本发明涉及一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层及其制备方法,具有基材层和保护膜层,所述基材层和保护膜层之间设有发泡涂层,所述发泡涂层包括以下组分:热可塑性橡胶、发粘树脂和发泡剂。本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料制备的环保型的止滑条形发泡涂层,因使用的热可塑性橡胶具有较强的耐磨性强、耐老化、抗张强度强等优异的性能,从而可大大延长止滑发泡涂层的使用寿命;经发泡过程,泡沫破裂会在涂层胶体表面形成一个个细小的空腔,这些空腔在外力挤压过程会向吸盘一样产出一定的真空吸力。在压敏性和真空吸力的共同作用下,使得本发明产品更具吸附性和止滑性。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子涂层技术应用领域,尤其涉及一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的止滑发泡涂层主要使用丙烯酸乳液等主要原料制成,将其涂敷于基材表面后制得的各类止滑产品因胶层耐磨性、抗老化性较差,不耐油不耐水以及弹性较差等性能缺陷,致使产品止滑性能差,使用寿命不长,长期使用易出现变形,位移等附着不牢的现象。并且该类产品耐热性较差,如使用在装有地暖等加热装置的地面,较高的温度会使止滑层软化,大大降低产品的止滑性能,因此只能贴附于如大理石、玻璃、地板等常温的物体表面。在长期使用后,该类产品中的乳化剂会慢慢地迁移至被粘物体表面,如果不使用接取和剥离时,会在被粘物体表面留有痕迹或涂层反粘的现象。
另外,使用丙烯酸乳液为主要原料制成的止滑发泡涂层制备过程工序较多,需先在基材表面涂敷止滑发泡胶层,随后进入高温烘箱烘干定型,烘干过程会消耗大量的热能及电能,能耗较高,且烘干过程会产生大量的有机废气,对环境造成一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,具有基材层和保护膜层,所述基材层和保护膜层之间设有发泡涂层,所述发泡涂层包括以下组分:热可塑性橡胶、发粘树脂和发泡剂。
上述技术方案所述热可塑性橡胶、发粘树脂和发泡剂的质量比为1:(0.5~3):(0.01~0.3)。
上述技术方案所述热可塑性橡胶为SEBS、SIS、TPR、TPU和TPE中的一种。
上述技术方案所述发粘树脂为C4石油树脂、C9石油树脂、DCPD树脂、松香类树脂及其衍生物、萜烯类树脂中的一种。
上述技术方案所述发泡剂为化学发泡剂和微胶囊物理发泡剂中的一种或多种。
上述技术方案所述基材层为无纺布、地毯布、法兰绒和PVC卷材中的一种。
上述技术方案所述保护膜层为离型膜。

一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层的制备方法,具有以下具体步骤:
步骤一,按比例称取热可塑性橡胶、发粘树脂和发泡剂,放入搅拌机混合得到预混合料;
步骤二,将预混合料送入螺杆挤出机,在150℃加热、溶解、发泡后经过螺杆挤出机挤出成品料;
步骤三,将成品料置于涂层机,由涂层机刮涂到基材层,再覆上保护膜层。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料制备的环保型的止滑条形发泡涂层,因使用的热可塑性橡胶具有较强的耐磨性强、耐老化、抗张强度强等优异的性能,从而可大大延长止滑发泡涂层的使用寿命;
(2)本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料制备环保型的止滑条形发泡涂层具有压敏性,且经发泡过程,泡沫破裂会在涂层胶体表面形成一个个细小的空腔,这些空腔在外力挤压过程会向吸盘一样产出一定的真空吸力。在压敏性和真空吸力的共同作用下,使得本发明产品更具吸附性和止滑性;
(3)本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料混合发泡挤出后经涂层机刮涂后制得一定厚度一定宽度的条形胶条,因条形胶条厚度较高,可避免受力基材直接与被粘物体表面接触而产生滑动,在使用过程中产品受到的外力可完全传递到胶条上,使得产品附着更稳定;
(4)本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料制备环保型的止滑条形发泡涂层中不含任何乳化剂,所以不会出现产品在剥离或接取时出现析出的问题,且热可塑性橡胶比以往的材料韧性、耐老化性能更强,所以不会出现产品在剥离或接取时因胶体撕裂而产生反粘现象;
(5)本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料混合热熔后经螺杆机挤出后采用条形的刮涂方式,形成条形涂层胶条,取代以往整平面涂胶的生产工艺,大大降低了胶材的使用量,节约生产成本;
(6)本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料制备环保型的止滑条形发泡涂层在制备过程从原料混合到挤出涂敷为一次成型的过程,无需烘干,大大降低了生产耗能,整个制备过程也不会产生大量的有机废气,所制得的产品是更环保,更节能的环境友好型产品;
(7)本发明采用热可塑性橡胶与发粘树脂、发泡剂等材料制备环保型的止滑条形发泡涂层,因热可塑性橡胶具有较好的耐热性,最高使用温度一般可高达149℃左右,使得本新型止滑发泡涂层更具耐热性,可以正常使用在加热物体的表面而不影响涂层的止滑性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,具有基材层和保护膜层,其特征在于,所述基材层和保护膜层之间设有发泡涂层,所述发泡涂层包括以下组分:热可塑性橡胶、发粘树脂和发泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述热可塑性橡胶、发粘树脂和发泡剂的质量比为1:(0.5~3):(0.01~0.3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述热可塑性橡胶为SEBS、SIS、TPR、TPU和TPE中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述发粘树脂为C4石油树脂、C9石油树脂、DCPD树脂、松香类树脂及其衍生物、萜烯类树脂中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为化学发泡剂和微胶囊物理发泡剂中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述基材层为无纺布、地毯布、法兰绒和PVC卷材中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述保护膜层为离型膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述发泡涂层为长条形、层面形、波纹形、点形中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层,其特征在于:所述发泡涂层的厚度为1~50mm,宽度为1~20mm。
10.一种环保型止滑条形发泡涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,具有以下具体步骤:
步骤一,按比例称取热可塑性橡胶、发粘树脂和发泡剂,放入搅拌机混合得到预混合料;
步骤二,将预混合料送入螺杆挤出机,在150℃加热、溶解、发泡后经过螺杆挤出机挤出成品料;
步骤三,将成品料置于涂层机,由涂层机刮涂到基材层,再覆上保护膜层。
