Abstract

一种阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,垫状等的阻燃隔热成型体具有隔音效果、环保、并且制作工序简单、经济实惠。阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法包含以下工序:将水注入废纸或纸浆材料中并进行解纤从而形成解纤棉;在解纤棉中加入硼酸等阻燃剂并且进行搅拌加热由此形成阻燃隔热解纤棉;在阻燃隔热解纤棉中加入聚酯等低熔点短纤维并且混合搅拌得到阻燃隔热散装材料;在包括带有通气口的盖子的瓦楞纸板制的成型模具中填充阻燃隔热散装材料;通过微波加热装置将阻燃隔热散装材料与成型模具一起加热并成型;以及从成型模具中取出垫状的成型体。

Description

阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种垫状的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法。
背景技术
作为用于建筑物的墙壁和天花板等的隔热材料,使用价格便宜且施工性能优良的玻璃棉、岩棉等,但是由于玻璃棉等在卫生方面存在问题而且难以回收,因此并不环保。
另一方面,解纤废纸等纸张后获得的纤维素隔热材料是优异的隔热材料,但是存在价格高昂,施工时以吹入方式作业而会产生粉尘污染环境,并且施工性能差的难点。
由于上述原因,作为建筑物的隔热材料,几乎都是使用玻璃棉等的施工实例。
根据上述背景,发明人改善现有的隔热材料的问题点,提出了具有隔音效果、阻燃效果,且施工作业性和经济性优异的隔热材料。而且,这种隔热材料可以回收利用,也很环保(参照专利文献1)。
提出的隔热材料的概要如下所示。
(1)隔热材料,将解纤纸张后获得的纤维素隔热材料与以聚丙烯为主要成分的棉状合成纤维搅拌混合,进而混合硼酸、硼砂而获得。
(2)收纳隔热材料的垫状成型体,用于将上述隔热材料应用到建筑物的墙壁和天花板上(参照图2、图3)。
(隔热材料的制作)
(1)解纤废纸等纸张,制作纤维素隔热材料。
(2)准备以聚丙烯为主要成分的合成纤维,粉碎成棉状。
(3)将上述(1)的工序中制作的纤维素隔热材料、与上述(2)的工序中制作的以聚丙烯为主要成分的棉状合成纤维搅拌混合,得到建筑物的隔热材料。进而,混合硼酸、硼砂。
(垫状成型体的制作)
根据图2和图3,说明填充有隔热材料作为散装材料的垫状成型体的制作。
图2是垫状成型体的立体图,图3是其A-A剖视图。
通过缝合、熔接或粘接的方法,将双层的无纺布、纸或薄膜等的袋体2的三个端部进行接合。
打开开口的袋体2的端部,封入由隔热材料制成的散装材料4,并通过缝合、熔接、粘接的方法,将开口的端部接合,以获得垫状成型体。

发明内容
在目前为止提出的图2和图3所示的成型体的制作方法中,由于需要以下工序,因此存在成型体成本高的难点。
(1)通过缝合、熔接或粘接的方法,将双层的无纺布、纸或薄膜等的袋体2的三个端部进行接合的工序。
(2)打开开口的袋体2的端部,封入散装材料4,并通过缝合、熔接,粘接的方法,将开口的端部接合的工序。
因此,本发明的课题是提供一种具有隔音效果、环保、并且制作工序简单、经济实惠的垫状的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法。
用于解决本发明的课题的手段如下所示。
(1)一种阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,包含以下工序:将水注入废纸或纸浆材料中并进行解纤从而形成解纤棉;在解纤棉中加入阻燃剂并进行搅拌加热,由此形成阻燃隔热解纤棉;在阻燃隔热解纤棉中加入低熔点短纤维并混合搅拌,从而得到阻燃隔热散装材料;在包括盖子的纸制成型模具中填充阻燃隔热散装材料;通过微波加热装置将阻燃隔热散装材料与成型模具一起加热并成型;以及从成型模具中取出成型体。
(2)根据(1)所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,上述纸制成型模具是瓦楞纸板制的成型模具。
(3)根据(1)或(2)所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,上述成型模具的盖子是具有通气口的盖子。
(4)根据(1)至(3)中任一项所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,上述阻燃剂是硼酸或硼。
(5)根据(1)至(4)中任一项所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,上述低熔点短纤维包含聚酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
(6)根据(1)至(5)中任一项所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,上述阻燃隔热成型体是垫状的成型体。
根据本发明,用于制作阻燃隔热成型体的成型模具的材料可以由纸制成,例如通常用于包装等的瓦楞纸板。而且,由于不使用由金属模具或木制模具制成的成型模具,因此可快速地制作成型模具,并且能够获得大幅度削减成本、具有隔音效果的阻燃隔热成型体。

