本发明涉及围巾技术领域,尤其是一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:(1)真丝处理:选用桑蚕丝,对桑蚕丝进行脱胶处理,去除桑蚕丝表面丝胶;(2)对于脱胶后的桑蚕丝进行牵伸,利用放卷辊和收卷辊之间的速度差对桑蚕丝进行牵伸,收卷辊的线速度比放卷辊的线速度大8‑10%;(3)将牵伸后的桑蚕丝编织呈面料,且面料克重为60‑70g/m2;(4)采用活性染料和一浴一步法浸染工艺对上述面料染色,(5)染色后的面料进行裁剪、缝边、包装即可得到抗皱型真丝围巾。本发明所得到的一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,其通过合理工艺设计,对桑蚕丝表面的丝胶进行局部脱离,能有效提升真丝的抗皱性能。

Description

一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及围巾技术领域,尤其是一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法。
背景技术
天然纤维蚕丝有着无法取代的光泽性,同时也有着非常柔和的手感,常用于较高端的纺织产品,外观风格高档富有光泽,但同时价格也较高。
但是在围巾领域进行使用时,由于围巾的特殊状态,其容易产生褶皱,尤其是结合处;但真丝围巾对抗皱的性能要求也比较高,所以需要研发一种抗皱型的真丝围巾更符合市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,其生产的真丝围巾抗皱性能高。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)真丝处理:选用桑蚕丝,对桑蚕丝进行脱胶处理,去除桑蚕丝表面丝胶,且使得丝胶的残留量保持在30-40%;
(2)对于脱胶后的桑蚕丝进行牵伸,利用放卷辊和收卷辊之间的速度差对桑蚕丝进行牵伸,收卷辊的线速度比放卷辊的线速度大8-10%;
(3)将牵伸后的桑蚕丝编织呈面料,且面料克重为60-70g/m2
(4)采用活性染料和一浴一步法浸染工艺对上述面料染色,低温入染,30℃下加入防染剂,染缸运行20min-25min后加入染料,然后分3-5次加入NaCl,每次间隔7-10min,继续运行30min-35min后分3-5次加入纯碱,每次间隔7-10min,缓慢升温至90℃,升温速度1.5℃/min-2℃/min,保温浸染40-50min,排液,再加水升温至90℃,皂洗15min,排液,完成染色过程;
(5)染色后的面料进行裁剪、缝边、包装即可得到抗皱型真丝围巾。
本发明所得到的一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,其通过合理工艺设计,对桑蚕丝表面的丝胶进行局部脱离,能有效提升真丝的抗皱性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)真丝处理:选用桑蚕丝,对桑蚕丝进行脱胶处理,去除桑蚕丝表面丝胶,且使得丝胶的残留量保持在35%;
(2)对于脱胶后的桑蚕丝进行牵伸,利用放卷辊和收卷辊之间的速度差对桑蚕丝进行牵伸,收卷辊的线速度比放卷辊的线速度大9%;
(3)将牵伸后的桑蚕丝编织呈面料,且面料克重为65g/m2
(4)采用活性染料和一浴一步法浸染工艺对上述面料染色,低温入染,30℃下加入防染剂,染缸运行23min后加入染料,然后分4次加入NaCl,每次间隔8min,继续运行32min后分4次加入纯碱,每次间隔9min,缓慢升温至90℃,升温速度1.8℃/min,保温浸染45min,排液,再加水升温至90℃,皂洗15min,排液,完成染色过程;
(5)染色后的面料进行裁剪、缝边、包装即可得到抗皱型真丝围巾。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)真丝处理:选用桑蚕丝,对桑蚕丝进行脱胶处理,去除桑蚕丝表面丝胶,且使得丝胶的残留量保持在30%;
(2)对于脱胶后的桑蚕丝进行牵伸,利用放卷辊和收卷辊之间的速度差对桑蚕丝进行牵伸,收卷辊的线速度比放卷辊的线速度大8%;

(4)采用活性染料和一浴一步法浸染工艺对上述面料染色,低温入染,30℃下加入防染剂,染缸运行20min后加入染料,然后分5次加入NaCl,每次间隔7min,继续运行30min后分3次加入纯碱,每次间隔10min,缓慢升温至90℃,升温速度1.5℃/min,保温浸染40min,排液,再加水升温至90℃,皂洗15min,排液,完成染色过程;
(5)染色后的面料进行裁剪、缝边、包装即可得到抗皱型真丝围巾。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)真丝处理:选用桑蚕丝,对桑蚕丝进行脱胶处理,去除桑蚕丝表面丝胶,且使得丝胶的残留量保持在40%;
(2)对于脱胶后的桑蚕丝进行牵伸,利用放卷辊和收卷辊之间的速度差对桑蚕丝进行牵伸,收卷辊的线速度比放卷辊的线速度大10%;
(3)将牵伸后的桑蚕丝编织呈面料,且面料克重为60g/m2
(4)采用活性染料和一浴一步法浸染工艺对上述面料染色,低温入染,30℃下加入防染剂,染缸运行25min后加入染料,然后分3次加入NaCl,每次间隔10min,继续运行35min后分5次加入纯碱,每次间隔7min,缓慢升温至90℃,升温速度2℃/min,保温浸染50min,排液,再加水升温至90℃,皂洗15min,排液,完成染色过程;
(5)染色后的面料进行裁剪、缝边、包装即可得到抗皱型真丝围巾。

1.一种抗皱型真丝围巾的制备方法,其特征是:具体包括如下步骤:
(1)真丝处理:选用桑蚕丝,对桑蚕丝进行脱胶处理,去除桑蚕丝表面丝胶,且使得丝胶的残留量保持在30-40%;
(2)对于脱胶后的桑蚕丝进行牵伸,利用放卷辊和收卷辊之间的速度差对桑蚕丝进行牵伸,收卷辊的线速度比放卷辊的线速度大8-10%;
(3)将牵伸后的桑蚕丝编织呈面料,且面料克重为60-70g/m2
