技术领域
本发明涉及重组竹生产领域,特别涉及一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺。
背景技术
重组竹是近几年发展起来的新型材料。重组竹是将竹材疏解成通长、相互交联并保持纤维原有排列方式的疏松网状纤维束,经干燥、施胶、组坯成型、冷压或热压而成的板状或其他形式的材料。重组竹的最大特点是充分合理利用竹材纤维材料的固有特性,既保证了竹材的高利用率,又保留了竹材原有的物理学性能。具有密度高、硬度高、强度大,冲击韧性高、不变形等优点。
由于重组竹使用大量脲醛胶制备,表面胶固含量超过了25%以上,重组竹加工茶盘刚涂敷完毕时短期附着力好,但长期茶水浸泡会出现附着力消退,表现为局部或整体涂层出现起鼓、脱落等现象。由此可见,这种产品的工艺并非不可行,而是不稳定,需要进行特殊处理后,才能有效的附着。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺,旨在解决重组竹茶盘因长期茶水浸泡会出现附着力消退,局部或整体涂层出现起鼓、脱落等现象;增强重组竹的附着力,提高重组竹的防水和防霉。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺,所述生产工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、将经炭化和干燥处理后的竹丝放置在三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶浸泡15分钟至30分钟;
步骤S2、将经所述步骤S1浸泡后获得的所述竹丝进行成型处理,制得重组竹板材;
步骤S3、使用5%烧碱溶液对所述重组竹板材进行清洗,去除所述重组竹板材内层渗出的竹醋液;
步骤S4、对所述重组竹板材的表面进行机械打磨;
步骤S5、采用远红外加热的方法使所述重组竹板材的表面各部位温度升高到120~150℃,保持2分钟;
步骤S6、选用三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸漆作为底漆,对所述重组竹板材进行喷漆处理,喷漆厚度控制在20~30μm间,喷涂时间控制在2分钟以内;
步骤S7、将喷涂好的所述重组竹板材在80℃条件下强制干燥30分钟;
步骤S8、对喷涂干燥完成后的所述重组竹板材进行快速冷却;
步骤S9、将喷涂完成的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理,晾干时间为6~8小时;
步骤S10、对所述重组竹板材表面进行二次机械打磨,并将表面的灰尘和附着物清理干净;
步骤S11、将所述重组竹板材进行二次喷漆处理;
步骤S12、对二次喷漆处理完的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理;所述晾干处理的时间为6~8小时。
在该技术方案中,通过对所述重组竹板材表面进行机械打磨的方式,增加所述重组竹板材表面的孔、洞、裂隙或空穴等,使得所述三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸漆能够渗透进去,在固化硬化时,提供机械附着;通过远红外加热的方法,使所述重组竹板材表面各部位温度升高,随着所述重组竹板材表面温度升高,脲醛胶流动性升高,所述重组竹板材在没有压力的条件下应力释放,导致所述重组竹板材表面物理性质热涨,生成大量的机械凹陷,表面积增大,有利于机械连结增加附着力;通过快速冷却的方法,低温使所述重组竹板材表面所述脲醛胶固化,降低材料表面应力,使多余的水分挥发不至于鼓泡;底漆通过采用所述三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸漆,所述三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸与所述重组竹改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂发生了氨-酯交换相互反应,在界面间形成共价键,从而大大提高了粘结强度,涂层和重组竹材料形成化学键,底材和涂料上产生优异附着力,把所述重组竹和底漆拉在了一起;通过5%烧碱溶液对所述重组竹板材进行清洗,去除所述板材内层渗出的所述竹醋液,避免了所述竹醋液降低涂层的附着力和影响所述涂层的颜色均匀性。
进一步而言,在所述生产工艺的所述步骤S1之前应将竹材进行预处理,制得所述竹丝,并将所述竹丝进行炭化和干燥;所述预处理的方法为:
步骤A、开条:将所述竹材剖开制得竹片;
步骤B、去竹青和竹黄:将所述竹片表层的竹青和里面的竹黄去除;
