Abstract

本发明涉及一种多层式弹性透气材料结构,包含弹性布及弹性薄膜,其中弹性布是由聚乳酸构成,具有贯穿的多个透气孔,且具纬向延伸率,而弹性薄膜是由热塑性弹性体材料构成,也具有贯穿的多个透气孔,且弹性薄膜的上表面是完全贴合或部分贴合到弹性布的下表面。尤其是,弹性薄膜的透气性为每平方公分17~25cc/sec,而多层式弹性透气材料结构的透气性是每平方公分7~10cc/sec。本发明具有纬向延伸及透气性的优点,适合应用于贴身衣物或尿布,改善舒适感,避免闷热、潮湿。

多层式弹性透气材料结构
技术领域
本发明有关于一种多层式弹性透气材料结构,尤其是利用具纬向延伸率的至少一聚乳酸弹性布贴合至少一弹性薄膜,达到高透气性且在纬向具强力回弹性的特点。
背景技术
一般的卫生用品在考虑到卫生及使用安全时,通常会采用一次性或可弃式的使用方式,避免遭受病菌或有害物质的污染,比如口罩、免洗衣裤、婴幼儿尿布或成人尿布。这类产品因为会与皮肤接触一段时间,所以对透气性的要求较为严格,防止因闷热或闷湿所导致的不适感或皮肤过敏、发痒,甚至出疹。
由于来自塑化材料的不织布具有容易制造、加工、抗化性佳、耐用及成本低廉的优点,已被广泛应用于许多卫生用品。但是不织布的延伸性较差,对于需要穿戴的应用,比如尿布,会造成使用上的不便,因此,业者已开发出能改善延伸性的不织布,可称作弹性不织布。
在现有技术中,一般是对不织布施以单向拉力,再破坏纤维结构,并在释放原有施力之后,自然回复收缩而形成单向弹性延伸的弹性不织布。
此外,业者还进一步推出多层的复合结构以加强弹性回复力功效,通常是在上、下层的弹性不织布中包夹弹性薄膜,藉以提供类似松紧带的功能,方便穿戴。然而,现有技术的缺点在于弹性薄膜本身的透气性差,会导致整体的透气性大幅降低,不利于皮肤的接触感受。
因此,非常需要一种创新的多层式弹性透气材料结构,利用具纬向延伸率的聚乳酸弹性布贴合弹性薄膜,达到高透气性,同具有在纬向上的强力回弹性,适合制作贴身衣物或尿布,藉以解决上述现有技术的所有问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种多层式弹性透气材料结构,包括弹性布及弹性薄膜,其中弹性布是由聚乳酸构成,具有贯穿的多个透气孔,且纬向上具有150%至400%的延伸率,而弹性薄膜是由热塑性弹性体材料构成,比如TPE-E/S/A、TPO、TPV或TPU,并具有贯穿的多个透气孔,且弹性薄膜的上表面是完全贴合或部分贴合到弹性布的下表面,尤其,弹性薄膜的透气性为每平方公分17~25cc/sec,且多层式弹性透气材料结构的透气性是每平方公分7~10cc/sec。此外,弹性薄膜的透气孔是对齐或不对齐弹性布的透气孔。
由于弹性布只在纬向具有可拉伸的回弹性,在经向是不具可拉伸的回弹性,再加上弹性薄膜可直接或间接贴合弹性布,因而额外赋予弹性布更大的纬向回复性,所以整体的多层式弹性透气材料结构在纬向具有很强的弹性拉伸回复力。另外,加上弹性布、弹性薄膜具有适当的透气性的优点,很适合应用于贴身衣物或尿布的领域,改善舒适感,避免闷热、潮湿而长疹子或发痒。

