Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: fixing the parts inside the placing clamp 7, driving the driving motor 13 to drive the rotating vertical pipe 9 and the spraying assembly pipe 10 to rotate in cooperation with the bevel gear 14, driving the conveying water pump 16 to drive the water source to inject water into the rotating vertical pipe 9 and the spraying assembly pipe 10 in cooperation with the pipeline connected with the water source, so as to spray the parts from the spraying head 11 for washing, sliding the sliding block 122 in the sliding box 121 through the pulling force of the tension spring 123 during washing, so that the cleaning brush 127 on the rotating shaft 126 is in contact with the parts, so that the cleaning brush 127 performs cleaning work on the parts in the rotating process of the spraying assembly pipe 10, collecting sewage through the wastewater collecting hopper 2 during cleaning, conveying the sewage through the wastewater conveying pipe 3 to the sewage collecting box 5 for collecting, after cleaning, taking down the parts and placing the parts on the placing table 173, then rotating the manual head 176 to drive the clamping protection plate 174 to fix the parts in cooperation with the bidirectional screw rod 175, finally, the movable conveying support hose 1873 is matched with the water absorbing sponge 1876 to be contacted with parts, after the work before use is completed, the water throwing motor 172 is driven to drive the parts on the placing table 173 to rotate and throw water, the water is thrown and the water absorbing sponge 1876 is matched to perform preliminary cleaning, then the dry burning heating pipe 185 and the air intake fan 186 are driven again to generate hot air and blow the hot air from the three-way joint 1872, the conveying support hose 1873 and the mounting box 1875 are sprayed out and blown to the parts for drying, and sewage is collected into the sewage collecting box 5 through the wastewater collecting hopper 2 and the sewage conveying pipe 3 again in the water throwing process, so that the work can be completed and the sewage can be used.

The cleaning device for processing the aviation parts and convenient for collecting the wastewater is characterized by comprising a supporting platform (1), a wastewater collecting hopper (2), a wastewater conveying pipe (3), a wastewater protective cover (4), a wastewater collecting box (5), a stainless steel filter screen (6), a placing clamp (7), a rack (8), a rotary vertical pipe (9), a spraying assembly pipe (10), a spraying head (11), a movable cleaning barrel structure (12), a driving motor (13), a bevel gear (14), a rotary joint (15), a conveying water pump (16), a rotary water throwing platform structure (17), a protective drying box structure (18), a controller (19) and a driving switch (20), wherein the wastewater collecting hopper (2) is welded at the left end and the right end inside the supporting platform (1); the sewage conveying pipes (3) are respectively embedded at the left side and the right side above the inner part of the sewage protective cover (4), and the upper ends of the sewage conveying pipes (3) are in threaded connection with the lower end of the wastewater collecting hopper (2); the upper part of the sewage collecting box (5) is sleeved with a sewage protective cover (4); the stainless steel filter screen (6) is arranged in the middle of the interior of the sewage collection box (5) through bolts; the placing clamp (7) is mounted in the middle of the upper part of the inner wall of the wastewater collecting hopper (2) through bolts, and the placing clamp (7) is arranged on the left side of the supporting platform (1); the frame (8) is respectively installed on the left side and the middle left side of the upper end of the supporting platform (1) through bolts; the rotary vertical pipe (9) is arranged at the middle part above the inner part of the rack (8) through a bearing; the spraying assembly pipe (10) is welded at the lower end of the rotary vertical pipe (9); the spraying head (11) is in threaded connection with the lower part of the inner side of the spraying assembly pipe (10); said movable cleaning cartridge structure (12); the driving motor (13) is mounted on the right side of the upper end of the rack (8) through a bolt; the bevel gear (14) is respectively connected to the output shaft of the driving motor (13) and the upper part of the outer wall of the rotary vertical pipe (9) in a key way; one end of the rotary joint (15) is in threaded connection with the rotary vertical pipe (9), and the other end of the rotary joint is in threaded connection with the right end of the conveying water pump (16) through a pipeline; the conveying water pump (16) is mounted on the left side of the upper end of the rack (8) through bolts; the rotary water throwing platform structure (17) and the protective drying box structure (18) are respectively arranged inside the wastewater collecting hopper (2); the controller (19) is arranged at the front part of the right side of the upper end of the supporting platform (1) through bolts; the driving switch (20) is electrically connected to the front end of the controller (19); the protective drying box structure (18) comprises a protective box (181), a sealed observation door (182), a magnet block (183), a heating box (184), a dry combustion heating pipe (185), an air inlet fan (186) and an air outlet adjusting pipe structure (187), wherein the sealed observation door (182) is mounted on the left hinge at the front end of the protective box (181); the magnet block (183) is respectively embedded in the front part of the right side of the sealed observation door (182) and the right side of the front end of the protection box (181); the heating box (184) is mounted in the middle of the upper end of the protection box (181) through bolts, and the dry-burning heating pipe (185) is mounted on the lower side of the inside of the heating box (184) through bolts; the air inlet fan (186) is arranged at the right upper part of the heating box (184) by bolts; the air outlet adjusting pipe structure (187) is arranged at the lower end of the heating box (184).

