本发明提供一种喷枪,包括机壳、喷壶、喷嘴及设于机壳内的泵体,泵体内设有与喷壶连通的喷腔,喷壶包括喷壶壳体及设于喷壶壳体内的软壶体,泵体上设有连通喷壶与外界的排气结构,喷壶壳体设有镂空部以使软壶体可被手动挤压并通过排气结构将软壶体内的空气排出,当软壶体内具有空气时,通过镂空部可对软壶体进行挤压,从而可将软壶体内的空气通过排气结构排出,通过简单的挤压软壶体,即可实现软壶体内的空气排空,这样可使软壶体内的液体易于进入喷腔内,从而使得喷枪能快速且稳定的实现喷涂,以提升喷枪的喷涂效率,也即是提升喷枪的工作效率。

本发明涉及喷枪领域,尤其涉及一种喷涂效率高的喷枪。
背景技术
喷枪是一种对涂料进行雾化处理的设备,主要是对被涂装工件表面进行喷涂而获得美观、均匀的涂覆层,其主要工作原理是利用活塞内压,让液体容器内空间减小、气压增大,从而将液体容器内的液体压出,尤其是在电机带动活塞连续移动时,喷腔内的压力会快速增大,促进喷嘴中喷出的液体雾化,提高喷涂的效果。
现有一种喷枪,其储液容器为软的且可收缩的,在使用过程中,随着液体被喷出而不断减少,储液容器也随之收缩变瘪,如此可很好的保证液体被完全喷出,减少液体的残留,提升液体的利用率,避免浪费,但是此种结构也存在一定的问题,当储液容器里面有空气时,液体无法上升到泵体的喷腔内而无法实现喷涂,影响了喷枪的正常工作,降低了喷涂效率和工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种喷涂效率高的喷枪。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种喷枪,包括机壳、喷壶、喷嘴及设于机壳内的泵体,泵体内设有与喷壶连通的喷腔,喷壶包括喷壶壳体及设于喷壶壳体内的软壶体,其中,所述泵体上设有连通喷壶与外界的排气结构,喷壶壳体设有镂空部以使软壶体可被手动挤压并通过排气结构将软壶体内的空气排出。
进一步的,所述排气结构包括与喷壶连通的出气通道及与外界连通的排气通道,排气通道包括排气口,排气结构还包括开闭排气口的密封盖。
进一步的,所述排气口内设有安装座,安装座设有连通孔,密封盖设有插入连通孔内的密封柱。
进一步的,所述密封盖铰接于排气口一侧设置。
进一步的,所述出气通道与排气通道呈“┌”形设置。
进一步的,所述泵体上设有与喷腔连通的泄压阀口,出气通道与泄压阀口连通设置,泄压阀口处设有泄压阀组件。
进一步的,所述泵体设有与喷壶连通的进料口,进料口连接有伸入喷壶内的进料螺塞,进料螺塞下端连接有过滤网组件。
进一步的,所述过滤网组件包括过滤罩和过滤网片,过滤罩设有过滤口,过滤网片设于过滤口内。
进一步的,所述过滤罩上且位于过滤网片外围设有防止软壶体收缩后贴住过滤网片的围挡。

采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明中,通过在泵体上设置连通喷壶与外界的排气结构,并在喷壶壳体上设置镂空部,当软壶体内具有空气时,通过镂空部可对软壶体进行挤压,从而可将软壶体内的空气通过排气结构排出,通过简单的挤压软壶体,即可实现软壶体内的空气排空,这样可使软壶体内的液体易于进入喷腔内,从而使得喷枪能快速且稳定的实现喷涂,以提升喷枪的喷涂效率,也即是提升喷枪的工作效率。
2、将排气结构设置成包括与喷壶连通的出气通道及与外界连通的排气通道,且排气通道包括排气口,排气结构还包括开闭排气口的密封盖,这样通过出气通道可将软壶体的空气顺利输送出来,并通过排气通道排出,使得空气排出时有序且稳定,并通过密封盖可实现排气口的开闭,在需要排气时将密封盖打开,排气完毕,再将密封盖关闭,以保证喷涂时液体不会从排气口漏出,保证正常的喷涂工作。
3、通过在排气口内设置安装座,且安装座设有连通孔,而密封盖上设有插入连通孔的密封柱,这样既保证密封盖能很好的对排气口进行开闭,且密封可靠,防止喷涂时液体从排气口漏出,还便于对密封盖的操作,操作简单,通过简单的按压、拔拉即可实现密封盖的开闭。
4、密封盖铰接于排气口一侧设置,这样既方便密封盖对排气口的开闭,又使得密封盖在打开后不易丢失,方便密封盖后续的使用。
