Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, a smart city monitoring system is provided with a smart city cloud server, a video acquisition device and a mobile intelligent terminal; the smart city cloud server is in communication connection with the video acquisition device; the mobile intelligent terminal is connected with the smart city cloud server through a wireless network; the video acquisition device is a camera installed at each position in a city, each camera transmits shot video information to the smart city cloud server through the data transmission module, the data storage module stores and backups the received video information, and the data analysis module carries out real-time intelligent analysis and comparison on the received video information and extracts available information; a user can share data extracted by the smart city cloud server in real time through a client of the mobile intelligent terminal; the mobile intelligent terminal is divided into a civil intelligent city driving service client and a police intelligent city police service system client; the city driving service client can know the real-time road condition of a road needing to be driven, the condition of vacant parking spaces near a destination to be reached and the visual angle of a camera nearby after the road reaches a parking area, and has the functions of assisting in parking, returning to a parking lot, quickly searching the position of a vehicle and the like; and the data analysis module sends alarm information to nearby police officers through the smart city police affair system client to remind the police officers to check and dispose in time on site, wherein the alarm information is extracted from the video information, such as traffic road congestion, traffic accidents on roads, robbery events in public areas or fighting events.
Example 2: along with the improvement of living standard of people, more and more vehicles run on roads, so that traffic jam sometimes happens in the urban driving process; a lot of time is wasted for the driver in case of traffic jam; after a driver inputs a destination to be reached at a smart city driving service client of the mobile intelligent terminal, the smart city cloud server positions a departure place of the user through a GPS of the mobile intelligent terminal, data analysis of the smart city cloud server automatically analyzes all driving routes from the departure place to the destination, and meanwhile, a data analysis module analyzes whether a traffic jam phenomenon exists or not and the time required for the driver to pass through the traffic jam road section through video information sent by video acquisition devices on all the driving routes; finally, all driving routes and road condition analysis conditions are shared to a smart city driving service client of the mobile intelligent terminal for selection of a user; and sequentially displaying the driving routes displayed on the mobile intelligent terminal according to the sequence from the optimal route to the worst route.
Example 3: with the increase of vehicles, the problem of urban parking also becomes a great problem for drivers in trips, and parking spaces cannot be found in destination accessories after the drivers usually wander for a long time after arriving at the destination; the data analysis module in the project automatically searches for vacant parking spaces near the destination through cameras around roadside parking spaces of the destination accessories and cameras around parking lots, shares the positions of the parking spaces with the optimal screened positions to the mobile intelligent terminal, and simultaneously changes the original destination address into the address of the vacant parking spaces automatically on the mobile intelligent terminal and plans a navigation route; and if the data analysis module detects that the parking spaces on the planned route are occupied in the process of driving to the vacant parking spaces, new parking spaces are immediately searched, and a new driving route is planned.
Example 4: in the parking process, especially in the parking process of a parking lot with high vehicle density, if the driving technology of a driver is poor, the probability of scratching of the vehicle is high under the condition that the existing backing image and rearview mirror of the vehicle cannot fully take account of the front, back, left and right distances of the vehicle; in the project, a driver can observe the distance between the vehicle and other vehicles or obstacles in the processes of backing and parking through the visual angle of the camera near the shared parking space of the intelligent city driving service client, so as to assist in parking.
Example 5: in an underground parking lot or other large parking lots, if a driver is not familiar with the passage of the parking lot, when the driver comes to the parking lot again to search for a vehicle, the driver may get lost and cannot find the vehicle; if the driver finds the parking space through the intelligent city driving service client in the project, the driver marks the current parking space according to the system prompt of the client after the parking is finished, and when the driver returns to pick up the vehicle again, the driver can automatically set a navigation route to find the vehicle through the marked position; if the driver does not mark the parking position, the driver can input the license plate number at the intelligent parking service client, and the data analysis module screens and locks the license plate according to the video information transmitted by the cameras near the parking lot, determines the position of the vehicle and guides the driver to arrive at the parking position to pick up the vehicle.
Example 6: in order to avoid long-time traffic jam of the urban road, when the data analysis module detects that vehicles driving into the road exceed the maximum traffic volume of the road within a unit hour or the road has a traffic jam phenomenon, the data analysis module can respectively send a warning of road jam to a driver and a traffic police through the intelligent urban driving service client and the intelligent urban police service system client, so as to remind the driver to replace a driving route in time, remind the traffic police to timely carry out traffic control on the site about traffic jam or traffic jam, and dredge the road.
Example 7: when traffic accidents happen or pedestrians fall down on the road, on one hand, no alarm is given after things happen, and the situation of delay of police taking or rescue is caused; on the other hand, road unsmooth passing can be caused after the condition occurs; when the data analysis module detects that a traffic accident or a pedestrian falls down on a road, an alarm signal is sent to nearby police service workers through the smart city police service system client at the first time to remind the police service workers to check and dispose on the spot in time.
Example 8: the stealing and robbing or the fighting event in the public place also happens occasionally, in order to improve the stability and the safety of the public security and improve the happiness index of people, when the data analysis module detects the stealing and robbing or the fighting event in the public place, the alarm signal is sent to the police service staff nearby through the smart city police service system client at the first time to remind the police service staff to check and handle the stealing and robbing or the fighting event on the spot in time.

A smart city monitoring system is characterized by being provided with a smart city cloud server, a video acquisition device and a mobile intelligent terminal; the smart city cloud server is in communication connection with the video acquisition device; the mobile intelligent terminal is connected with the smart city cloud server through a wireless network; the smart city cloud server comprises a data transmission module, a data storage module and a data analysis module; the video acquisition devices are cameras distributed at various positions of a city; a client connected with a smart city cloud server is installed in the mobile intelligent terminal; the client side comprises a smart city driving service client side and a smart city police service system client side.