步骤C、开片:将所述竹片剖开为厚度小于或等于3毫米的薄片;
步骤D、压丝:将所述竹片压碎,制得所述竹丝;
步骤E、炭化:将所述竹丝进行炭化脱糖、脱脂处理;
步骤F、干燥:将所述竹丝干燥到水分小于10%。

本发明的有益效果是,在本发明中:1)、通过对所述重组竹板材表面进行机械打磨的方式,增加所述重组竹板材表面的孔、洞、裂隙或空穴等,使得所述三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸漆能够渗透进去,在固化硬化时,提供机械附着;2)、通过远红外外加热的方法,使所述重组竹板材表面各部位温度升高,随着所述重组竹板材表面温度升高,脲醛胶流动性升高,所述重组竹板材在没有压力的条件下应力释放,导致所述重组竹板材表面物理性质热涨,生成大量的机械凹陷,表面积增大,有利于机械连结增加附着力;3)、通过快速冷却的方法,低温使所述重组竹板材表面所述脲醛胶固化,降低材料表面应力,使多余的水分挥发不至于鼓泡;4)、底漆通过采用所述三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸漆,所述三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸与所述重组竹改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂发生了氨-酯交换相互反应,在界面间形成共价键,从而大大提高了粘结强度,涂层和重组竹材料形成化学键,底材和涂料上产生优异附着力,把所述重组竹和底漆拉在了一起;5)、通过5%烧碱溶液对所述重组竹板材进行清洗,去除所述板材内层渗出的所述竹醋液,避免了所述竹醋液降低涂层的附着力和影响所述涂层的颜色均匀性。通过本方法生产制作的重组竹,有效的增强了所述重组竹的附着力,提高了所述重组竹的防水和防霉。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图予以说明。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明提供一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺,所述生产工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、将经炭化和干燥处理后的竹丝放置在三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶浸泡15分钟至30分钟;
步骤S2、将经所述步骤S1浸泡后获得的所述竹丝进行成型处理,制得重组竹板材;
步骤S3、使用5%烧碱溶液对所述重组竹板材进行清洗,去除所述重组竹板材内层渗出的竹醋液;
步骤S4、对所述重组竹板材的表面进行机械打磨;增大所述重组竹板材的表面粗糙度;
步骤S5、采用远红外加热的方法使所述重组竹板材的表面各部位温度升高到120~150℃,保持2分钟;
步骤S6、选用三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸漆作为底漆,对所述重组竹板材进行喷漆处理,喷漆厚度控制在20~30μm间,喷涂时间控制在2分钟以内;
步骤S7、将喷涂好的所述重组竹板材在80℃条件下强制干燥30分钟;
步骤S8、对喷涂干燥完成后的所述重组竹板材进行快速冷却;所述三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸底漆与所述重组竹内的三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂发生了氨-酯交换相互反应,涂层和重组竹材料形成化学键;
步骤S9、将喷涂完成的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理,晾干时间为6~8小时;
步骤S10、对所述重组竹板材表面进行二次机械打磨,并将表面的灰尘和附着物清理干净;
步骤S11、将所述重组竹板材进行二次喷漆处理;
步骤S12、对二次喷漆处理完的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理;所述晾干处理的时间为6~8小时。
值得一提的是,通常重组竹使用脲醛树脂胶,但是,所述脲醛树脂胶耐水性差,固化后胶层脆性大、耐老化性能差、贮存期短、游离甲醛含量高,因此,不适合茶盘用材使用。
