Abstract

本发明公开了一种药用包装复合膜及制备方法,包括:胶黏剂层,所述黏胶层包括第一黏胶剂层与第二黏胶剂层;以及设于所述第一黏胶剂层与所述第二黏胶剂层之间的铝箔阻隔层,其中,所述第二黏胶剂层下表面贴附有热封薄膜层,所述第一黏胶剂层上表面向外依次设有油墨层及机械强度层。根据本发明,本申请的复合膜可以一次性成型,而且内外层内外层均使用双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂,使生成制备的过程中不会排放大量的有机溶剂,生产的效率大大提高,得到的产品合格率高,有效的节约经济成本。

Description

一种药用包装复合膜及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,特别涉及一种药用包装复合膜及制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯/铝/聚乙烯结构复合膜是颗粒、粉剂等用得最多一种材料组成结构,通常这种复合膜都是分两步复合加工,第一步,经过印刷的聚酯薄膜,装在一放卷,经凹版或柔版均匀涂布一层溶剂型双组份聚氨酯胶黏剂;第二步,聚酯/铝得合半成品,装在一放卷,经凹版或柔版均匀涂布一层溶剂型双组份聚氨酯胶黏剂。
但是现在的药用复合膜存在一定的问题,其一,在传统制作复合膜过程中采用干法复合使用的事溶剂型胶黏剂,会排出大量有机废气,还有少量有机溶剂残留于复合膜内。其二,在传统制作复合膜通过两步制作方式无法实现第一层无溶剂复合方式;其三,传统制作复合膜的两步法生产的效率低下,而且复合废品率比较高。
有鉴于此,实有必要开发一种药用包装复合膜及制备方法,用以解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种药用包装复合膜及制备方法,本申请的复合膜可以一次性成型,而且内外层均使用双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂,使生成制备的过程中不会排放大量的有机溶剂,生产的效率大大提高,得到的产品合格率高,有效的节约经济成本,为了实现根据本发明的上述目的和其他优点,提供了一种药用包装复合膜及制备方法,包括:
胶黏剂层,所述黏胶层包括第一黏胶剂层与第二黏胶剂层;以及
设于所述第一黏胶剂层与所述第二黏胶剂层之间的铝箔阻隔层,
其中,所述第二黏胶剂层下表面贴附有热封薄膜层,所述第一黏胶剂层上表面向外依次设有油墨层及机械强度层。
优选的,所述机械强度层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、双向拉伸聚酯薄膜、双向拉伸聚酰薄膜中的任一种,所述机械强度层的厚度为1~2μm。
优选的,所述第一黏胶剂层与所述第二黏胶剂层均为双组份无溶剂胶黏剂。
优选的,所述热封薄膜层为三层共挤聚乙烯薄膜,所述热封薄膜层的厚度为25~95μm。
优选的,所述铝箔阻隔层为压延成型的软胎铝箔,所述铝箔阻隔层优选表面清洁度A级且厚度为7~12μm。
优选的,所述油墨层为颜料、树脂、溶剂的共混合分散物,所述油墨层厚度为1~2μm。
一种权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1)、先将所述机械强度层上印刷所述油墨层,所述油墨层通过凹辊网点转移到所述机械强度层,然后将印刷完毕后的所述机械强度层进行干燥;
S2)、所述第一黏胶剂层在使用前将A、B两组份胶通过静态混合器混合,达到分子级的混合程度,再经无溶剂复合设备的五辊涂布系统均匀涂布于所述油墨层内面;
S3)、当所述第一黏胶剂层均匀涂布于所述油墨层后再与所述铝箔阻隔层进行贴合,此时完成复合膜的铝箔半成品;
S4)、将所述第二黏胶剂层使用前将A、B两组份胶通过静态混合器混合,达到分子级的混合程度,再经无溶剂复合设备的五辊涂布系统均匀涂布于铝箔半成品的铝箔面上;
S5)、最后将涂布有所述第二黏胶剂层的铝箔半成品与所述热封薄膜层进行贴合后进行收卷,收卷后于45-55℃放置36-60小时让胶黏剂的A、B组分发生交联反应。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:本申请的复合膜可以一次性成型,而且内外层均使用双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂,使生成制备的过程中不会排放大量的有机溶剂,生产的效率大大提高,得到的产品合格率高,有效的节约经济成本。