5、出气通道与排气通道呈“┌”形设置,这样使得空气的排出路径迂回,在保证能顺利将空气排出时,同时又能很好的防止液体从排气口排出。
6、通过在泵体上设置与喷腔连通的泄压阀口,并将出气通道与泄压阀口连通设置,且泄压阀口处设有泄压阀组件,这样通过出气通道可对喷壶内部进行泄压,使得出气通道还具有了泄压功能,也即是出气通道具有双重作用,可少设置一个通道,简化了泵体的结构,降低了泵体的加工难度。
7、泵体设有与喷壶连通的进料口,进料口连接有伸入喷壶内的进料螺塞,进料螺塞下端连接有过滤网组件,这样不仅方便软壶体内的液体进入喷腔内,同时过滤网组件还能对液体进行过滤,以保证喷出的液体更加细腻、均匀。
8、过滤网组件包括过滤罩和过滤网片,过滤罩设有过滤口,过滤网片设于过滤口内,此种结构的过滤网组件不仅能很好的保证液体能顺利进入进料螺塞内,以保证进液效果,同时还能保证过滤效果,且结构简单,方便加工成型。
9、过滤罩上且位于过滤网片外围设有防止软壶体收缩后贴住过滤网片的围挡,这样在持续进行喷涂时,软壶体会渐渐变瘪,通过围挡可防止变瘪的软壶体将过滤网片贴住而使得液体不能进入进料螺塞内,以保证正常进液,从而达到吸干液体,液体无残留,避免液体浪费。
10、通过在围挡上设置多个缺口,以使围挡被分隔成多个挡块,这样不仅减少了围挡的加工材料,以降低加工成本,同时又能很好的防止软壶体变瘪而贴住过滤网片,从而保证正常进液,以保证喷枪的喷涂效果。

如图1至8所示,本发明提供一种喷枪,包括机壳1、喷壶2、喷嘴3及设于机壳1内的泵体4,泵体4内设有与喷壶2连通的喷腔41,喷壶2包括喷壶壳体21及设于喷壶壳体21内的软壶体22,通过设置软壶体,这样在持续喷涂时,软壶体内的液体随之减少,同时软壶体也会随之变瘪,以使软壶体内的液体能被完全喷出,无残留,避免浪费,提升液体的利用率。
本实施例中,泵体4上设有连通喷壶2与外界的排气结构,喷壶壳体21设有镂空部211以使软壶体22可被手动挤压并通过排气结构将软壶体22内的空气排出,当软壶体内具有空气时,通过镂空部可对软壶体进行挤压,从而可将软壶体内的空气通过排气结构排出,通过简单的挤压软壶体,即可实现软壶体内的空气排空,这样可使软壶体内的液体易于进入喷腔内,从而使得喷枪能快速且稳定的实现喷涂,以提升喷枪的喷涂效率,也即是提升喷枪的工作效率;当然,为了方便用户挤压软壶体,可以将镂空部211设置两个且位于喷壶壳体21两侧,这样一只手恰好可以捏住软壶体两侧以形成两侧挤压软壶体,对软壶体的挤压效果更好,也能更好且快速的将软壶体内的空气排出。
排气结构包括与喷壶2连通的出气通道42及与外界连通的排气通道43,当然,出气通道42与排气通道43是连通的且一体设置的,排气通道43包括排气口431,排气结构还包括开闭排气口431的密封盖44,这样通过出气通道可将软壶体的空气顺利输送出来,并通过排气通道排出,使得空气排出时有序且稳定,并通过密封盖可实现排气口的开闭,在需要排气时将密封盖打开,排气完毕,再将密封盖关闭,以保证喷涂时液体不会从排气口漏出,保证正常的喷涂工作。
为了能很好的对排气口进行开闭,可以在排气口431内设置安装座45,且安装座45设有连通孔451,而密封盖44上设有插入连通孔451的密封柱441,这样既保证密封盖能很好的对排气口进行开闭,且密封可靠,防止喷涂时液体从排气口漏出,还便于对密封盖的操作,操作简单,通过简单的按压、拔拉即可实现密封盖的开闭;同时,为了方便密封盖的开闭,可以将密封盖44铰接于排气口431一侧设置,具体为在对应排气口431的机壳1上设置铰接孔,而密封盖44一端设有铰接轴,通过铰接轴与铰接孔的配合以实现密封盖44的铰接,这样既方便密封盖对排气口的开闭,又使得密封盖在打开后不易丢失,方便密封盖后续的使用。
且,出气通道42与排气通道43呈“┌”形设置,也即是出气通道42纵向设置,排气通道43横向设置,这样使得空气的排出路径迂回,在保证能顺利将空气排出时,同时又能很好的防止液体从排气口排出。
为了保证喷枪的泄压效果,以提升喷枪的使用寿命,可以在在泵体4上设置与喷腔41连通的泄压阀口46,并将出气通道42与泄压阀口46连通设置,且泄压阀口46处设有泄压阀组件47,这样通过出气通道可对喷壶内部进行泄压,使得出气通道还具有了泄压功能,也即是出气通道具有双重作用,可少设置一个通道,简化了泵体的结构,降低了泵体的加工难度。
