Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock breeding, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing African swine fever, and an injection and application thereof.
Background
African swine fever, originally originated from African region, double-stranded DNA enveloped virus, is an acute, virulent, highly contact and lethal infectious disease of pigs and wild pigs caused by African swine fever virus family, African swine fever virus genus, African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV), and the pigs and wild pigs are the only natural hosts of the virus. The disease is not seasonal, and the transmission ways are contact transmission and entomophily transmission. It was first confirmed in kenya in 1921, introduced into europe in 1957, introduced into america in 1971, introduced into russia in 2007, introduced into ukraine in 2012, and introduced into white russia in 2013. Poland, Litaoza, Lasevian and Esania were introduced in 2014, Motorva was introduced in 2016, and Czech and Romania were introduced in 2017. It was introduced into Liaoning of China in 8 months in 2018. It is now endemic mainly in some regions of africa, europe, latin america. The world animal health Organization (OIE) classifies the animal epidemic disease as an essential report, and China classifies the animal epidemic disease as a type of animal epidemic disease.
Chinese plants are abundant in resources, and among these green plants, about 3000 kinds of medicinal plants closely related to human health are included, and 2598 kinds are included in the 2015 edition pharmacopeia. The plant berberine, naphthoquinone pigment, pinocyanin, chlorogenic acid and iridoid glycoside are widely present in plant organism, and at present, various plant berberine, naphthoquinone pigment, pinocyanin, chlorogenic acid and iridoid glycoside are separated and extracted, and have various biological effects, including antibacterial, antiviral, immunoregulation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, blood sugar reducing, blood fat reducing, anti-radiation, anti-aging and other functions. Not only inhibits or kills the non-pestivirus, but also improves the resistance of the pig to the non-pestivirus, thereby achieving the purpose of effectively preventing the non-pestivirus.
At present, no effective medicine for preventing the African swine fever exists, an effective medicine for preventing the African swine fever is urgently needed, and the major problem in the live pig breeding is solved.
