Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型乳化防锈油,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:无钡磺酸盐5~20%;N‑油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐0.5~5%;羊毛脂镁皂2~10%;三乙醇胺油酸皂2~10%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5~5%;三乙醇胺0.5~5%;余量为基础油。本发明提供的环保型乳化防锈油,采用不含钡、铅等重金属的油溶性防锈剂,对环境友好;通过将无钡磺酸盐、N‑油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐、羊毛脂镁皂等油溶性防锈剂与三乙醇胺油酸皂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺、基础油进行复配,能够有效提高乳化防锈油的防锈性能,特别是抗盐雾腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈油技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型乳化防锈油。
背景技术
为了减少和避免因锈蚀引起的损失,防锈油是金属加工领域目前最常见的防护方法。一方面,市场上的防锈油大多使用油溶性钡盐作为高效防锈剂,其在自然环境中会分解生成有毒的水溶性钡盐,对人体健康和环境都存在严重的危害;另一方面,挥发性溶剂作为稀释剂的使用,会产生大量的有机挥发物(VOC),污染环境并有害于人体健康。因此,以水来代替大量石油溶剂的乳化防锈油有着广泛的应用前景。但是,乳化防锈油通常存在着防锈性能,尤其是抗盐雾腐蚀性能不足的问题。
中国专利CN 105112132A公开了由石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸钠、聚马来酸酐、三乙醇胺、苯三氮唑、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、山梨糖醇单油酸酯、环烷基础油和水组成的乳化防锈油,具有优异的防锈性能和乳化性能。
因此,亟需一种具有环保性能且抗盐雾腐蚀性能良好的乳化防锈油。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题,提出一种环保型乳化防锈油。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

进一步地,在所述的环保型乳化防锈油中,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的脂肪醇基团中碳原子数为12~14。
进一步地,在所述的环保型乳化防锈油中,所述基础油为石蜡基基础油或环烷基基础油中的任意一种或多种的组合。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明的环保型乳化防锈油,采用不含钡、铅等重金属的油溶性防锈剂,对环境友好;通过将无钡磺酸盐、N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐、羊毛脂镁皂等油溶性防锈剂与三乙醇胺油酸皂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、三乙醇胺、基础油进行复配,能够有效提高乳化防锈油的防锈性能,特别是抗盐雾腐蚀性能。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种环保型乳化防锈油,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:石油磺酸钙8%;N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐1%;羊毛脂镁皂3%;三乙醇胺油酸皂5%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%;三乙醇胺1%;余量为石蜡基基础油。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种环保型乳化防锈油,按质量百分比计,包括以下组分:石油磺酸钙20%;N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐2%;羊毛脂镁皂8%;三乙醇胺油酸皂9%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%;三乙醇胺2%;余量为石蜡基基础油。

将实施例1~7制备的环保型乳化防锈油与水按照质量比1:9的比例进行稀释,然后按照ASTM B117测试标准分别进行盐雾试验,检测结果如表1所示:
