(4) for a private parking space, once the private parking space is edited into a state that the private parking space can be rented in different time periods, the parking space is displayed as green; if the vehicle occupies the space, the infrared sensing module sends information to a renting user to remind the parking space state after sensing, and meanwhile, the occupied state is displayed on the client;
(5) besides the reserved parking to obtain the optimal parking space, the tenant issues the parking time interval requirement through the client side for the parking space renting user to provide; the system can also be supplied to a parking supply department to improve or recommend the use according to the requirements; once a proper parking space is supplied, the optimal parking route is provided for the user with the reserved parking space through the electronic parking space after the parking space is on line, and the user with the reserved parking space only needs to pay a deposit and park according to the recommended route;
(6) the data such as the parking renting time periods, the actual parking space parking time periods and the like are all sent to the central server for processing and analysis, the distributed data information of the parking conditions in different areas in different time periods is formed, the distributed data information is provided for the client side of the user to access, the reference of the parking supply decision maker is also provided, and a more reasonable parking supply or optimization mode is provided.