参照图1,药用包装复合膜及制备方法包括:
胶黏剂层,所述黏胶层包括第一黏胶剂层3与第二黏胶剂层5,此时的所述黏胶层在铝箔阻隔层的两面都采用双组份无溶剂胶黏剂,并且采用的是连线涂布复合方式,使得整个生产的过程无有机溶剂排放;以及
设于所述第一黏胶剂层3与所述第二黏胶剂层5之间的铝箔阻隔层4,
其中,所述第二黏胶剂层5下表面贴附有热封薄膜层6,所述第一黏胶剂层3上表面向外依次设有油墨层2及机械强度层1。
进一步的,所述机械强度层1为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、双向拉伸聚酯薄膜、双向拉伸聚酰薄膜中的任一种,所述机械强度层1的厚度为1~2μm,所述机械强度层1具有良好的印刷性能以及高机械强度,在油墨层进行时所述机械强度层1可以印刷快速。
进一步的,所述第一黏胶剂层3与所述第二黏胶剂层5均为双组份无溶剂胶黏剂。
进一步的,所述热封薄膜层6为三层共挤聚乙烯薄膜,所述热封薄膜层6的厚度为25~95μm,三层共挤聚乙烯薄膜具有良好的透明度和抗穿刺性能,特别是在热粘性和抗污染热封性能。
进一步的,所述铝箔阻隔层4为压延成型的软胎铝箔,所述铝箔阻隔层4优选表面清洁度A级且厚度为7~12μm。
进一步的,所述油墨层2为颜料、树脂、溶剂的共混合分散物,所述油墨层2厚度为1~2μm。
一种权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1)、先将所述机械强度层1上印刷所述油墨层2,所述油墨层2通过凹辊网点转移到所述机械强度层1,然后将印刷完毕后的所述机械强度层1进行干燥,经干燥后形成文字色块等装潢的图案;
S2)、所述第一黏胶剂层3在使用前将A、B两组份胶通过静态混合器混合,达到分子级的混合程度,再经无溶剂复合设备的五辊涂布系统均匀涂布于所述油墨层2内面,此步骤中使用也是双组份无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂,在生产的过程不会排除大量的有机废气,而且不会有有机溶液残留于复合膜内;
S3)、当所述第一黏胶剂层3均匀涂布于所述油墨层2后再与所述铝箔阻隔层4进行贴合,此时完成复合膜的铝箔半成品;
S4)、将所述第二黏胶剂层5使用前将A、B两组份胶通过静态混合器混合,达到分子级的混合程度,再经无溶剂复合设备的五辊涂布系统均匀涂布于铝箔半成品的铝箔面上,此时先将所述第二黏胶剂达到分子混合的程度,此时粘胶剂不处于流动状态,再涂布于铝箔上时不会渗透过铝箔上的针孔,就不会发生与铝箔另一面的进行粘附,使得交联反应固化后可以正常开卷进入下一道的复合;
S5)、最后将涂布有所述第二黏胶剂层5的铝箔半成品与所述热封薄膜层6进行贴合后进行收卷,收卷后于45-55℃放置36-60小时让胶黏剂的A、B组分发生交联反应。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (7)

1.一种药用包装复合膜及制备方法,包括:
胶黏剂层,所述黏胶层包括第一黏胶剂层(3)与第二黏胶剂层(5);以及
设于所述第一黏胶剂层(3)与所述第二黏胶剂层(5)之间的铝箔阻隔层(4),
其中,所述第二黏胶剂层(5)下表面贴附有热封薄膜层(6),所述第一黏胶剂层(3)上表面向外依次设有油墨层(2)及机械强度层(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,其特征在于,所述机械强度层(1)为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、双向拉伸聚酯薄膜、双向拉伸聚酰薄膜中的任一种,所述机械强度层(1)的厚度为1~2μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一黏胶剂层(3)与所述第二黏胶剂层(5)均为双组份无溶剂胶黏剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,其特征在于,所述热封薄膜层(6)为三层共挤聚乙烯薄膜,所述热封薄膜层(6)的厚度为25~95μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,其特征在于,所述铝箔阻隔层(4)为压延成型的软胎铝箔,所述铝箔阻隔层(4)优选表面清洁度A级且厚度为7~12μm。
6.如权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,其特征在于,所述油墨层(2)为颜料、树脂、溶剂的共混合分散物,所述油墨层(2)厚度为1~2μm。
7.一种权利要求1所述的药用包装复合膜及制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1)、先将所述机械强度层(1)上印刷所述油墨层(2),所述油墨层(2)通过凹辊网点转移到所述机械强度层(1),然后将印刷完毕后的所述机械强度层(1)进行干燥;
S2)、所述第一黏胶剂层(3)在使用前将A、B两组份胶通过静态混合器混合,达到分子级的混合程度,再经无溶剂复合设备的五辊涂布系统均匀涂布于所述油墨层(2)内面;
S3)、当所述第一黏胶剂层(3)均匀涂布于所述油墨层(2)后再与所述铝箔阻隔层(4)进行贴合,此时完成复合膜的铝箔半成品;
S4)、将所述第二黏胶剂层(5)使用前将A、B两组份胶通过静态混合器混合,达到分子级的混合程度,再经无溶剂复合设备的五辊涂布系统均匀涂布于铝箔半成品的铝箔面上;
S5)、最后将涂布有所述第二黏胶剂层(5)的铝箔半成品与所述热封薄膜层(6)进行贴合后进行收卷,收卷后于45-55℃放置36-60小时让胶黏剂的A、B组分发生交联反应。
