Background
The annual clearing volume of domestic kitchen and household garbage in cities in China is about 1.4 hundred million tons, and more than 70 percent of the domestic kitchen and household garbage are transported to a landfill for disposal except for small part of incineration, composting or recycling. Kitchen and household garbage recycling stations are mostly built around living areas, and because organic matters in the kitchen and household garbage recycling stations are decomposed, odor pollution is inevitably generated, and the living environment of residents is influenced. In addition, in the processes of storing, loading and unloading the household garbage and the kitchen garbage, tiling, compacting and the like in a landfill, the external release of malodorous gas cannot be avoided, and the influence on the surrounding human environment can be avoided. Mainly comprises sulfur-containing compounds, nitrogen-containing compounds, halogens and derivatives, hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and oxygen-containing organic matters. The odor can seriously harm the health of residents and can generate secondary pollution.