同时,泵体4设有与喷壶2连通的进料口48,进料口48连接有伸入喷壶内的进料螺塞5,进料螺塞5与进料口48通过螺纹连接固定,进料螺塞5下端连接有过滤网组件6,过滤网组件6与进料螺塞5也通过螺纹连接固定,这样不仅方便软壶体内的液体进入喷腔内,同时过滤网组件还能对液体进行过滤,以保证喷出的液体更加细腻、均匀;当然,为了方便喷壶与进料口之间的连接,可以在喷壶壳体21上方设置壶盖23,壶盖23设有安装孔,进料口48插入安装沉孔内并通过卡扣连接固定,以将喷壶2整体固定于进料口48处,为了保证密封性,还可以在安装沉孔的内侧壁与进料口的外侧壁之间设置密封圈,而壶盖23与喷壶壳体21螺纹连接固定并将软壶体22边缘夹紧固定,以防止软壶体脱落。
具体的,过滤网组件6包括过滤罩61和过滤网片62,过滤罩61设有过滤口611,过滤网片62设于过滤口611内,此种结构的过滤网组件不仅能很好的保证液体能顺利进入进料螺塞内,以保证进液效果,同时还能保证过滤效果,且结构简单,方便加工成型。
为了防止软壶体变瘪后将过滤网片贴住而不能进液,可以在过滤罩61上且位于过滤网片62外围设有防止软壶体22收缩后贴住过滤网片62的围挡612,这样在持续进行喷涂时,软壶体会渐渐变瘪,通过围挡可防止变瘪的软壶体将过滤网片贴住而使得液体不能进入进料螺塞内,以保证正常进液,从而达到吸干液体,液体无残留,避免液体浪费。
当然,为了减少加工材料,以降低成本,可以在围挡612上设置多个缺口613,以使围挡612被分隔成多个挡块614,这样不仅减少了围挡的加工材料,以降低加工成本,同时又能很好的防止软壶体变瘪而贴住过滤网片,从而保证正常进液,以保证喷枪的喷涂效果。
还有,关于如何实现喷涂液体的喷涂机构,其都为现有技术,这里就不再一一赘述,可参考申请人之前已公开专利申请CN206404955U,还有关于泄压阀组件的结构,也为现有技术,可参考申请人之前已公开专利CN206392292U,同样这里也不再一一赘述。
除上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种喷枪,包括机壳、喷壶、喷嘴及设于机壳内的泵体,泵体内设有与喷壶连通的喷腔,喷壶包括喷壶壳体及设于喷壶壳体内的软壶体,其特征在于,所述泵体上设有连通喷壶与外界的排气结构,喷壶壳体设有镂空部以使软壶体可被手动挤压并通过排气结构将软壶体内的空气排出;
所述排气结构包括与喷壶连通的出气通道及与外界连通的排气通道,排气通道包括排气口,排气结构还包括开闭排气口的密封盖;
所述泵体上设有与喷腔连通的泄压阀口,出气通道与泄压阀口连通设置,泄压阀口处设有泄压阀组件;
所述泵体设有与喷壶连通的进料口,进料口连接有伸入喷壶内的进料螺塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述排气口内设有安装座,安装座设有连通孔,密封盖设有插入连通孔内的密封柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述密封盖铰接于排气口一侧设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述出气通道与排气通道呈“┌”形设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述进料螺塞下端连接有过滤网组件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述过滤网组件包括过滤罩和过滤网片,过滤罩设有过滤口,过滤网片设于过滤口内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述过滤罩上且位于过滤网片外围设有防止软壶体收缩后贴住过滤网片的围挡。
8.根据权利要求7所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述围挡设有多个缺口以使围挡被分隔成多个挡块。
