The application of the mask liquid for whitening and moisturizing according to claim 3, wherein the mask liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2.0-6.0% of okra pectin, 1.0-2.0% of okra flavone/1.3-propylene glycol 1.0-3.0%, 20.0-30.0% of okra seed oil/glycerin 1.0-3.0%; the mask liquid also comprises 2.5% of tranexamic acid, 0.2% of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.2% of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.02% of methylisothiazolinone, 0.01% of EDTA, 0.3% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2% of water-soluble lavender essential oil and the balance of purified water, wherein the total amount of the raw materials is 100%, and the pH value is adjusted to 6.0 by natural citric acid.

The use of claim 1, in whitening and moisturizing hand cream, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 10.0-15.0% of okra pectin, 1.0-2.0% of okra flavone/1.3-propylene glycol 3.0-5.0%, 20.0-30.0% of okra seed oil/glycerin 4.0-6.0%; the hand cream also comprises 2.5% of tranexamic acid, 0.2% of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.2% of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.01% of EDTA, 0.1% of sodium carrageenan, 0.5% of PEG40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.3% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2% of water-soluble jasmine essential oil and the balance of purified water, wherein the total amount of raw materials is 100%, and the pH value of natural citric acid is adjusted to 6.0.
