Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The carousel magazine according to embodiments of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a carousel storage bin according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the motor comprises a frame 100, a rotating shaft 200, a tray 300, a dial 400, a connecting rod 500, a first linear motor 600 and a second linear motor 700.
Specifically, the rotation shaft 200 is vertically and rotatably provided on the frame 100.
The charging tray 300 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 200 and synchronously rotates with the rotating shaft 200, a plurality of discharging stations are arranged on the charging tray 300, and the discharging stations are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the charging tray 300 at intervals.
Advantageously, each said drop out station comprises: a tray 311, and a plurality of guide bars 312.
The tray 311 is provided on the tray 300, and the tray 300 has a through hole 301 located below the tray 311.
A plurality of guide bars 312 are arranged at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the tray 311, and the lower end of each guide bar 312 passes through the tray 311 and is fixed to the tray 300, so that the tray 311 moves up and down along a track defined by the plurality of guide bars 312. Advantageously, each of the emptying stations further comprises a plurality of fixing blocks 313 corresponding to the plurality of guide rods 312 one by one, the plurality of fixing blocks 313 are fixedly arranged on the tray 300 and are all positioned below the tray 311, and the lower end of each guide rod 312 is fixed with the corresponding fixing block 313. Advantageously, each fixing block 313 is connected to the tray 300 by means of a bolt (not shown).
The dial 400 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 200 and rotates synchronously with the rotating shaft 200, the dial 400 is positioned below the tray 300, and the dial 400 is provided with a plurality of through holes 401 corresponding to the plurality of discharging stations one by one.
The connecting rod 500 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 200 and is located below the dial 400.
The first linear motor 600 is provided on the connection rod 500 and the free end of the output shaft 610 of the first linear motor 600 is fitted with one of the plurality of through holes 401.
The second linear motor 700 is provided on the frame 100 and the free end of the output shaft 710 of the second linear motor 700 is pivotably connected to the connecting rod 500.
When the turntable bin provided by the embodiment of the invention works, disc-shaped workpieces are placed on the discharging stations, and because each discharging station is provided with a plurality of guide rods 312, each discharging station can be overlapped with a plurality of disc-shaped workpieces, so that the capacity of the turntable bin provided by the embodiment of the invention is increased. The processing robot can grab the workpiece at one of the emptying stations, and after the grabbing at one of the emptying stations is completed, as shown in fig. 2, the output shaft 610 of the first linear motor 600 is in a retracted state and is disengaged from the corresponding through hole 401 on the dial 400, and the output shaft 710 of the second linear motor 700 is in an extended state. The output shaft 610 of the first linear motor 600 is extended out and inserted into the corresponding through hole 401 of the dial 400, and then the output shaft 710 of the second linear motor 700 is retracted, so that the dial 400 is driven to rotate by a predetermined angle, and the tray 300 is driven to rotate by a predetermined angle, as shown in fig. 3, so that the processing machine can conveniently grasp and take off a workpiece on the next discharge station. At this time, the emptying station which has already gripped the workpiece may be supplemented with the workpiece.
When the tray rotates by a predetermined angle, the output shaft 610 of the first linear motor 600 is retracted and disengaged from the corresponding through hole 401 of the dial 400, and then the output shaft 710 of the second linear motor 700 is extended, so that the first linear motor 600, the second linear motor 700 and the connecting rod 500 return to the state shown in fig. 2.
In terms of distance, the number of the emptying stations is 10, and the angle of each rotation is 36 degrees. For a robot that grips a workpiece, it is possible to lower the thickness of one workpiece to be processed at a time to grip the next workpiece. The workpiece can also be grasped in a fixed position, and a lifting device is added to lift the tray one workpiece thickness at a time through the through hole 401 below the tray. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
