。在本实施例中,盖板13邻近胶体限制部143之一侧具有第一斜面13a,且胶体限制部143邻近盖板13之一侧具有第二斜面143a,其中第一斜面13a与第二斜面143a之形状彼此匹配,例如形状互补。由于第一斜面13a与第二斜面143a之形状彼此匹配,因此第一斜面13a与第二斜面143a可对应接合,有利于胶体限制部143与盖板13之间的连接。
另外,显示装置1可更包含背板16,背板16与整合式胶框14连接。在本实施例中,光源121(包含发光元件及电路板)可设置于背板16上并固定于背板16。另外,背板16抵靠并固定反射片123。
图2为本揭露实施例之另一显示装置2的示意图。如图2所示,显示装置2包含面板21、背光模组22、盖板23、整合式胶框24以及光学胶25。整合式胶框24包含第一容置部241、第二容置部242及胶体限制部243。光学胶25设置于胶体限制部243、盖板23与面板21所形成之容置空间内。上述构件之技术特征可参照图1所示之实施例,于此不再赘述。
另外,在本实施例中,面板21与第二容置部242之间设有连结元件C1连结面板21与整合式胶框24,其中连结元件C1可例如为双面胶。此外,盖板23与胶体限制部243之间设有连结元件C2连结该盖板23与整合式胶框24,其中连结元件C2可例如为双面胶。在本实施例中,胶体限制部243邻近盖板23之一侧为平面,且连结元件C2之形状例如为楔形,以便于连接盖板23与整合式胶框24之胶体限制部243,亦即连结元件C2邻近胶体限制部243之一侧为平面,而邻近盖板23之一侧为斜面。
图3为本揭露实施例之整合式胶框之胶体限制部343的示意图,胶体限制部343可包含图1之胶体限制部143及/或图2之胶体限制部243的技术特征。如图3所示,胶体限制部343靠近盖板之一侧具有多个3D特征以匹配盖板之形状而能达到二者之较为紧密的连接,3D特征例如包含平面部343a、凹陷部343b及/或凸起部343c。另外,胶体限制部343可更具有至少一肋条补强结构343d,肋条补强结构343d可位于胶体限制部343之内侧或外侧,于此是以位于外侧为例。在本实施例中,肋条补强结构343d系以位于凸起部343c为例。肋条补强结构343d可增强整体的结构强度。
图4为本揭露实施例之另一肋条补强结构443d的示意图,如图4所示,肋条补强结构443d位于整合式胶框44之胶体限制部443之内侧,并因此接触光学胶45。肋条补强结构443d除了增强整体结构强度之外,光学胶45流入肋条补强结构443d中,可增加光学胶45与胶体限制部443之间的接触面积,藉此可增加光学胶45与胶体限制部443之间的连结强度,进一步增加整体的结构强度,更可降低光学胶45与胶体限制部443之间剥离的可能性。注入的光学胶45可能会产生气泡B,当产生气泡B时,气泡B会躲藏于肋条补强结构443d中,因而可避免影响显示装置的显示效果。气泡B可包含灌胶气泡及/或环侧气泡。
由以上说明可知,本揭露实施例之显示装置藉由将灌胶用框件的3D特征整合至背光模组之胶框而成为整合式胶框,因而能藉由单一胶框同时达到灌胶用框件与背光模组胶框的功能,即容置背光模组、容置面板并且与盖板连结而形成光学胶的容置空间。因此,本揭露实施例之显示装置可减少灌胶用框件之材料需求,并可减少一道灌胶用框件与液晶显示模组的接合程序。此外,本揭露实施例之整合式胶框更可应用于无前铁框之显示面板。因此,本揭露实施例之显示装置能简化制程并提升产品竞争力。
以上概述了数个实施例的特征,因此熟习此技艺者可以更了解本揭露的态样。熟习此技艺者应了解到,其可轻易地把本揭露当作基础来设计或修改其他的制程与结构,藉此实现和在此所介绍的这些实施例相同的目标及/或达到相同的优点。熟习此技艺者也应可明白,这些等效的建构并未脱离本揭露的精神与范围,并且他们可以在不脱离本揭露精神与范围的前提下做各种的改变、替换与变动。
Claims (9)
1.一种显示装置,其特征在于,该显示装置包含:
一背光模组;
一面板,设于该背光模组之上;
一盖板,设于该面板之上,其中该面板位于该盖板与该背光模组之间;
一整合式胶框,包含一第一容置部、一第二容置部及一胶体限制部,其中该第二容置部接合于该第一容置部与该胶体限制部之间,且该第一容置部、该第二容置部与该胶体限制部之组合呈一体成型结构,该第一容置部系容置该背光模组之至少一部分,该第二容置部系容置该面板,该胶体限制部系接合于该第二容置部与该盖板之间,而与该盖板及该面板共同定义出一容置空间;以及
一光学胶,设置于该容置空间内。
2.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该面板包含一显示面板、一触控显示面板、或一触控面板与一显示面板相互贴合。
3.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该盖板为一平板结构或一曲形板结构。
4.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该胶体限制部为一环形结构。
5.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该盖板邻近该胶体限制部之一侧具有一第一斜面,且该胶体限制部邻近该盖板之一侧具有一第二斜面,其中该第一斜面与该第二斜面之形状彼此匹配。
6.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该盖板与该胶体限制部之间设有一连结元件连结该盖板与该胶体限制部。
7.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该面板与该第二容置部之间设有一连结元件连结该面板与该第二容置部。
8.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该胶体限制部包含至少一肋条补强结构,该肋条补强结构位于该胶体限制部之一内侧并接触该光学胶。
9.如权利要求1所述之显示装置,其特征在于,该胶体限制部具有至少一肋条补强结构,该肋条补强结构位于该胶体限制部之一外侧。