具体实施方式
作为阻燃隔热成型体,举例示出了垫状的阻燃隔热成型体,对该制作方法进行说明。
图1的(a)~(c)图是用于说明制作阻燃隔热散装材料为止的工序的示意图。
另外,图1的(d)~(e)图是用于说明制作纸制成型模具为止的工序的示意图,图1的(f)~(h)图是用于说明从对所制作的纸制成型模具中填充阻燃隔热散装材料之后到获得阻燃隔热成型体为止的工序的示意图。
(阻燃隔热散装材料的制作)
在阻燃隔热散装材料的制作中,如图1的(a)所示,首先将水注入废纸或纸浆材料中并进行解纤从而形成解纤棉。
接着,如图1的(b)所示,在解纤棉中加入硼酸和硼等的阻燃剂并且进行搅拌加热由此形成阻燃隔热解纤棉。
进而,如图1的(c)所示,在阻燃隔热解纤棉中加入聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等低熔点短纤维并且混合搅拌得到阻燃隔热散装材料。
(成型模具的制作)
成型模具包括有多个通气口的盖子,形成为厚度比纵横长度更薄的结构。
准备通常用于包装等的纸制瓦楞纸板,按照图1的(d)中作为一例示出的展开图执行切割压痕加工,接着,将其组装制成如图1的(e)所示的具有盖子的纸制成型模具。
纸制成型模具的一例如图1的(e)所示,但是可以考虑各种形状,通过所需阻燃隔热成型体的形状进行适当选择。
关于成型模具所需的瓦楞纸板的厚度,当纵、横、厚度之和小于或等于100cm左右的情况下,该厚度可设为3mm左右,当纵、横、厚度之和为100cm~150cm左右的情况下,该厚度可设为5mm左右,当纵、横、厚度之和大于或等于150cm的情况下,该厚度设为大于或等于5mm。
此外,在小批量生产的情况下,也可以是厚度为3mm的瓦楞纸板。
(阻燃隔热成型体的制作)
如图1的(f)图所示,在纸制成型模具中填充压接阻燃隔热散装材料之后,盖上盖子。成型模具的盖子用于防止所填充的阻燃隔热散装材料在输送时以及微波加热时,从上部散失。
进而,成型模具的盖子还包括在微波加热时,蒸汽热量平均地加热所填充的阻燃隔热散装材料,并促进成型的效果。
接着,如图1的(g)图所示,用微波加热装置对填充阻燃隔热散装材料并盖上盖子后的成型模具进行加热。
当微波加热时,阻燃隔热散装材料的水分被加热并蒸发。因此,成型模具的盖子上,设有用于通气的通气口。可以是以2cm~5cm的间隔设置多个直径为5mm左右的通气口。
阻燃隔热散装材料中所包含的低熔点短纤维通过大于或等于110℃的加热,达到熔点。通过低熔点短纤维的熔融,阻燃隔热散装材料相互接合。通过微波加热装置加热成型后,从成型模具中取出垫状的成型体,经过自然冷却,如图1的(h)图所示,获得垫状的阻燃隔热成型体。
(实施例)
垫状成型体的制作工序的一例如下所示。
(1)将水以30%~45%的重量比注入1kg废纸或纸浆材料中,并将其解纤120秒~300秒以形成解纤棉。
(2)在解纤棉中加入150g硼酸,搅拌加热浸渍60秒,形成阻燃隔热解纤棉。
(3)在阻燃隔热解纤棉中加入300g~800g(重量比30%~80%)的低熔点短纤维,混合搅拌60秒,获得阻燃隔热散装材料。
(4)将阻燃隔热散装材料填充到预先准备的包括有通气口的盖子的瓦楞纸板制的成型模具中。
(5)通过微波加热装置,以大于或等于110℃的温度将阻燃隔热散装材料与成型模具一起加热120秒~600秒。
(6)从成型模具中取出形成为垫状的阻燃隔热成型体,自然冷却。
此外,在本说明书中作为实施例举例说明了垫状成型体的制作方法,但是涉及本发明的成型体不限定于垫状。
不言而喻,在不脱离权利要求书范围的情况下,可以在制作阻燃隔热成型体时,对本发明进行适当的设计变更。

Claims (6)

1.一种阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,包含以下工序:
将水注入废纸或纸浆材料中并进行解纤,从而形成解纤棉;
在所述解纤棉中加入阻燃剂并进行搅拌加热,由此形成阻燃隔热解纤棉;
在所述阻燃隔热解纤棉中加入低熔点短纤维并混合搅拌,从而得到阻燃隔热散装材料;
在包括盖子的纸制成型模具中填充所述阻燃隔热散装材料;
通过微波加热装置将所述阻燃隔热散装材料与所述成型模具一起加热并成型;以及
从所述成型模具中取出成型体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,所述纸制成型模具是瓦楞纸板制的成型模具。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,
所述成型模具的盖子具有通气口。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,
所述阻燃剂是硼酸或硼。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,
所述低熔点短纤维包含聚酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的阻燃隔热成型体的制作方法,其特征在于,
所述阻燃隔热成型体是垫状的成型体。
