All information data inquiry service functions are realized. According to the coordinate position of the vehicle user during driving, a GPS positioning analysis technology is utilized to grasp the dynamic driving track of a vehicle owner in real time, and the free space and saturation information of the parking space of the parking lot of the road section where the current user drives is pushed to a mobile phone short message of the user or an APP client side short message instant message prompt window of the user in real time, so that the user can reasonably arrange parking selection and effectively adjust the problem of parking traffic jam of the surrounding road section.

If the user is inconvenient to use the intelligent machine, the public number or the intelligent APP, the user can prompt the driver to enter an entrance of a certain parking lot inside and outside the parking lot according to the parking guidance display screen, and the parking terminal placed through the entrance can be operated to inquire and purchase parking space information. The user can see the current parking lot information, the rest parking spaces and the like at a glance only through the terminal, the user inputs the related information such as the license plate number of the user after selecting a certain empty parking space, the system automatically generates the two-dimensional code, the user can pay to purchase parking service by scanning the two-dimensional code, and meanwhile, the terminal timely generates a guiding route to call out the optimal route in real time for the user to find the optimal position route of the purchased empty parking space.

The parking service unit can set up the charge standard of different periods according to the parking condition in parking area, coil the vacant parking stall of living to according to the parking stall condition in parking area, formulate different prices, coil living parking stall through the price lever, improve the availability factor in parking stall.
The transaction processing unit is used for processing the parking application and the parking state, generating a parking order and carrying out payment and settlement on the parking order.
The transaction processing unit comprises a parking consumption module, a transaction processing module and a financial settlement module, wherein the parking consumption module is used for processing parking consumption information of a user in a parking service functional domain and taking a processing result as a basis for settlement of consumption transaction;

The report analysis unit is used for acquiring the dynamic traffic information and generating a report for viewing.
The visualization unit is used for acquiring the dynamic traffic information and generating a chart form for viewing.
The overall scheduling unit is used for issuing a scheduling instruction to the big data management system.