参考图1,本发明第一实施例多层式弹性透气材料结构的示意图。如图1所示,本发明第一实施例的多层式弹性透气材料结构包括弹性布10及弹性薄膜20,且弹性薄膜20的上表面是完全贴合或部分贴合到弹性布10的下表面,形成双层堆栈结构。上述的部分贴合可有多种的实施方式,用以达成矩阵排列的局部性点状贴合、格状贴合、条状贴合,等等,而图1是显示部分贴合的示范性实例。
具体而言,弹性布10是由聚乳酸(poly lactic acid,PLA)构成,可为不织布,并具有多个透气孔12,是贯穿弹性布10的上表面及下表面,尤其是,弹性布10在纬向上具有一延伸率,其中延伸率较佳的为150%至400%的间。
上述的弹性薄膜20是由热塑性弹性体材料构成,比如热塑性聚酯(Thermoplasticpolyester,TPE-E)、热塑性聚苯乙烯嵌段(Thermoplastic polystyrenic block,TPE-S)、热塑性聚胺(Thermoplastic polyamide,TPE-A)、热塑性聚烯烃(Thermoplasticpolyolefin,TPO)、热塑性硫化橡胶(Thermoplastic vulcanizate,TPV)或热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane,TPU),而且具有多个透气孔22,是贯穿弹性薄膜20的上表面及下表面。特别的是,弹性薄膜20的透气性为每平方公分17~25cc/sec。
此外,弹性薄膜20的所述透气孔22可对齐或不对齐弹性布10的所述透气孔12,而且整个多层式弹性透气材料结构的透气性是特别设计成每平方公分7~10cc/sec。
再者,弹性薄膜20的上表面及弹性布10的下表面可藉超音波融接或热压融接而直接贴合成双层结构,或者,也可在弹性薄膜20及弹性布10的间利用涂布额外的黏合胶料(图中未显示)而贴合,其中黏合胶料可为苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯(SIS)或苯乙烯/乙-丁烯/苯乙烯(SEBS)。另一方式是直接将黏合胶料挤出到弹性布10而形成弹性薄膜20,可同时达到贴合的目的。
更加具体而言,在弹性薄膜20是部分贴合到弹性布10时,并经纬向拉伸后,会因弹性布10的永久变形率大于弹性薄膜20,造成回缩后未经超音波熔接的部分,会形成波浪状表面隆起(如图中所示),可大幅增加表面积,扩大应用领域,同时也可提升棉质手感与因布面蓬松产生的厚实感。
接着参考图2,本发明第二实施例多层式弹性透气材料结构的示意图,类似于第一实施例,其主要差异在于额外包括另一弹性布30,也是由聚乳酸构成,并具有贯穿的多个透气孔32,且另一弹性布30的上表面是完全贴合或部分贴合到弹性薄膜20的下表面。再者,另一弹性布30的透气孔32是对齐或不对齐弹性薄膜20的透气孔22,亦即,是在第一实施例的弹性薄膜20底下。
图3是本发明第三实施例多层式弹性透气材料结构的示意图,是包含弹性布10、弹性薄膜20、另一弹性布30以及另一弹性薄膜40的四层结构,其中另一弹性薄膜40也是由热塑性弹性体材料构成,而且弹性布10、弹性薄膜20、另一弹性薄膜40以及另一弹性布30是依序由上而下堆栈而成。此外,各层之间未完全贴合。同样的,另一弹性薄膜40具有贯穿的多个透气孔42,可对齐或对齐于所述透气孔22、透气孔32,而要注意的是,图中是显示透气孔12、透气孔22、透气孔42、透气孔32为相互对齐的实例。
上述的透气孔12、透气孔22、透气孔32、透气孔42可利用针扎、针刺方式(NeedlePunching)而达成,比如经过针轮,因针轮上的针头具高温,可达到刺穿目的而形成圆状环孔的透气孔,并可藉改变孔径或排列密度而调整出最佳的透气率。此外,也可利用热压打孔实现,先将整个多层式弹性透气材料结构经过一组具公母纹路的上下压轮的滚压,在透过高温以达到穿孔效果,之后,经过一组光面压轮而将表面压平。或者,在弹性薄膜在未与弹性布贴合之前,先加工成具有孔洞的网状膜,之后再贴合到弹性布,同样可改善透气性。
综上所述,本发明的特点是在于弹性布本身只在纬向具有可拉伸的回弹性,而在经向不具可拉伸的回弹性,并且弹性薄膜可直接或间接贴合弹性布,额外赋予弹性布更大的纬向回复性,得到在纬向具有弹性拉伸的多层式弹性透气材料结构,尤其是,弹性布、弹性薄膜具有适当的透气性,因此,很适合应用于贴身衣物、尿布、卫生用品的领域,改善舒适感,避免闷热、潮湿而长疹子或发痒。
以上所述仅为用以解释本发明的较佳实施例,并非企图据以对本发明做任何形式上的限制,因此,凡有在相同的发明精神下所作有关本发明的任何修饰或变更,皆仍应包括在本发明意图保护的范畴。

Claims (5)

1.一种多层式弹性透气材料结构,其特征在于,包括:
一弹性布,是由聚乳酸(poly lactic acid,PLA)构成,并具有贯穿的多个透气孔,该弹性布在一纬向上具有一延伸率,该延伸率为150%至400%之间;以及
一弹性薄膜,是由一热塑性弹性体材料构成,并具有贯穿的多个透气孔,该弹性薄膜的一上表面是完全贴合或部分贴合到该弹性布的一下表面,且该弹性薄膜的一透气性为每平方公分17~25cc/sec,
其中,该弹性薄膜的所述透气孔是对齐或不对齐该弹性布的所述透气孔,该多层式弹性透气材料结构的一透气性是每平方公分7~10cc/sec。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层式弹性透气材料结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体材料为热塑性聚酯(Thermoplastic polyester,TPE-E)、热塑性聚苯乙烯嵌段(Thermoplasticpolystyrenic block,TPE-S)、热塑性聚胺(Thermoplastic polyamide,TPE-A)、热塑性聚烯烃(Thermoplastic polyolefin,TPO)、热塑性硫化橡胶(Thermoplastic vulcanizate,TPV)或热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic polyurethane,TPU)。
3.如权利要求1所述的多层式弹性透气材料结构,其特征在于,该弹性薄膜的上表面及该弹性布的下表面是藉一黏合胶料而贴合,该黏合胶料为苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯(SIS)或苯乙烯/乙-丁烯/苯乙烯(SEBS)。
4.如权利要求1所述的多层式弹性透气材料结构,其特征在于,进一步包含一另一弹性布,该另一弹性布的一上表面是完全贴合或部分贴合到该弹性薄膜的一下表面,且该另一弹性布是由聚乳酸构成,并具有贯穿的多个透气孔,且所述透气孔是对齐或对齐该弹性薄膜的所述透气孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的多层式弹性透气材料结构,其特征在于,进一步包含一另一弹性布及一另一弹性薄膜,该另一弹性薄膜的一上表面是部分贴合到该弹性薄膜的一下表面,且该另一弹性布的一上表面是部分贴合到该另一弹性薄膜的一下表面,该另一弹性薄膜是由该热塑性弹性体材料构成,并具有贯穿的多个透气孔,该另一弹性布是由聚乳酸构成,并具有贯穿的多个透气孔,该另一弹性薄膜的所述透气孔是对齐或对齐该弹性薄膜的所述透气孔,该另一弹性布的所述透气孔是对齐或对齐该另一弹性薄膜的所述透气孔。
