4. The intelligent city operation management system based on artificial intelligence as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a parking service induction system;
the induction system realizes a vacancy dynamic algorithm based on a big data technology, guides a vehicle owner to find a parking lot and a parking space in the shortest time, and comprises the following steps: performing off-line induction and on-line induction;
the off-line induction comprises: a first-stage induction screen, a second-stage induction screen and a third-stage induction screen; the primary guidance screen displays the total number of parking spaces in a parking lot in a plurality of areas, the cloud publishes the total number of vacant parking spaces collected in the nearby areas on the screen in real time, and the primary publishing screen is arranged at the entrance of a city and the striking position of a main road;
a secondary induction screen; the system is arranged on a secondary trunk road, and content is issued by taking the number of empty parking lots in the advancing direction of the vehicle as real-time information;
a third-level inducing screen; the system is arranged at the roadside of the parking lot entrance or the road entrance of the roadside parking lot, the release content comprises the number of the vehicle positions, the direction and the parking identification, and the congestion condition of the previous section of the parking lot is guided;

data transmission; the data transmission comprises data input and data output; data input is carried out to complete information source interface and information unified standard design, and meanwhile, data are preprocessed; the data output function is to organize and output the processed information or provide a query channel by using the information service provided by the system according to the service request and the query authority of the user and the format required by each subsystem; the method mainly completes the functions of establishing a communication interface protocol standard of a platform and a release system, responding to a user request and distributing data;
processing data; carrying out data fusion, extraction and analysis processing on inconsistent data from multiple source channels; the data processing also comprises reprocessing of the initial data, and different processing and analyzing methods are adopted for different data types, including but not limited to data extraction, data mining and data fusion;
managing data; the database organization of the platform adopts a distributed database system or a data warehouse; the platform data management is a data warehouse for storing data and data components required by the traffic management control application processing layer; the platform data management adopts a platform data online analysis processing technology, a platform data mining technology and a geographic information technology to manage the platform data;
data query and analysis; the query analysis of the data is to query and analyze the data information in the platform and output the required information; the platform information comprehensive query is a user interface provided for users to visualize, the users adopt the interface to submit query requests, the platform carries out data query according to requirements submitted by the users, and query results are distributed to the information distribution system by the data distribution module;
