Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, the pushing handle 7 is pushed, the device body 1 is moved to a proper position through the moving wheel 2, then the brake pad 9 is opened to be locked, then a worker operates the direction rod 10, the rotating shaft 11, the height rod 12 and the angle adjusting device 13 through the switch 5 and the rocker 6 respectively to reach different positions and angles, simultaneously the maintenance head 18 and the ultrasonic detector 14 face different positions respectively, after the adjustment is completed, the ultrasonic detector 14 is started to emit ultrasonic waves for detection, meanwhile, the detection condition is displayed through the display screen 4, in the using process, the sundry angle in the electromechanical device influences the detection or the maintenance, the dust suction pipe 205 is pulled and bent to be inserted into the proper position, then the movable handle 266 is grasped, the cleaning brush 265 is contacted with the position to be cleaned, and then the cleaning motor 263 and the fan 203 are started respectively, so can drive cleaning disk 264 and cleaning brush 265 rotatory, and the debris of clearance electromechanical device, the debris of whereabouts simultaneously passes through the suction of fan 203, pass dust absorption pipe 205 and dust absorption head 204 and get into in collection box 201, then intercept through filter screen 202, and store in collection box 201, when the clearance, when needing to increase the clearance effect, start water pump 23 and can make the water in the storage water tank 21 pass suction pipe 24, adjust pipe 257 and suction pipe 24 and spray to rotatory cleaning brush 265 from sprinkler bead 255, the effect when can increasing the clearance like this, after accomplishing the clearance, take out sealed lid 207, and place protection box 261 and cleaning disk 264 in placing box 196 and in the section of thick bamboo 206, later can carry out the work that drives maintenance head 18 and maintain.

1. An intelligent maintenance device for assembled electromechanical equipment is characterized by comprising a device main body (1), a movable wheel (2), a PLC (3), a display screen (4), a switch (5), a rocker (6), a pushing handle (7), a storage cabinet (8), a brake pad (9), a direction rod (10), a rotating shaft (11), a height rod (12), an angle adjusting device (13), an ultrasonic detector (14), a maintenance base (15), an electric wire (16), a disassembling device (17), a maintenance head (18), a placing box frame structure (19), a detachable dust suction box structure (20), a water storage tank (21), a water inlet head (22), a water pump (23), a water suction pipe frame (24), a water spraying adjusting structure (25) and a cleaning box structure (26), wherein the movable wheel (2) is welded around the lower surface of the device main body (1), a brake pad (9) is arranged on the inner side of the movable wheel (2) through a bolt; the PLC (3) is installed on the right side of the upper surface of the device main body (1) through a bolt; the display screen (4) is embedded in the left side of the upper surface of the PLC (3); the switch (5) and the rocker (6) are respectively embedded in the front part and the rear part of the right side of the upper surface of the PLC (3); the push handle (7) is welded on the upper part of the right end of the device main body (1); the storage cabinet (8) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the device main body (1) through bolts; one end of the direction rod (10) is installed on the left side of the upper part of the device main body (1) through a bolt, and the other end of the direction rod is connected with the rotating shaft (11) through a shaft; one end of the height rod (12) is embedded at the upper end of the rotating shaft (11), and the other end of the height rod is connected with the angle adjusting device (13) through a bolt; the ultrasonic detector (14) is mounted on the rear part of the left surface of the maintenance base (15) through a bolt; the maintenance base (15) is arranged at the left end of the angle adjusting device (13) through a bolt; one end of the wire (16) is connected with the maintenance head (18), and the other end of the wire is connected with the PLC (3); the disassembling device (17) is arranged at the left end of the maintenance base (15) through a bolt; the maintenance head (18) is mounted on the left side of the disassembling device (17) through a bolt; the box placing frame structure (19) is arranged at the left end of the device main body (1); the detachable dust collection box structure (20) is arranged on the left side of the upper part of the box placing frame structure (19); the water storage tank (21) is embedded at the right side of the upper surface of the box frame structure (19); the water inlet head (22) is integrally arranged on the right side of the upper surface of the water storage tank (21); the water pump (23) is mounted in the middle of the upper surface of the water storage tank (21) through bolts; one end of the water suction pipe (24) is connected with a flange of the water pump (23), and the other end is inserted into the water storage tank (21); the adjusting water spraying pipe frame structure (25) is arranged at the lower part of the cleaning box structure (26), and the lower end of the adjusting water spraying pipe frame structure (25) is connected with the water pump (23); the cleaning box structure (26) comprises a protection box (261), cooling fins (262), a cleaning motor (263), a cleaning disc (264), a cleaning brush (265) and a movable handle (266), wherein the cooling fins (262) are respectively embedded on the upper side and the lower side inside the protection box (261); the cleaning brush (265) is embedded on the left surface of the cleaning disc (264).

The intelligent maintenance device for the assembled electromechanical device according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable water spraying pipe frame structure (25) comprises a positioning rod (251), a first connector (252), a second connector (253), a sleeve pipe (254), a water spraying head (255), a protective cover (256), an adjustable pipe (257) and a third connector (258), wherein the first connector (252) is connected to the lower end of the second connector (253) in a flange manner; the sleeve joint pipe (254) is embedded at the upper end of the second connector (253); the water spray heads (255) are respectively in threaded connection with the front part and the rear part of the inner wall of the sleeve pipe (254); the protective covers (256) are respectively in threaded connection with the front part and the rear part of the upper end of the sleeve pipe (254); the adjusting pipe (257) is embedded at the lower end of the first connector (252) and the upper end of the third connector (258); and the third connector (258) is connected to the upper end of the water pump (23) in a flange mode.

The intelligent maintenance device for the assembled electromechanical device according to claim 1, wherein the detachable dust collection box structure (20) comprises a collection box (201), a filter screen (202), a fan (203), a dust collection head (204), a dust collection pipe (205), a plug-in cylinder (206), a sealing cover (207), a encryption column (208) and a moving block (209), wherein the dust collection head (204) is integrally arranged at the upper left part of the collection box (201); the plug-in cylinder (206) is integrally arranged at the left side of the upper side in the collecting box (201); the sealing cover (207) is placed at the upper end of the plug-in cylinder (206); the encryption column (208) is integrally arranged at the lower end of the sealing cover (207) and is inserted into the insertion cylinder (206); the moving block (209) is welded at the middle part of the upper end of the sealing cover (207).

The intelligent maintenance device for the assembled electromechanical device according to claim 1, wherein the placement box frame structure (19) comprises a bottom plate (191), an auxiliary wheel (192), a baffle plate (193), a support rod (194), a reinforcing plate (195) and a placement box (196), the bottom plate (191) is welded to the lower left portion of the device body (1); the auxiliary wheels (192) are respectively installed at the front part and the rear part on the left side of the lower surface of the bottom plate (191) through bolts; the support rod (194) is welded at the middle part of the left side of the upper surface of the baffle plate (193).
5. The intelligent maintenance device for the assembled electromechanical device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning brush (265) on the left surface of the cleaning disc (264) is a nylon brush, and the length of the cleaning brush (265) is set to be five centimeters to seven centimeters.
6. The intelligent maintenance device for the assembled electromechanical device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cleaning disk (264) is embedded on an output shaft of the cleaning motor (263), and the cleaning motor (263) is installed inside the protection box (261) by bolts.
