The working process of the invention is as follows:
1) the inspection vehicle runs according to the planned inspection route;
2) the method comprises the steps that communication signals of a geomagnetic parking space detector in a video inspection system are analyzed to obtain the equipment number and the parking space state of the geomagnetic parking space detector, and the video inspection system automatically reports the geomagnetic parking space state to a background system;
3) double positioning, namely the video inspection system can confirm the current corresponding position through a GNSS positioning system and an equipment number corresponding table;
4) intercepting a long-range view picture in the camera according to the strength of the signal;
5) after the vehicle runs to an accurate shooting point, the high-definition camera automatically identifies vehicle information and captures a front photograph and a rear photograph of the vehicle; (the vehicle information includes license plate number, vehicle type, color, etc.. photographing (full view photograph, vehicle front photograph containing license plate number and parking space number, vehicle tail photograph containing license plate number and parking space number));
6) after the vehicle information and the geographic position information are successfully identified, the 4G/5G or WIFI communication module automatically uploads the vehicle information and the geographic position information to a management platform;
7) after the inspection vehicle runs to the terminal, all temporary pictures can be uploaded to the management platform.
8) As shown in fig. 5 and 6, for individual vehicles which are not collected by the patrol vehicle, the individual vehicles can be viewed on the management platform and added by means of manual PDA patrol.
The invention has the technical effects that:
geomagnetic parking stall detector + video patrol and examine novel on-road parking system of car linkage (an intelligence video system of patrolling and examining promptly, is applied to subaerial on-road and parks), combines 4G/5G or WIFI + AI technique, solves the weak point that pure geomagnetic field mode can't acquire the license plate. The video patrol inspection vehicle combines a centimeter-level GNSS module with a license plate recognition camera to realize one-to-one correspondence between the berths and the license plates. And the inspection vehicle inspects along the road and automatically captures the vehicle information. The intelligent parking 'new track' in the road is provided with guarantee and assistance for travel planning and parking big data.
1. The maintenance is simple and convenient: the management control module, the high-definition identification module and the GNSS positioning module are independently deployed, so that later-stage installation, deployment, maintenance and debugging are facilitated.
2. High efficiency and flexibility: flexible and mobile, is suitable for the whole scene, and can adjust the parking area at any time.
3. Energy conservation and environmental protection: the patrol car can be used as a bearing tool, has no tail gas emission, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
4. High-definition accurate identification: high-definition license plate recognition information, geomagnetic auxiliary recognition and cloud secondary recognition, and the comprehensive recognition rate can reach more than 98%.
5. GNSS high-precision positioning: centimeter-level positioning accuracy is combined with cloud secondary positioning identification, and the comprehensive identification rate can reach more than 99%.

1. A video inspection system, the system comprising: the system comprises a video inspection vehicle, a plurality of parking space state detection devices and a management platform;
the video patrol vehicle and the parking space state detection device are connected with the management platform;
the video inspection vehicle is used for acquiring image information of different preset positions of a monitored road section, performing license plate recognition on the image information of the different preset positions and acquiring license plate data of the different preset positions; the preset position is used for shooting a license plate image of a vehicle parked in the parking space;
the parking space state detection devices are used for detecting the parking space state of each parking space in the monitored road section;
and the management platform is used for carrying out parking space management and charging management according to the image information of different preset positions, the license plate data and the parking space state of each parking space.

The video inspection system according to claim 1, wherein the video inspection vehicle includes: the system comprises a patrol vehicle, a camera, a positioning system, a management control module and a first communication module, wherein the camera, the positioning system, the management control module and the first communication module are arranged on the patrol vehicle;
the camera and the positioning system are respectively connected with the management control module;
the positioning system is used for acquiring current position information in real time and sending the current position information to the management control module;
the management control module is connected with the management platform through the first communication module and is used for controlling the camera to acquire image information of the current position when the current position information is the preset position, carrying out license plate recognition on the image information, acquiring license plate data of the current position and sending the current position information, the image information of the current position and the license plate data of the current position to the management platform.
3. The video inspection system according to claim 2, wherein the positioning system is a GNSS positioning system and/or an AI smart positioning system.

The video inspection system according to claim 2, wherein the video inspection vehicle includes: the laser radar is connected with the management control module and used for detecting the distance between the inspection vehicle and a laser reflection barrier and sending the distance to the management control module;
and the management control module is also used for controlling the camera to acquire the image information of the current position, performing license plate recognition on the image information, acquiring the license plate data of the current position and sending the current position information, the image information of the current position and the license plate data of the current position to the management platform when the distance is within a preset distance range.
5. The video inspection system according to claim 2, wherein the video inspection vehicle further includes a warning light module;
the alarm lamp module is arranged on the inspection vehicle and is connected with the management control module;
the management control module is also used for judging whether the speed of the inspection vehicle exceeds a speed limit value or not according to the current position information acquired in real time, and controlling the alarm lamp module to give an alarm when the speed of the inspection vehicle exceeds the speed limit value.

The video inspection system according to claim 2, wherein the video inspection vehicle further includes a video collection module, the video collection module is mounted on the inspection vehicle, the video collection module is connected with the management control module, and the video collection module is used for collecting video information in the inspection process of the inspection vehicle.
7. The video inspection system according to claim 2, wherein the first communication module is a 4G communication module, a 5G communication module or a WIFI communication module.
8. The video inspection system according to claim 1, wherein the parking space state detection device includes: the geomagnetic parking place detector, the memory, the controller and the second communication module are arranged on the vehicle body;
the geomagnetic parking space detector and the memory are both connected with the controller;
the controller is connected with the second communication module;
the storage is used for storing the parking space number of the parking space where the parking space state detection device is located;
the geomagnetic parking space detector is used for detecting the parking space state of the parking space where the parking space state detection device is located and sending the parking space state to the controller;
and the controller is used for sending the changed parking space state and the changed parking space number to the management platform through the second communication module when the parking space state changes.

the parking space management module is used for determining parking space information of each sub-road section of the monitoring road section according to the parking space states of different parking spaces;
and the data management module is used for calculating the charging information corresponding to the license plate number according to the license plate number and the parking space state of different parking spaces.
11. The video inspection system according to claim 10, wherein the management platform further includes: the secondary license plate recognition module is connected with the data receiving module;
the secondary license plate recognition module is used for carrying out secondary license plate recognition on the image information at different positions to obtain a secondary license plate recognition result.
