Abstract
本案涉及高阻隔药用包装复合膜,从上至下依次设置有保护层、第一胶黏剂层、第一铝箔层、第二胶黏剂层、第二铝箔层、第三胶黏剂层和热封层;其中,所述保护层为双向拉伸薄膜;所述第一胶黏剂层、第二胶黏剂层和第三胶黏剂层为聚氨酯树脂层或聚烯烃树脂层;所述热封层为聚烯烃树脂共挤膜。本案通过对药用包装复合膜结构的改进,采用双层铝箔复合结构,基本杜绝了铝箔复合膜的针孔问题,且由于两层铝箔弹性胶黏剂层的缓冲作用,故在受折压时不易产生针孔,提高了铝箔复合膜的阻隔性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于药用包装材料领域,特别涉及一种高阻隔药用包装复合膜。
背景技术
铝箔作为一种金属材料,具有无毒、无味、有优良的导电性和遮光性,极高的防潮性、阻气性,其阻隔性能是任何其它高分子材料和蒸镀薄膜无法比拟和无法替代的。故铝箔复合膜广泛应用于高阻隔药品的包装场合。
事实上,由于铝箔生产中的诸多因素的影响,铝箔,特别是厚度20μm以下铝箔,不可避免地产生针孔缺陷。也正是由于针孔的存在,使得铝箔的氧气透过率和水蒸气透过率并不为零。铝箔针孔的大小和数量对铝箔及其复合材料的防潮性、阻气性和遮光性有着决定性的影响。
国家标准GB3198-1996《工业用纯铝箔》,对针孔作了具体规定“铝箔表面允许有对光用肉眼可见的针孔,但针孔不得密集成行,药用铝箔针孔直径不得大于0.3mm,并且不能超过5个/m2。其它工业用纯铝箔针孔尺寸最大不得超过0.5mm。针孔数不得过多。”。
虽然增加铝箔厚度可以减少原铝箔本身的针孔现象,但其受折压后仍然会产生大量新的针孔,从而影响其实际使用阻隔性能。故市场上需要一种高阻隔零针孔度的药用复合膜,以满足一些极高阻隔性要求的药品包装。
发明内容
针对现有技术中普通铝箔复合膜铝箔层都存在一定的针孔度、且经正常包装工艺折压后还易产生新的针孔,阻隔性能不是完全理想等问题,本案提出了一种高阻隔药用包装复合膜,采用双层铝箔复合结构,基本杜绝了铝箔复合膜的针孔问题,且由于两层铝箔弹性胶黏剂层的缓冲作用,故在受折压时不易产生针孔,提高了铝箔复合膜的阻隔性。
为实现上述目的,本案通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其从上至下依次设置有保护层、第一胶黏剂层、第一铝箔层、第二胶黏剂层、第二铝箔层、第三胶黏剂层和热封层;
其中,所述保护层为双向拉伸薄膜;
所述第一胶黏剂层、第二胶黏剂层和第三胶黏剂层为聚氨酯树脂层或聚烯烃树脂层;
所述热封层为聚烯烃树脂共挤膜。
优选的是,所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其中,所述保护层的厚度为12-38μm。
优选的是,所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其中,所述聚氨酯树脂层的厚度为2-4μm。
优选的是,所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其中,所述聚烯烃树脂层的厚度为12-15μm。
优选的是,所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其中,所述第一铝箔层和第二铝箔层为软态铝箔。
优选的是,所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其中,所述第一铝箔层和第二铝箔层的厚度为6.5-7μm。
优选的是,所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其中,所述热封层的厚度为25-60μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对药用包装复合膜结构的改进,采用双层铝箔复合结构,基本杜绝了铝箔复合膜的针孔问题,且由于两层铝箔弹性胶黏剂层的缓冲作用,故在受折压时不易产生针孔,提高了铝箔复合膜的阻隔性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案列出一实施例的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其从上至下依次设置有保护层1、第一胶黏剂层2、第一铝箔层3、第二胶黏剂层4、第二铝箔层5、第三胶黏剂层6和热封层7;两层铝箔的微小针孔部位被完全错开,两层铝箔间的胶黏剂层具有弹性,增加了铝箔的耐折压性,可实现铝箔复合膜的零针孔度和高阻隔性;
其中,保护层1为双向拉伸薄膜;例如可选自BOPP、BOPET或BOPA中的一种;
第一胶黏剂层2、第二胶黏剂层4和第三胶黏剂层6为聚氨酯树脂层或聚烯烃树脂层;
热封层7为聚烯烃树脂共挤膜,其具有良好的热封合性能。
其中,保护层1的厚度优选为12-38μm。保护层1的厚度应被限定,若其厚度小于12μm,则将导致其抗拉伸强度下降;若其厚度大于38μm,则将导致复合膜在成卷后的剪应力增加。
其中,聚氨酯树脂层的厚度优选为2-4μm。
其中,聚烯烃树脂层的厚度优选为12-15μm。
胶黏剂层的厚度应被限定,若胶层厚度小于下限值,则将导致其粘结性能下降;若厚度大于上限值,则将增加胶层在固化后的收缩应力,同时加大了溢胶的风险。
其中,第一铝箔层3和第二铝箔层5优选为软态铝箔,以更利于复合加工。
其中,第一铝箔层3和第二铝箔层5的厚度优选为6.5-7μm。
其中,热封层7的厚度优选为25-60μm。热封层7的厚度应被限定,若其厚度小于25μm,则将导致热封后的粘结力下降;若其厚度大于60μm,则将增加在热压时热封层7向包装内部渗胶的几率,以防止污染包装内的药品。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。
Claims (7)
1.一种高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其特征在于,从上至下依次设置有保护层、第一胶黏剂层、第一铝箔层、第二胶黏剂层、第二铝箔层、第三胶黏剂层和热封层;
其中,所述保护层为双向拉伸薄膜;
所述第一胶黏剂层、第二胶黏剂层和第三胶黏剂层为聚氨酯树脂层或聚烯烃树脂层;
所述热封层为聚烯烃树脂共挤膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述保护层的厚度为12-38μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯树脂层的厚度为2-4μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃树脂层的厚度为12-15μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述第一铝箔层和第二铝箔层为软态铝箔。
6.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述第一铝箔层和第二铝箔层的厚度为6.5-7μm。
7.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔药用包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述热封层的厚度为25-60μm。