The aviation component processing and cleaning device convenient for collecting wastewater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outlet air regulating pipe structure (187) comprises a dismounting cylinder (1871), a three-way joint (1872), a conveying support hose (1873), an installation head (1874), an installation box (1875) and a water absorption sponge (1876), and the lower end of the dismounting cylinder (1871) is connected with the three-way joint (1872) in a threaded manner; the conveying support hoses (1873) are respectively embedded at the left side and the right side of the lower end of the three-way joint (1872); the mounting head (1874) is welded in the middle part above the inside of the mounting box (1875), and a conveying support hose (1873) is embedded in the upper end of the mounting head (1874); the water absorption sponges (1876) are respectively embedded at the left side and the right side inside the mounting box (1875).

The aviation component processing cleaning device convenient for collecting wastewater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary water throwing platform structure (17) comprises a support mounting frame (171), a water throwing motor (172), a placing platform (173), a clamping protection plate (174), a bidirectional screw rod (175) and a manual head (176), the water throwing motor (172) is mounted on a lower bolt inside the support mounting frame (171), and an output shaft of the water throwing motor (172) is bolted with the middle part of the lower end of the placing platform (173); the clamping protection plates (174) are inserted into the left side and the right side of the inner part of the placing table (173); the bidirectional screw rod (175) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the placing table (173) through a bearing, and clamping protection plates (174) are connected to the left side and the right side of the bidirectional screw rod (175) in a threaded mode; the manual head (176) is mounted at the right end of the bidirectional screw rod (175) through a bolt.

The aviation component processing cleaning device convenient for collecting wastewater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable cleaning barrel structure (12) comprises a sliding box (121), a sliding block (122), a tension spring (123), a limiting plate (124), an assembling block (125), a rotating shaft (126) and a cleaning brush (127), wherein the sliding block (122) is inserted into the front side and the rear side of the inside of the sliding box (121); the front end and the rear end of the tension spring (123) are provided with sliding blocks (122) through bolts; the limiting plates (124) are respectively installed at the front end and the rear end of the sliding box (121) through bolts; the assembling block (125) is installed at the lower end of the sliding block (122) through a bolt; the rotating shaft (126) is arranged at the lower end of the assembling block (125) through a bearing; the cleaning brush (127) is embedded on the outer wall of the rotating shaft (126).

The cleaning device for processing aviation components and parts convenient for collecting wastewater as claimed in claim 1, wherein four corners of the lower end of the protection box (181) are respectively mounted on the periphery of the upper end of the wastewater collecting hopper (2) by bolts, the protection box (181) is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the supporting platform (1), an opening is arranged at the front end of the protection box (181), the front end of the protection box (181) is sealed by a sealing observation door (182), the sealing observation door (182) is a PVC transparent plastic door, and two magnet blocks (183) are arranged and respectively fixed on the sealing observation door (182) and the protection box (181).