所述脲醛树脂胶的耐水性差,特别是在用于茶盘沸水中,耐水能力更差,这主要是因为树脂中的碳酰胺键发生了水解。在弱碱性介质中,三聚氰胺和甲醛起反应,生成羟甲基三聚氰胺,羟甲基三聚氰胺与羟甲基脲在酸性条件下进一步缩聚合成MUF共聚树脂。这样就减少了树脂中的—OH、和—CO—NH—基团,增加了三氮杂苯环,提高了所述脲醛树脂胶的耐热性和耐水性。这时所述三聚氰胺起到封闭所述脲醛树脂胶中的亲水基团的作用,因此使用上述方法制得的所述重组竹可以使用于茶盘。
所述脲醛树脂胶加入所述三聚氰胺对甲基磺酰胺、硫脲、间苯二酚改性与游离甲醛生成不可逆的不溶性物质,对所述脲醛树脂胶进行改性,起到了进一步降低游离甲醛的含量作用。
具体而言,在所述生产工艺的所述步骤S1之前应将竹材进行预处理,制得所述竹丝,并将所述竹丝进行炭化和干燥;所述预处理的方法为:
步骤A、开条:将所述竹材剖开制得竹片;
步骤B、去竹青和竹黄:将所述竹片表层的竹青和里面的竹黄去除;
步骤C、开片:将所述竹片剖开为厚度小于或等于3毫米的薄片;
步骤D、压丝:将所述竹片压碎,制得所述竹丝;
步骤E、炭化:将所述竹丝进行炭化脱糖、脱脂处理;
步骤F、干燥:将所述竹丝干燥到水分小于10%。
具体而言,所述步骤S2具体包括:
步骤S2A、成型前干燥:将所述竹丝的水分干燥到10%~15%之间;
步骤S2B、成型:将所述竹丝进行压制处理,制得所述重组竹板材。
具体而言,所述生产工艺还包括:
在使用5%烧碱溶液对所述重组竹板材进行清洗之前,应将所述重组竹板材自然放置28天以上。
具体而言,所述生产工艺还包括:
在对二次喷漆处理完的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理之后,应对所述重组竹板材进行喷涂面漆处理;喷涂面漆前需先检查所述重组竹板材是否属于良品,表面是否光滑,表面灰尘和附着物是否清理干净;并对喷涂过所述面漆的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理,晾干时间为4小时。

Claims (5)
1.一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺包括如下步骤:步骤S1、将经炭化和干燥处理后的竹丝放置在三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶浸泡15分钟至30分钟;步骤S2、将经所述步骤S1浸泡后获得的所述竹丝进行成型处理,制得重组竹板材;步骤S3、使用5%烧碱溶液对所述重组竹板材进行清洗,去除所述重组竹板材内层渗出的竹醋液;步骤S4、对所述重组竹板材的表面进行机械打磨;步骤S5、采用远红外加热的方法使所述重组竹板材的表面各部位温度升高到120~150℃,保持2分钟;步骤S6、选用三聚氰胺固化丙烯酸漆作为底漆,对所述重组竹板材进行喷漆处理,喷漆厚度控制在20~30μm间,喷涂时间控制在2分钟以内;步骤S7、将喷涂好的所述重组竹板材在80℃条件下强制干燥30分钟;步骤S8、对喷涂干燥完成后的所述重组竹板材进行快速冷却;步骤S9、将喷涂完成的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理,晾干时间为6~8小时;步骤S10、对所述重组竹板材表面进行二次机械打磨,并将表面的灰尘和附着物清理干净;步骤S11、将所述重组竹板材进行二次喷漆处理;步骤S12、对二次喷漆处理完的所述重组竹板材进行晾干处理;所述晾干处理的时间为6~8小时。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺,其特征在于,在所述生产工艺的所述步骤S1之前应将竹材进行预处理,制得所述竹丝,并将所述竹丝进行炭化和干燥;所述预处理的方法为:
步骤A、开条:将所述竹材剖开制得竹片;步骤B、去竹青和竹黄:将所述竹片表层的竹青和里面的竹黄去除;步骤C、开片:将所述竹片剖开为厚度小于或等于3毫米的薄片;步骤D、压丝:将所述竹片压碎,制得所述竹丝;步骤E、炭化:将所述竹丝进行炭化脱糖、脱脂处理;步骤F、干燥:将所述竹丝干燥到水分小于10%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括:
步骤S2A、成型前干燥:将所述竹丝的水分干燥到10%~15%之间;步骤S2B、成型:将所述竹丝进行压制处理,制得所述重组竹板材。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种重组竹茶盘用重组竹生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺还包括:在使用5%烧碱溶液对所述重组竹板材进行清洗之前,应将所述重组竹板材自然放置28天以上。
